I'm pretty impressed with this product. Usually ponds clogs my pores but this is an entirely different kind of Ponds. Definitely recommend for undereye wrinkles... make sure you wear that SPF in the daytime tho!

I really like this. Lines in forehead lessened within a few applications. The lactic acid is wonderful and listed high on the ingredient deck to make a difference, along with the collagen.
A little goes a long way...more is not better with this if you want to use under makeup. I use a little of this this under Clean and Clear Dual Action Moisturizer with good results under mineral mu. I am more generous with it at night when I don't care if little flakes from the lactic acid exfoliate.
I picked up the Clarant B3 to try that one out too.
BTW - I'm finding these 1.75 oz sizes at walmart in their travel section with the big baskets of travel sized products...at least in my walmart. I'd rather buy them that way for now. Seems fresher that way and they only cost $1.47. Couldn't get cheaper to try. And the size is ready to travel with too.

I have combination skin. What is oily, is very oily, and what is dry, is crinkly. I was starting to get the wrinkly, crinkly vertical lines down my cheeks when I smile from those years of suntanning. I warm the cream between my fingers then press it into my skin. Those wrinkly crinkles are nearly gone. I just wish this would come in a tube.

I picked up a trial size of this at Target and it has become my favorite moisturizer. It's affordable, doesn't leave a greasy feeling, and I'd definitely buy again.

This is truly amazing! Ponds claims it firms skin and visibly reduces the appearance of lines in 2 weeks. I saw results after 2 applications. Not joking. My skin is in decent shape, just blotchy and some fine lines. This really has the effect of a good primer, minimizing pores and some evening of skin tone. I see less red blotches too. It feels like it's going to be a greasy mess when you first stick your finger in the jar but it's not! My skin immediately looked more radiant. Has some good ingredients including collagen and aha's. A GEM. Only downfall is the crazy scent but I am happily dealing with it cause my skin loves it. Welcome back to my life and thank you Ponds! I will continue to examine more of their skincare line for sure!!!!!

wow! i am so surprised that it took me thing long to try these. Ive only tried a very few Ponds products and i havent been super impressed or turned off by their products un
til these gem!
~~~~~~~~~~~~ PRICE & AVAILABILITY ~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Ponds Rejuveness Anti-Wrinkle Cream can be found in some mass stores like Walmart & Target. Ive only seen these in my travel section in small sample size containers which are priced at $1.47 which i think is a good deal. Also, larger and cheaper containers can be found online on various sites. Amazon may be the best one. I'll just purchase mine in small containers that way Im not toting around this huge container. The price is great. Cheap and affordable.
~~~~~~~~~~ FORMULA & PERFORMANCE ~~~~~~~~~
The Rejuveness Anti-Wrinkle cream is a very nice thick cream that moisturizes and leaves my skin feeling silky smooth. It fills in fine lines and moisturizes which is what ive been looking for in a cream for quite some time. I use this as a face primer. I find it does exactly what ive been looking for in a primer. I do use my Hard Candy or other silicone based primers around my eye area and this around the rest. I place it on and let it sit for a minute or two and then apply my liquid/cream foundation. My face is not oily or combo its more normal to dry esp in colder months. I do suffer from eczema but not on my face area typically, thankfully. I do get dry spots esp around my eye area, and cheek areas so i needed something that would moisturize those areas while providing a smooth layer to allow my foundations to apply w/out flaking or settling in the dry spots. I think this is my new go to primer for my face. I havent seen if it makes my foundation stay any longer or less. Ill update on that when i have a day to watch and see. I dont notice it fading any sooner. This cream is on the thicker & more emollient side. Not sure how those with more oily skin would like this or not. I think this is a great daily cream for those w/ more normal to dry skin. I dont know how it helps with wrinkles as i dont think any cream could GET RID of wrinkles but this def helps erase the fine lines that causes makeup mishaps. It also leaves my skin feeling refreshed and smooth and not tight or dry. Some lotions leave my skin still feeling parched and needing more moisture, not this one. Its great to leave on over night for a nice dewy look to the skin. I love this stuff and glad i gave it a shot bc i dont want to be w/out. As with any skin product, i watch how much i use bc my skin can get used to it & it quits working (it may be only me but its odd) So ill continue to use this as my night cream on some nights and will def continue to use this as my face primer for work and day time.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ PACKAGING ~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The Ponds Rujeveness Cream travel size jar comes in a small plastic jar with a screw on/off lid thats white in color. The jar is hard plastic, sturdy for traveling. The lid screws on and off easily. I am not sure how the bigger sizes look but im happy with the travel size. It holds a good amount of product & since so little is needed this little jar will last quite some time. Great for traveling too.
