I'm an orange fanatic so I had to purchase this when it went on sale for $3.99 at Shoppers Drug Mart. Crush is a lovely light shade of peachy-orange with a frost finish. The texture is smooth and creamy, medium opaque coverage, and wear time average for a lipstick in my opinion. I'm not a huge fan of frost finishes so I personally will gradually use this lipstick up and very doubtful I'll repurchase.

I like this lipstick as far as the color goes. It goes well with my NC30 somewhat tan skin warm yellow undertones. It's very peachy leaning orange. I can't stand the smell and the frost finish. As far as dupes, I was SO surprised to hear that people call this a dupe for MAC freckletone. Freckletone is one of my FAVORITE MAC lipsticks and I've had it forever, rebought several times. This is NOT similar to Freckletone. Freckletone is far far more brown. It is a peachy/brown NUDE. I wouldn't call Crush a nude. It is a peachy orange. If I were to compare it to anything, it would be to MAC Shy Girl which is somewhat similar in the peachy department but leans more pink than orange. I have them swatched on my lips right now (half and half) and Crush is definitely more similar to Shy Girl. But if you are a little bit tan, I suggest picking up Freckletone too since it's a great nude in itself! ;)
All in all, Crush is just an OK lipstick. It's a gorgeous color but the finish + smell lower my rating. I'd love to find an exact dupe that's a cream finish. (Shy Girl is a Cremesheen and doesn't glide as smoothly as say lustres from MAC)

A reviewer said this was a dupe for Nars Belle Du Jour (the kim k cult classic), so I got this. Its a salmon-coral shimmer. I lined with Mac Subculture, glossed with Smashbox Pout & loved it. Im tanned NC35/37 and combo looks awesome even with simple makeup. I do find this drying and it feathers after awhile. The packaging is fairly ordinary with the distinct Rimmel embossed crown top. This is dirt cheap. The smell is ok and kinda reminds me of "toy store waxy kids makeup" but it wears off.

This lipstick looked horrible on me when I first tried it on. Then I decided to pat it on my lips instead. This technique coupled with a dark lip liner looked amazing! It's a coral colour that has a warm undertone due to my lip tone. As always, I love Rimmel lipsticks for their texture and the taste. Also, they stay on longer than most other tube lipsticks.

Where to begin . . . in tube, this color is perdy! It's a orangey, peachy color. It's terrific for people are into nudes but are looking for a tad bit of color.
Before I get on with the review, I just want to state first hand that I do have pigmented lips, so any formula that is thin and sheer will not bode well.
That is exactly what happened here. When I first applied, I like the color and thought, "Wow, it's kind of pearl sheened, not crazy frosty," so I was ok with it. But a closer look showed that the lipstick was actually sitting in the crevices of the fine lines of my lips. No matter how many times I tried to wear it, I just couldn't make it work.
For someone with lighter, less pigmented lips, this would be perfectly, honestly. Will be returning this.

This is straight up orange on my lips. I love the color in the tube, but not so much on me. I've been using it for a stain, since sheer application is the only way to keep this looking normal-ish on me. The staying power is pretty fair though, and I always buy Rimmel lipsticks when they're on sale, so it's worth what you pay for it.

On my light skin tone this lipstick really looks straight up orange.I have to blend this with nostalgia (rimmel shade 22) to give it a more peachy color. If you want to follow this season trend of bright lips then this will be for u.
It does settle into line more than other colors.

I'd give this a 3.5 if I could. I picked this up because I'm currently hunting for my HG peach lipstick. In the tube, this looks like a peachy nude shade. On my lips however, this is a peachy nude with semi-strong orange tones and a slightly frosted finish. Not the peach I was looking for, but not a bad lipstick either.
I like the smell of this lipstick. It smells sweet, like candied caramel to me. I can definitely smell it right after applying, but it fades after 10 minutes or so. This lipstick applies nicely. It doesn't take too much work to get the full color and it's pretty creamy so it doesn't tug at your lips. I find this wears about 3-4 hours before fading, which is pretty good for a drugstore product. After those 3-4 hours, this starts really settling into the lines of my lips. It's not particularly drying, it just settles that way. Wearing a balm underneath helps a little bit, but it will still sink into those lines. I don't mind the semi-frosted finish. It's not Tin Man frosty or anything; I think it just gives a nice shine and glow to your lips. A lot of people are hating on the packaging, but I think it's pretty cute with the little crown on top and it's relatively sturdy for a drugstore product. I only wish it was clear on top so you could see the color, but it has a sticker on the bottom so it's not so bad.
This is great to wear with a smokey or intense eye to tone down the lips, but I also wear it a lot with more natural looks to just give a nice hint of color to the lips. I do like this color, but it's not amazing, so I wouldn't repurchase. I will be trying more Lasting Finish lipsticks though, because the quality is pretty good for just $4.

