My favorite MSF thus far. I do have Petticoat (pinkish, but darker) and Stereo Rose (peachier) which are closer in color than the rest of my MSFs, but I always reach for Light Flush. On me NC20 it is a pretty pink "flush." The texture works really well on my skin - I do have some pores and breakouts at times. It has some sparkle to it but not overly glittery. I wish I had a couple back-ups!

Three words: BROKE ME OUT. And badly too. I could not figure out why I had all these red bumps all over my face. This was the culprit. I am not willing to sacrifice my skin for this product. I find it VERY over-rated. Beautiful colour, but not for me. Now I have to deal with Acne scars. Wish I never got into trying these out.
Really wish I was not allergic to the bismuth in it!

light flush looks similar to petticoat msf in the pan but they look totally different on the cheek. light flush give a lovely warm pink with copper glow-(petticoat is a raspberry glow). i tend to stay away from coppery cheek products from fear of looking orange but light flush is so subtle that it is truly breathtaking. looks stunning as an eyeshdow too. will def buy again if i have the chance

The tones of this really complement my skin and makes me look glowy and radiant. I get a lot of compliments on my skin when I wear it. It definitely has a pink gold glow. Definite shimmer, not too much for me but I use it lightly on top of my cheekbones. Love this very much.

One of my favorite make-up products! It was $28.50 but it will last for a LONG time, so the price is worth it. I use it almost every day. I apply it from my cheek to my temple, and also right above my eyebrow. It makes my face so bright and healthy looking.

I've also used highlighter from Smashbox and The Body Shop, they are about 10 dollars cheaper. They don't even do this product justice, I will never buy highlighters from those lines again. MAC all the way.

I love it as a highlight, it gives me an ethereal glow. A little goes a long way, be careful and use a light hand to avoid looking brassy. Overall I think it's really pretty but my lid popped out so I can't take it anywhere. Luckily it hasn't cracked, I keep it in a ziplock and don't use it very often.

This was my first-ever MSF and I fell in love with it so much I bought two! It is such a beautiful pinky-gold color. I use my 187 or 131 brush to apply and it works wonders. It applies just enough for a lovely glow without looking like a disco ball. At night I like to use this as a blush, and in the day I touch it over my regular blush for extra glow. This looks beautiful on my eyes as a sheer wash of color as well. Yes, it most definitely is expensive, but for the amount of product received it's a steal! I bought this years ago and still haven't even touched my backup. I've been collecting MSFs ever since, and am quite happy to have this in my collection!

This is my first MSF by Mac and I have to say I'm impressed. Light flush is gorgeous pinky/coppery shade and gives just the right amount of sheen to the skin without being too much. The MSF is going to last forever as a light swirl with a brush is all I need on my light skin tone. I've also found that the Scott Barnes Eye Ice pigment in 'Fever' is an exact dupe for Light Flush when applied very lightly to the cheek bones. it gives that same coppery pink sheen.

This is a gorgeous blush color. I actually use this by itself or on top of peachy or pink blushes. It has very strong gold and pink undertones. It's not over the top shimmery, that's why I like it so much. It has the perfect amount of shimmer to make your cheeks glow, but not enough to make it look like a glitter bomb exploded on your face.

I got one of this with plenty of veinings.
I wear this as a blush since I'm quite fair (NC/NW20). I just need to use a tiny bit and it gives me a pretty glow.
I would not repurchase since I doubt I will ever finish this and also, IMO, this is a dupe for Petticoat MSF.

EDIT: I do NOT like this anymore as I found that it has such a stong pink & gold undertone. I HATE gold, so this wasn't for me.
This really reminds me of a more amplified petticoat. I like them both, and this one does seem to have a bit more gold to it, but they are a lot alike. It is really pigmented and will last a long time. Of course, I can't buy this (except for from blog sales) bc I believe that MAC.COM no longer sells this, but I'm sure it will come out again in the future as they generally do :) But if I do need another one by that time, I will surely buy a new one.

I am totally in love with this MSF. One of the best ones that MAC has issued. Gives me a natural light glow and I receive tons of compliments whenever have it on my face. Too bad it's discontinued but luckily you can find it on ebay.

I LOVE this! It was my 1st MSF and it certainly lived up the the hype of MSFs in my opinion. I had been hesitant to try MSFs b/c I'm more of a matte girl in terms of blush. Usually shimmery products make me look shiny and oily...not this! This literally gives me a lit from within glow that is gorgeous! I usually apply this as a highlight over a pink or peach blush, but it also makes a lovely blush. I can't describe it, but it just glows. It's not glittery or overly shimmery, just glowing. I feel like the gold in this really warms up my face and makes me look so healthy. I'm pretty pale and don't tan easily, so I use a little of this to highlight and some bronzer and this makes a great summer look :)

I really like this MSF! It gives a really pretty flush even to my medium-dark skin (I'm NC 40) so it seems to be complimentary to many skin tones. I actually got it by fluke in some set - I can't remember which one - and I tried it out and fell in love! My only gripe is that it lacks a mirror. If it was more of a compact type product with a mirror I would definitely use it more when I'm out. Nevertheless, it's a staple for me and looks gorgeous over NARS Orgasm or even their Laguna bronzer.

love this msf. i'm very fair(nw15) and i can use this as blush and it gives me a sweet light peachy color...a little deeper than by candlelight, but this color is so light that it's hard for me to over do. another msf that i have 2 of... perfect topping, by candlelight are others.

This is such a pretty highlighter for my NC37-40 skin. I have worn this on top of bronzer to give it a rosey glow but my favorite way to wear it is on the top of my cheekbones right above a pink toned blush. It looks super pretty in pictures as well. It's a highlight with a punch. If you can find this, I say try it out and get it!
*For fairer skin ladies, this would probably work as a pretty blush.

I absolutely looooooove this stuff! It's soooooo pretty. I originally wanted to use it as a highlight but it has too much of a pink to it so I use it over my blush instead. You can use any plain ole matte pink blush and use this msf over top and it looks GORRRRRGEOUS! A little goes a long way. It gives your cheeks a nice pinky golden sheen. Amazing stuff!

This is from the MAC Magic Mirth Mischief Collection. Its the Pinkzapoppin'! Face Kit! I don't like this all over my face, but I use it over my blush and bronzer, and its really pretty. It has the perfect shimmer to it, especially in sun light. I would repurchase. I would also like other MSF colors.

Oh my god. This is my second msf and I love it. Most beautiful highlight. Must use a light hand though. I use the 188, and it looks AMAZING. I'm an nw30, so it's a bit too light to use as a blush alone, but using it over a blush together looks great.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this MSF, my favourite Msf by MAC.
I'm an NC42 and this colour give me a nice subtle glow, it has like an illuminating finish, with gold, pinky, light green undertone. It's a very very unique colour. These were limited editions but I managed to get two more of Ebay after I ran out, and I've nearly finished my second one (eeek!) I think you can still buy some of ebay is the US, but in the UK they're a little more rare, just have to keep searching.
Only one more left after this, dont know what I'm going to do. I hope MAC bring this back in one of their collections! It's a must have!
