Just a note from the get go...the Personal Care Advanced Lubricating Moisturizing Lotion Dry, Sensitive Skin from the dollar store works exactly the same.
I bought the Lubriderm initially because Mslovely wrote a review about removing eye makeup with Lubriderm. I had been using Cetaphil and thought I'd give the Lubriderma try, I wasn't unhappy with the Cetaphil but thought it was a great idea especially since I have really dry winter skin. I now remove my face makeup with this as well and I use it with my Clarisonic. If you have dry, sensitive skin...its fantastic.
I also read women were using it as a leave in conditioner, a curl definer, shave cream...I don't have curly hair but I've read it works great. My hair is straight, it is slightly damaged from bleach, extremely baby fine cut it an asymetrical bob. When I don't blow it dry it feels thicker than when I dry it, it's not smooth but if I use anything that smooths it is too heavy. I have to blow dry my hair unfortunaely for the style. I hairpray my hair to death afterwards because it will fall.flat and to my scalp. Cute. I first tried this on the top layer of my long side because it never looks smooth and thought it'd be worth a try. I tried it on a day I wasn't going out in case I had to wash it out. It wasn't heavy at all. I used a drop. Completely smooth. Perfect. Now I used a few drops all over. It actually works the way a styling cream is SUPPOSED to work. My hair was so smooth and ridiculously bouncy and I took the plunge and went hairspray free since 1970 something. It's been 13 hours and it hasn't fallen, it's not greasy, it's not heavy and my bounce has lasted all day. I'm hooked. Now I have to figure out what to do with the literally 40 something cans and bottles of Bed Head and Chi. I am a convert. Love it.
Shave cream...works amazingly well. I had been using my Wen since I rarely use it on my hair but this is made for sensitive skin so it doesn't irritate, is thick enough to shave with and keeps everything moisturized and bump/red/pain free. Thanks to everyone for their great advice. Like I said I also picked up the dollar store Personal Care and it works equally as well. Oh, it moisturizes skin well, it's very light but it does the trick when you don't want to wear anything too heavy or sticky.

I have very sensitive skin that broke out in a dry red rash after a summer at a lake-side camp. The rash (affectionately known as "lake rash" by my fellow campers) was really stubborn and refused to go away. A week of applying this stuff liberally to my back and stomach (where the rash was) cleared it completely and restored sanity to my summer. Thank you Lubriderm!
*ETA* while I would buy this again, I found something much better -SkiKai naturals Borage Therapy for Kids.

This, along with a drop or two of jojoba or argan oil mixed in, has become my HOLY GRAIL facial and body moisturizer of choice. I love that I can regulate the amount of oil by adding some oil and mixing in. Love it!

This is a good lotion for sensitive skin I used it on my side after I got my tattoo and it moisturized well. It was light and not sticky, easy to rub and and soaked into the skin well. Didn't have a problem with irritation even thought my skin was very sensitive from the tattoo and it eventually healed fabulously.

When I first was diagnosed with allergy-prone/hyper-sensitive skin at age 12, this became my soothing, healing friend after each allergic reaction.
As I got older and my skin changed, I did find that it gave me pimples, although no rashes. And for a while this was the best I could hope for.
I've long moved on from using Seriously Sensitive Lotion in favor of moisturizers with all natural ingredients, but I will always highly recommend this product.

Suprised that I have not reviewed this. I'm on my nth bottle and I can not remember when I first bought this. Love, love, love this lotion. The formula is light, very moisturizing without being greasy or sticky. I even use it on my face. It says it has mineral oil BUT IT DOES NOT BREAK ME OUT. It improved the texture of my skin over time. I like perfumes a lot but not on lotions an so this so perfect for me.

I was introduced to this product years ago when I got my first tattoo. Since I had such a big bottle of it left after my tattoo healed, I started using it on my whole body. My chest, neck and upper arms are very sensitve. This lotion keeps me hydrated and doesn't give me the itchies or a rash. I continue to use it on all of my current and new tattoos along with my upper body. I use perfumed lotions on my lower body since my legs aren't sensitive. This way, I can still feel girly without pissing off my skin =)

I believe that the main reason people are having bad experiences with this lotion is because it's supposed to be used on the FACE. Every product that is used on your body, cannot be used on your face because the face is twenty times more sensitive.Trust me, I had horrible acne, so I went to a dermatologist and now I'm on topical prescriptions. They work pleasantly enough, however, they make my face dry as the dickens. I have been using Aveeno for years to control the dryness but it doesn't always work.
Then I stumbled upon this little gem at my parent's house. After applying it once over my face, it was moisturized and soft. Not greasy, not sticky, and definitely not irritating. I am in absolute love. I like it much better that Aveeno's Daily Moisturizing Lotion.