Overall, this cream has quickly become one of my favorites and it provides great moisture unlike most affordable creams ive tried. This is def a repurchase item when i run out. Would recommend to those with more normal to dry skin looking for something to smooth and soothe your skin. Its great for giving an even smooth surface for your makeup. Great product. Def interested in trying tho other Ponds creams that are with this one. I will update as i find out if this is made in the u.s. or mexico bc i know people say there is a difference like the Nivea cream. Either way, i love this cream!! Even better if there are long term affects.
I'm having a love affair with Pond's products since discovering them for the first time over a month ago. Even though they have been around for 150 years, shame on me that I always passed it up as an outdated facial skincare line that couldn't be any good since it was always so inexpensive. This cream is amazing. I don't know what it is about this line, but my skin loves it. I have never used moisturizers that have made my skin look so plump and youthful. Not even Olay (gasp!) and I have always trusted and loved Olay, but Pond's has outperformed Olay in terms of results in such a short period of time. My skin is brighter, clearer, smoother, and fine lines are really diminished. Performance and price seem too good to be true. But the philosophy of Pond's has always been to simplify a women's beauty routine and keeping it affordable.
This product has a powdery scent, so steer clear if you need something that is fragrance-free. I have sensitive skin, and at first, I was terrified of the scent and did not like it. But after the first use and the next morning I woke up and my skin was really plump! The perfume-y scent that I initially was worried about is now comforting because the results have been so positive! I was also scared I would have a reaction to the lactic acid or the other ingredients, but happy to report no breakouts, itchiness or redness occurred. Yay! I know trying facial products is hit or miss and everyone's skin is so different. Make sure you test a small patch out to see if you have a reaction to this because it is an AHA moisturizer. I would have stuck to just the Clarant B3, but I have read so much about using an AHA for exfoliation, I had to try this one as well. The only thing that may be an issue is if you apply too much, it does pill under makeup (my fault because I like it so much! Just apply sparingly, and no pilling will occur!) Right now I am using this over my Clarant B3 (normal to oily - which is very light so I use it more as a treatment than a moisturizer) at night only. Twice a day was too much for my skin. During the day, I use a moisturizer with SPF 30 (Aveeno Smart Essentials) because the back of the Rejuveness recommends that we do while using this product. The Clarant B3 helps diminish my discolorations from past sun damage and acne scars with the vitamin B & C. The Rejuveness helps fight wrinkles, moisturizers, and smooths my skin with the lactic acid, collagen, vitamin E and borago seed oil. I apply Nivea Creme around my eyes. On nights when I want to give my skin a break from the Rejuveness AHA, I'll use Nivea Creme (about 3 nights a week). This combination seems to really be working for me, but can be overkill for most people. I think if you find one good moisturizer, stick with it:) My skin is so dry and sensitive, I guess I have to go the extra mile. I do look forward to the ritual of applying these creams because it has made such a lovely difference.
If you have normal to dry skin (does contain mineral oil), and looking for one wrinkle-fighting moisturizer that sinks into the skin quickly, Rejuveness is definitely a good one to try. I think this jar should last about 3-4 months with morning and night application (twice as long if you decide to use this only at night!) If you take issue with dipping your fingers into a jar, you can always transfer it to a bottle since the moisturizer is emollient but not extremely thick. Another option is to purchase the 1.75 travel sizes as to have a new fresh jar every two months as opposed to 6 months. The price when I purchased this on Amazon.com was only $7.49 for 7 oz. Thanks to Pond's, all women regardless of their budget can afford to have beautiful skin! Even though I have tried high end products (Chanel, Clinique, Lancome, Shiseido, etc.) that have worked well, they have not outperformed Pond's. So my fascination with department store brands have lost their appeal pretty quickly.
