I own this bronzer in 'bronze gold' which has a dark bronzer on the left side and on the other side a highlighter.

I have nc25 skintone and the bronzer shows up amazing on my skin. It is a dark bronze color and a little goes a long way. I don't use the highlighter. This is the first bronzer that I hit pan on!

I apply this bronzer with my mac 109 brush. This product costed me 4€ which is super cheap! If you're looking for a good drugstore bronzer, I highly recommend this one.

I did see a noticeable color when I put this on but one side was two red and the other was too brown. Mixed wasn't a good combination either and it wasn't really easy to mix them because of how the compact was set up. I ended up dropping this and half of the side I was mostly using (the more brown one) broke.

Not bad though, I guess depending on your skin color. I am pretty fair. Liked that it wasn't shimmery. Cheap also which was a plus. Not very much in the compact so good to try if you're unsure. Might be better suited for someone who has some color already. Was a little harsh on me.

As I don't need a bronzer, I use this as a highlighter and it works.

im not a fan of this bronzer what so ever, it gives off little pigmentation, i need to rub my finger in it 100 times to get the littlest amount of color. i also found that this bronzer really did break me out. wouldn't repurchase and wouldn't recommend

I purchased this product in the shade Bronze Gold. One side is a deep terracotta color with very fine shimmer. The second color is a bright gold with shimmer. The deep color is great for contouring, while the gold is great for highlighting. The gold is also great as a quick and easy eyeshadow. I am light/medium, yellow warm toned, and this does not appear orange on me. Apply with a light hand on both colors though, because they are very pigmented. Be sure to apply after your base thoroughly dries, otherwise you will be streaky. Lastly, the packaging is a little chinsy, as the lid just sets on, but for me it sits on securely and tight, and I haven't had an issue with it. That's not to say others won't or haven't. All in all, I highly recommend this product.

Honestly, this is the best bronzer I've had so far. It does not break me out (unlike MAC and other brands.) I've been using it for years now and recently bought Terracotta Tan (forgot what colors I bought before.) The darker color is amazing. I use it to contour, but the lighter color is a bit too dark to be a highlighter for me,however it has a lot of shimmer, but not too glittery. I'm between NC40-42 and naturally tanned so the colors are not dark for my skin tone at all. I use it with my elf powder brush or mac angled blush brush. I usually wear it with nars dolce vita or milani rose d'oro and together they give off a peachy to rosy glow, natural tan type of glow.

For the price, this stuff is amazing :)

I heard a lot about how good N.Y.C bronzers were. Then the other day I found the last one on the shelf at Rite Aide. So I snatched it up. It was about $4.99 normally but I got it on sale for 2.99. Anyway, at first after I applied it, I was not so impressed since I could barely see the colors on my skin. Then I remembered I had a big bronzer brush, so I tried applying with that. And...Voila! The colors and shimmer appeared a lot better. (Not to self: The right brush does the trick!) I usually use the bronzer on my cheeks and highlighter on the whole face. The colors are just right for me: healthy bronze and glowy gold. Love, love. love it! (I have a Laura Mercier bronzer that I don't like as much. Not saying that N.Y.C is better or anything. But maybe just cuz the LM bronzer color palette is not so versatile for me.)

I love this product! It blends so well with foundation and lasts a very long time. The color comes out so nicely on a brush and is actually golden brown not orange like most cheaper bronzers. I love this product and would definitely buy it again.

This is a fantastic bronzer! It is highly pigmented but doesn't come out orange or dark. I am NC35 and this is the best bronzer I have ever used. I tested dozens of bronzers from higher end companies and none of them gave me a golden sunkissed look. They were all to brown and not enough gold. Gorgeous glow!

I hate this product. Maybe I got a bad one, but mine has zero pigmentation. I need to rub it with my finger like 20 times to make the tiniest bit of color show up.. I have it in the lightest shade, but this really doesn't work for me. Wouldn't buy again.

I've been in need of a new bronzer since my tarte park avenue princess is almost gone. I came across this in cvs the other day and since I'd heard good things about NYC bronzers, decided to pick this up. Wasn't sure what color to get but bronze gold looked the most promising for my fair skin. Bronze gold turned out to be very lovely. It's not too dark or orange and definitely warms up my face giving it a nice tan. The highlighted side is pretty too, mixing them together creates a beautiful, glowing warmth. There is some shimmer in it, but nothing too noticeable. This is a great bronzer for summer.

i have this bronzer in terracotta tan and i love it. During summer i use both shades for contour and highlighting. During winter the ligtest shade works for the countouring. I love that it has a tiny subtle amount of shimmer which is not noticeable once you apply it. So far ive had no problems with fall out and find it easy to blend. The packaging is not the best but it hasnt broken so i guess it is doing its job just fine.

This bronzer rocks! I have it in Terracotta Tan and I love it. I gives a great glow that actually shows up on my skin, NC50, It's so nice to have a matte bronzer that works for women of color!

It's nice that the bronzers come with 2 different colors, one dark and the other light so that I can contour and highlight or custom blend for my own color of bronzer. But the packaging sucks, and does have tons of fallout. I'll admit though, NYC has the best drugstore bronzers and vie tried tons of them. If your fair, get the bronze gold one if your medium or richer try the terra-cotta tan.

This is an amazing bronzer! I use it to give my skin a tanned effect and also for contouring the cheeks. I bought it in the shade Bronze Gold (#717). It is very pigmented and really cheap, it was around 4 dollars at walmart. The powder looks shimmery but when applied it only gives a subtle shimmer which isn't even visible unless you look up close 4 inches away from the mirror. I like how it comes with a lighter powder so you can use it as a highlight on the cheekbones while applying the darker one under them for contouring. It's a great quality for the price!

The packaging is quite annoying, it's hard to get it open and the cap's so easy to fall off! The color is quite hard to blend and doesn't look natural. Quite disappointed with this bronzer.

I am obsess with bronzers and finding a great deal and this one was a steal! I love how it delivers such amazing pigmentation while being so cheap! It beats out many high end products for me and I find myself always using this when I want a faux tan. I recommend this product to someone who's on a budget and wants great pigments.

I like that this has a bronzer and a highlighter in one package. This is easy for me to travel as i don't have to buy separate things. The packaging looks very cheap as do all of the nyc products but hey as long as they deliver it out. Depending on the brush you use will be the outcome of the pigmentation. If you use a stippling brush application will be light. If you use a dense contour brush the application will be heavy. It has light shimmers that doesn't make you look glittery. However if you put on too much you would look like a disco ball.

I have hit pan on this after about seven months of use, and love it. I use it almost everyday in the shade Bronze Gold, which I don't find to be orange at all and adds such a nice sunkissed look. The bronzer side has some little microshimmer in it, but I really don't notice it when applied. I like the fact that there is a highlighter side to it with gold shimmer, and what I do is swirl the two sides evenly with a fluffy brush and then apply is under my cheekbones, jawline and hairline. I will definitely repurchase.