I don't know if what I have is this one--it's called Sensitive Moisture--but it's close enough.
I like it a lot! It's so nice and moisturizing and not too heavy and it smells nice. I like it and my skin likes it. I don't know if it causes breakouts, I can't really check just yet because I don't have a reference point (my skin's not exactly "steady" right now). I think it's great for the body at least.

Best lotion made... I have a million and always on the lookout for the best unscented lotion. It makes my skin so incredibly soft and it's not greasy. It melts right into your skin and never irritates or competes with your perfume. I'm not scent sensitive, just love unscented lotions with alot of quality. The price is a little more than regular lotion... I guess your paying for them to leave out the scent and bad ingredients that are cheap. It reminds me in some ways of cetaphil, because it's so gentle. Your not supposed to use lotion for the body on your face, common sense... They are not the same type of skin and the skin on your face is alot thinner and sensitive to products.

A good general moisturizer for the body - but not particularly effective on really dry, problem areas (elbows, hands, shins, feet). In those areas, I'd rather use something more concentrated like Eucerin Moisturizing Creme.
While it says it is unscented, there is a slight odor (almost like the paste you used in kindergarten) when it first comes out of the bottle - but this doesn't show up on your skin at all. Very light and fast-absorbing lotion.

I love this lotion and i apply all over my body after my showers. My skin has been feeling soft since i started using it. I also have really sensitive and dry skin on my torso and it hasnt broken me out or cause a rash which i am easily prone to. It spreads out good and on me it only takes a couple seconds to absorb. This is also a good lotion to put on your legs after shaving because it wont sting you or clog the pores.

BEWARE! Always do a patch test - even if you have NEVER had an allergic reaction to a lotion before. I hadn't.This lotion has given me a serious chemical burn. I usually use the Lubriderm with Oats formula on my face, but when my drugstore was out I bought the 'sensitive' formula. It's been two days and my entire face and neck have progressed from tight and red to raw and breaking out in thousands of tiny bumps. It hurts to talk, smile or otherwise move my face.

I have been using this lotion for years. I live in MT and we have dry winters and I have dry skin, so it took me awhile to find a lotion that I really like. I tried the different versions of Jergens, Curel, Eucerin and even different versions of Lubriderm, but this is the only formula that doesn't make my skin itch. It's kind of a thin lotion, so in the winter I usually use it in both the morning and at night. I've even used it on my eyes from time to time in the winter, although I won't put it all over my face. My husband does use it on his face in the winter, though. The main thing it that it doesn't have an annoying smell, it absorbs well and it doesn't make me ITCH!! I'll keep using this lotion forever!!

This is supposed to be for sensitive skin. On the bottle it says it is non-comdetogenic, non greasy, gentle and non irritating and fragrance free.
What is SHOULD have said is that it may contain some ingredient that may break some people (like me) out instantly on applying it to their skin, that is actually feels like vaseline on your skin, leaving a greasy film on your skin while under that your skin is parched dry. It also smells like glue which fades quickly.
This is one of the worst products for my sensitive skin. It felt like my face was wrapped in plastic wrap.

Besides Paula's Choice Skin Balancing Moisture Gel, this is my favorite lotion. It's light weight, non-greasy and moisturizes well. Will update after using it for a month or so and see if any reaction develops.

This just wasn't enough for me. I also found that it gave me a little bit of a bad reaction. As other reviewers have said, it does smell like elmer's, which didn't bother me, but I found the consistency to be about the same as elmer's -- maybe a little runnier. It's not terrible, but I thnk the Curel Continuous Comfort Unscented is probably the best for my very, very sensitive skin. This product just has no staying power and not only made my skin feel dry after a short time, but also stiffer, if that makes sense.

My sister bought this in the small squeeze bottle as a handcream, and I used it in a pinch b/c she was over. I found it overly greasy, and a different consistency than the other Lubriderm lotions, runnier. I wouldn't buy this.

The only lotion I use. I've used it for years, after I shower I put it on areas that get dry and put it on my hands after I wash them. It's completely unscented and doesn't leave a filmy feeling. I've been using it exclusively for about the past 8 years and will continue to.
