I bought this because the comb attachment on my old Conair eyebrow groomer broke. I had a gift card to CVS and had seen this EOB product that looked almost identical to my old one (which was purchased at Walgreens). I got it home and put the battery in....nothing happened. I double checked on the battery to make sure I put it in the right way and even put it in the opposite position just in case. The thing would never turn on!! Luckily, I hadn't thrown my old groomer away and the EOB head attachment fit beautifully on my Conair one. I'm pissed that I paid 10 bucks on this piece of crap but everything turned out ok in the end. Buy Conair!!