My skin has never looked this glowing and smooth and just by using an inexpensive drugstore brands! These Pond's products from Mexico are so amazing. Unless something weird happens to my skin (I'll update if I develop any reactions down the road), I'll be using this for the rest of my life for sure. I guess the key to beautiful skin is always making sure it is well hydrated, and using the right moisturizer(s) are key. I'll always trust my face to Pond's and Nivea. Wouldn't you know it, they are the oldest brands around... I guess there's a reason why!
I like this, but not for my face - too sensitive for this formula. The baby powder scent is much too strong.
But it works well in helping me manage the KP on my legs and upper arms. Very moisturising + the strong scent does not linger on my body.
Would I buy this again? For KP management, Yes. I purchased a 7oz jar at a sale price of $6 USD incl tax, which was a *steal* since Amlactin & LacHyrdrin generally retail for $17 for 7.9oz, ($14 sale price). Even at the full retail price of $10, this Ponds formula is a great value for my intentions. Also, Amlactin tends to leave a very strong sour smell on my skin (which transfers to my clothes). That might explain why Ponds did not go unscented with this formulation.
I love this stuff. I have somewhat sensitive, fair, easily reddended skin. Lots of things make me break out or cause fairly bad rashes. This one has done none of those things and I've used it on and off for about a year. I mostly use it when I feel like I need some extra moisture, like if I notice some dry flaky patches, I'll use this for a few nights and not only will it moisturize, but the lactic acid ingredient works great for getting rid of dead skin cells. Overall I really like it. The scent is definitely pretty strong, and I'd prefer it be unscented, but it doesn't bother me enough not to use it.
PROS: Great rich but sort of fluffy texture. Not oily but very moisturizing. Price is good.
CONS: I have sensitive skin and got a little stinging and redness that didn't go away. The fragrance made my nose itch the whole time I had it on (hours). It's that very perfumey smell some put in their night creams. Ugh.
ALTERNATES: Dr. Lewinn's night cream that is sold at Walmart has almost no fragrance. My new love is Derma e's Hyaluronic Acid night cream.
I'm in my mid 30s, have fairly youthful looking skin, and want to keep it that way. I've never used wrinkle creams, or even moisturizers, on my face because I'm prone to breakouts. Incidentally, I've also never been a makeup wearer. I decided that it was time to start being proactive in caring for my skin so I started picking up a variety of products to experiment with. I was at Target and found a 1.75oz sample of this for under $2 so I figured that I had nothing to lose; I mean, I trusted the Pond's brand. How wrong I was.
That night I was still concerned about using a heavy cream type product on my face so I decided to try it on my neck area only. It seemed to absorb just fine and I finished my routine. Right before I switched off the light I noticed a little pinkness on my neck, but I didn't feel anything so I figured it was nothing. Two nights later I used it again, same place on my neck, again saw a little redness after completed my routine, but I had the same reaction the first time too so I wasn't alarmed and I didn't have the experience with products to know that this was a really bad sign. Three days later I showered in the morning and put this cream on my neck and within five minutes my neck was red and burning. I washed my neck as gingerly as a could with a facial cleanser and put a cool cloth on it. I called the customer support number on the jar to see if I could find out which ingredient is most likely to cause this reaction and how to treat it. The Pond's customer service person had no info and no suggestions other than to see a dermatologist.
It has now been about 2 weeks and the skin on my neck is still discolored, although improving. I'm most concerned about the feel of the skin that was damaged though; it feels very thin and dry still, and when I run my fingers lightly across it the skin kind of ripples. I've been using a Yes to Carrots moisturizer to try to repair the damage. THANK GOD I didn't put this on my face.
