I simply ADORE this product. i got it on a whim at boots and i wish i got several tubes because am now unable to get it anywhere where i live.
It comes in a tube, has a light almost lemony scent which i don't mind. The cream itself is very lightweight so not very moisturizing for my dry skin. It sinks in quickly and stings a little bit. I wake up with super soft baby skin that glows!
love this and for the price, you can't go too wrong! I'm taking of one lippy because i have to add moisturizer because it's not moisturizing enough but otherwise it's a true HG product!

I picked this up because of the good reviews, at the grocery store of all places...where it was on sale. Yay! (I love sales):) Anyway, the texture of the cream is very lightweight, and I liked that it wasn't one of those thicker creams that refuses to absorb into my skin. When I put it on, there was a cooling/stinging sensation that felt kind of good. Upon putting it on, it seemed my skin looked a little smoother, but there wasn't anything special about it. So I gave it three lippies, because I liked how it made my skin look a little smoother and the feel of it, but in the long run, it didn't really do anything, so hence two lippies off.

I had wanted to try this, and found it at Ulta for 1/2 off. First off, I love the smell of this. Very light and fruity and fresh, but not overpowering. I'm in love with this moisturizer! Has such a great smooth consistency and is very light. You don't need too much to cover the whole face and I wake up to skin that feels moisturized. May be too light for winter skin, but is working great for me now. I have been layering this on top of my Olay Regenerist serum and I'm happy with the results. I do wish the cap was a flip top rather than screw on. It has not made me break out either which tends to happen sometimes since my skin is kinda fickle.
I noticed that all the stores I have gone to recently (Ulta, Target) are no longer carrying this!!! I wonder if its being discontinued... I hope not!

My skin falls into a rather bizarre category. I'm mid-forties, with mostly combination skin, not a wrinkle anywhere, and occasional breakouts, both regular pimples and those horrible adult cystic types. I've used skin care ranging from drug store, to private distributor (Arbonne, etc.,), but mostly higher end department store and prescription products. Simply stated, I LOVE this product. I picked it up almost haphazardly, partly because I love the clean, fresh scent of Garnier products. I've found this cream to be wonderful for my skin....my previous problems with blotchiness and some red spots are gone. My skin is smooth and looks much more clear and clean than before. I know my skin care needs are somewhat unique, but for anyone who fits into that in-between stage.....not young, oily skin and not aging, dry skin, this stuff is wonderful!

I love this stuff. It feels so nice and smooth going on my face. The fragrance doesn't bother me, it's refreshing. It's one of the few things that can fully hydrate my dry skin yet is light and doesn't feel like body butter smearing on my face. It soaks in immediately and has never caused any irritation or clogged pores. I like the tube packaging as it's easy to dispense without causing any mess. The only thing keeping me from rating this a 5 is because it contains methylparaben, which I'm trying to avoid. So far it's been very hard to find a paraben-free moisturizer that compares to this!

I have to say I really had high hopes for this product but I didn't even get it onto my face. I put a bit on the back of my hand to see how it felt and I couldn't get it off fast enough. It was so heavily scented, and because I'm so sensitive to scents, it made me instantly nauseous. I returned it the next day and am still looking for a good, unscented night cream.

I am on a hunt for an affordable hydrating night cream, and was really hope this would be the one. This has a nice consistency and feels really nice when I put it on, however I broke out all over chin the first night. I realize skin takes a while to get used to new products but it wouldn’t go away until I stopped using this product. I really wanted this to work because 1) the cost is great, especially if you get it on sale 2) it feels really nice when I put it on 3) my face looked and felt soft in the morning – but the ingrown pimples are not worth it.

I rediscovered this in my makeup cabinet and could not be happier. I have noticed some fine lines popping up (I am 26) and have had drier than normal skin this summer and needed something gentle and moisturizing that wouldn't break my skin out. This fit the bill. It has a scent to it but I happen to like the smell. I really like that it is in a tube so you don't contaminate the product and it feels amazingly soft on my skin. The silicone hasn't aggravated my acne prone skin and I actually use this after doing glycolic acid peels (from MUAC) and it helps soothe my skin. I use this at night and wake up to soft skin that feels moisturized and looks smoother. I haven't noticed a major difference in wrinkles but my skin feels so nice after using this I don't mind.

This is a simple, light-feeling cream that does what it says. I've used it for a week and my skin is already evening out in color, fine lines are diminishing and skin appears brighter. Definitely as good as creams that cost much much more.
Age: 19-24 Skin: Normal, Fair Hair: Blond Eyes: Brown
Consistency: This is a light, gel-like moisturizer. It's not heavy at all, which surprised me since this is a nighttime moisturizer. It sinks in within a few minutes without leaving any residue or oil-ey feeling.
Smell: This is probably the only con I have. It has a strong scent which I can't describe, but it reminded me of Avon's nighttime moisturizer which I *hate*. I tried another Garnier mositurizer and the other one smelled very pleasant- I don't know?
Overall: I woke up the next day and my skin was very supple and soft. I use this as a morning moisturizer too, but I feel its better for nighttime. Not because it's heavy, but strangely it doesn't feel like it moisturizes enough for the outside. The wind, activity, daily stress, ect. I don't know, but I think my skin would need just a *tad* bit more than this for morning. But nighttime, it works very pleasantly. I RIS, but I would repurchase if I ever ran out.