I've had this for a while,I got it from cvs for 75% off I think it was an end of the year sale or something but I'm so glad I got it. Its such a pretty color its a nude orangey color if that makes any sense. It lasts me a while and it's not drying which is a plus. Whenever this runs out in going to buy it again.

DESCRIPTION
- Orangey nude. Not very peachy or corally, just orangey, orangey nude.
- Very frosty finish, so much that it almost overpowers the nudeness of the lipstick.
- Not very full coverage
- More orange on the lips than when you look at it in the tube
PROS
- Vibrant
- Creamy
- Doesn't tug along lips
CONS
- Flimsy packaging
- Uneven on lips; concentrates into crevices
- Oxidizes very quickly, into a bright pinky coral color
OTHER
- Looks so off on my NC30 skin. Bright orange and pink tones look so fake on my lips (think Nicki Minaj), so it looks just as bad when it's oxidized on my lips. If the lipstick was more nude I think it would look perfect on me. Coverage is so uneven that I think it actually draws more attention to the crevices and flaky skin on my lips. Rimmel has other Lasting Finish lipsticks that are so much better than this one, like Just so.
Will probably empty out a crappy E.l.f. Studio Corrective Concealer palette and take this, along with other "eh" lipsticks I have, and mix them to make a DIY lip palette. :)

I was searching for a cheapish dupe of Nars's Barbarella and the internet led me to Crush. It is generally flattering on my skintone and uber pigmented lips... it shows up like a peachy nude. It looks awesome when I wear more dramatic eye looks.
It is a little drying and settles into the lines of my lips so I need to make sure I wear a good balm/treatment below them. The formula is not the same quality as the Nars formula, but I actually prefer the color of Crush vs Barbarella.

I am not a big fun of this lipstick, because it sits in the lines, hard to apply it evenly, and I don't like the frost effect.

Crush is a nice peachy-coral color and looks good on my fair skin. But I found it a bit drying on my lips and I hate the packaging. The tube looks very fragile and can break anytime. Overall, I quite like the color and might re-purchase it in future.

Amazing, GORGEOUS peach lipstick that feels luxurious and has great staying power. One of the reviewers here said Crush is a great dupe for MAC's Freckletone and while I haven't seen Freckletone, I have to say this is really worth checking out if you are thinking about purchasing Freckletone! I love my MACs, but for the price on sale at Walgreens of $4, this just cant' be beat. Who doesn't like a good dupe! I took a lippie off for the scent and the tacky tube it comes in, but this is a good quality drugstore lipstick that looks amazing on. Looks great with a natural looking e/s.

I really like this lipstick, the texture and lasting power is great. However, the color is just not for me. It definitely has golden undertones but it is slightly orange, and it is a great color for the summertime. I think this color is well suited for someone with a darker skin tone. I probably wont buy it again solely because of my fair skin coloring.

I love this lipstick! I love its texture--it's not drying, but it's not super wet either. I like the packaging, as well; it's easy to open and close and it's not too fussy.
Crush is not quite the right color for me--I have yellow undertones to my skin, and the corally color makes me look a bit, well, weird--so I might not buy this shade again, no matter how much I like it. (Seriously. This color is gorgeous. It's a pity it looks strange on me. :C) However, I would not hesitate to buy another Lasting Finish lipstick, perhaps in a different color?
I definitely recommend this if you have the right skin tone to pull this off!

Love the formulation, texture, and wear of this lipstick. Not so crazy about the colour. While I do love the colour itself, it just doesnt look right on me. I think if I were a tad fairer, or had darker hair it might look better, but i have a medium complexion with yellow undertones, and light blonde hair, and I feel that this just washes me out. Will repurchase from this line, just not this colour.

Nice and light shimmery coral for those with fair skin. More peachy than pink. A little bit frosty under certain light. Price is really ok. I have to say that it smells kinda weird. But the smell doesn't linger on for a long time. One time purchase. :)

I love this colour! Its a beautiful peachy pink on my lips. Its nicely pigmented so one swipe is all you need. It is similar to Mac Freckletone but not a complete dupe. Freckletone is more orange IMO. When I swatched it, I actually found it to be closer to Mac Shy Girl but Shy Girl is more pink. I find this lipstick to be a bit drying so I do have to make sure I wear a balm underneath or lipgloss on top. I picked this up for $4, so for the price you really cant go wrong!