On the product it says "Discontinue use if rash or irritation appears." It's obvious to me now that I should have stopped using it after the first time when I saw my neck pinking up. I guess I didn't recognize soon enough that what I saw the first time was a negative reaction. So, PSA follows:
**WARNING**Discontinue use of this product at the first sign of any discoloration, or dryness, including slight pinkness of the area.
I've been using this as part of my night time skin care routine for about 6 months now, and love it. It's an integral part of my routine, and I am proud to say that I am never guessed above 30 (I am 40). This has helped me keep that look. It makes my skin very soft, softens lines, and leaves a dewy, smooth complexion. No pore clogging, and I don't mind the smell of baby powder. It is a jar, which isn't my favorite thing; but, I just us a makeup spatula to apply it, so it's not that big a deal.
I don't use it during the day because, while my skin doesn't feel at all greasy, there does seem to be something of a sheen left behind that I don't care for.
This is an incredible value. I got my jar at Kmart for about $8, and I still have about half of it left. Compared to other, more expensive creams, this gives far better results for me than most at half to a third of the price. So, I'll definitely keep purchasing!
I love this moisturizer! It does not leave a sticky feeling on the skin and makes it super soft. Even the lines on my face have plumped up and softened. I don't really care for the baby powder smell or the jar but its well worth it. I'm going to keep re purchasing this until they change the ingredients.
Traveling and needed a nightime moisturizer, saw this on the shelf , which I've never seen this before, so I thought I'd try it. I know many people don't like jars but that doesn't bother me so it's a non-issue for me. It's a rather thick cream with an aroma of days gone by. I used it after cleansing alone as I didn't have my serums with me and I was pleasantly surprised with the results. In the morning my skin was nicely hydrated, actually looked plump and smooth. No irritation which is huge for me and no clogged pores. This was a very happy purchase all things considered and I will definately keep this is my rotation. Will re-purchase when the jar is gone, although I think it will last a good long while. For reference my skin is dry/mature/sensitive w/mild rosacea.
Ponds cremes are a staple in any Mexican womans skincare regime, but they don't get much attention in the US. This cream is amazing. It leaves my skin well rested, nicely plump and hydrated the entire day. The large tub last 2-3 months and that a small amt of time considering I use it as a night creme as well. Great bang for your buck!
I am of Mexican descent and started using Ponds moisturizers about 5 years ago, following my mother's recommendation. First of all, I should state that my 61 year old mother looks about ten years younger. She has a few fine lines around the eyes, and some skin laxity. However, when I compare her to her age counter parts, she looks amazing.
I am going to go ahead and agree with some of the other posts that this product is HUGE in Mexico. It's how I found out about the amazing benefits of this moisturizer.
I have been into skincare since I was 12 years old. I started with Clinique, and have tried everything under the sun: La Mer, Clarins, Skinceuticals, Eminence, Philosophy, Origens, Cetaphil, Oil of Olay, and so on. I am BIG on skincare. I am also a beauty industry professional.
This is the BEST moisturizer on the market under $50, and I would venture to say that it can hold its own against high-end product. It is perfect for skin that seeks mild chemical exfoliation and mid-grade moisturizing. I recommend this moisturizer for dry skin, combination skin, but not for oily skin or overly dry skin. I saw better results in my 2 years of using this exact Ponds product than I did from my 2 years on La Mer products. With La Mer, I used the creme and the serum without seeing any results. La Mer is a great moisturizer, don't get me wrong. But, I did not see anything beyond the 'amazing moisturizing qualities'. The serum and the creme both lay claim to so much more, and I just didn't see it. I stayed on the product for 2 years, so after spending thousands of dollars on that product - I can say that I prefer Ponds.
The second listed ingredient is Lactic Acid, so you know that you are getting what you paid for. I don't recommend using this product and also a Retinol product, if you have sensitive skin. I was using both Retin-A and Rejuveness, and it became a bit too much. My skin was showing erythema and was sensitive to the touch and sun. I have since discontinued my Retin-A protocol. All I use is my Rejuveness, and I love it! My skin looks great, is smooth, moisturized, and plump to the touch.
I don't have any wrinkles or skin laxity and I am 37 years old. I could pass for a 27 year old, and while some of it is genetic - some of it is Ponds.