When I use this, I wake up with my face looking really clean. I don't wake up with an oily face like I usually do. The only thing is that I think it may be making me break out. I broke out all over my chin, like 5 ingrown pimples. This never happens and I only usually get like one pimple before my period. I stopped using this and my pimples clear up. Bummer cause I liked the way it was affecting my skin.

This sinks into my skin right away, leaving it very soft and very creamy. It also evens out my skin tone. There's something that's almost oily about the this cream, but in a way that is quite moisturizing without being greasy. I don't mind the smell. In fact, I kind of love it.I only wish that the tube was thicker, but oh well. C'est la vie.

Oh how I love thee, let me count the ways....First (and most important) it has replaced my SUPER expensive KS Deep tissue Repair which was killing my wallet at 150.00 a pop every couple of months! Second, it goes on like a dream, has a slight cooling feeling and sinks in quickly with no greasy residue. I know this is marketed as a night treatment but I have used it during the day as well, it works excellent under my Guerlain Parure extreme acting as a moisturizer/primer/mattifier. The silicones fill in crevices/pores nicely and is a perfect canvas for makeup application. It does not have SPF obviously, but that doesn't bother me because my Guerlain has SPF25. I (and my wallet) are loving this stuff and I think I may have found a new HG cream, for day and night! P.S. I found mine at Walmart for about 12.50 in a handy 1.7oz tube- so far no breakouts and I have scanned over the ingredient list several times. There is no pore clogging oils or anything other than the silicones but they don't bother me...yippee!!

I am really pleased with this stuff. This was on sale at CVS which is why I decided to try it. I love the feel and light smell of it, and as others have said, it does absorb very quickly and makes my skin VERY smooth. It feels great on my skin (I did not experience any stinging or irritation at all with it, and I have very sensitive skin). I also love the tube packaging. My skin does seem visibly improved when I use this. My only issue with it is that, although it leaves my skin feeling supple and not at all greasy, it is not moisturizing enough for the cold winter months (although it does feel quite hydrating when you put it on). During super-cold weather, I had to switch to another product because I need something quite moisturizing before bed (or you could use this and put a moisturizer over it). But during summer, I think this will be perfect.

I have to start by saying that I always passed by the Garnier line in the drugstore in favor of other brands, because it just never looked interesting to me. That is, until I swapped for a tube of this cream. Although I haven't seen any visible results in terms of brightening, boy does my skin feel soft and smooth after I apply this. I find the consistency quite nice too (a light gel-cream with a floral smell), and the stand-up tube packaging is the best. No bad effects that I can see, and I am loving it two weeks in. Yes, I would buy this.

Because I've had all kinds of craziness going on with my skin over the last year (clogged pores, adult acne, large pores, hyperpigmentation, oily skin), I've been working hard to not only "repair" and minimize the problems, but also hopefully "renew" it and return it as close to its former glory as possible. I'd never used a night cream and am reluctant to incorporate new things because I don't want anything to further irritate my skin. But I decided to give this a go (after checking the reviews on MakeUpAlley from my BlackBerry while standing in the aisle at CVS!), and I have to say I think its great. I've been using this since February and have had no adverse reactions. I think it smells nice and is very light, it smooths on nicely and absorbs quickly, leaving my face really soft. Although there hasn't been any dramatic results or anything, when I wake up my face looks fresh and is soft and this seems to control the overnight oilies. When it runs out, I plan to repurchase.

I tried this product tediously. I have never been that big of a fan of Garnier haircare and thought that the skin care may have been similar. I actually really like this. I used AHA's throughout most of my teenage years to help exfoliate for acne and while they did keep my skin clear, they dried it out considerably for the 5 years I used them. I have not had a breakout in a awhile, so I decided to try a regular moisturizing face cream. I bought this because I liked the smell and it was on sale. It is a very wet lotion, it seems to melt into my skin very easily. It has a quite a bit of silicone in it so it helps with my oily skin (my skin loves silicone in products, but my hair hates it, go figure). It does sting quite a bit when you first put it on if you have an irritated spot or a particularly dry spot. But after that, it dries to a very nice feel. Moisturized, but not oily. Leaves your skin 'dry' but not dried out. I use it day and night. Kudos to Garnier for making a good product for once.

this stuff is very very hydrating, non-irritating. very smooth, creamy consistency which literally melts into your skin. wake up with glowing skin.
for me it can be a bit much if i use it every night. i use this jsut a few nights a week now and it doesnt cause oiliness. great to hydrate winter dryness

This is actually does make my face feel renewed the following morning. It leaves it nice and supple. The only minus is that I wish that it would also moisiturized. I also don't think any lines have disappeared from my face. The tube is not all that big, but it did last me for five months.

I'm in my early 20s but like they say, you can never start skincare too early. I bought this after reading all the wonderful reviews on here. Thanks everyone! This is an amazing product. I've never used night cream before and this product made a huge difference on my skin. I would wake up to soft, supple and well-moisturized skin. According to my mom, it even reduced my left-over acne marks. I am so in love with my natural skin that I stopped wanting to wear foundation. Usually I never leave the house without foundation. Now I don't wear anything on my skin because it looks so good already.
