I really enjoyed this product. I have dry/peeling lips and I didn't think this product dried them out at all. And unlike make commenters here, I thought it lasted a decent amount of time. *shrugs* I mean, it's a natural lip gloss so I was pretty impressed with its staying power considering it doesn't have all that nasty junk in the ingredients.
I loved how sheer the colour was as well. Just enough shade to enhance my lips. The only downside would be the strong citrus smell when you first put it on. I find it fades pretty fast though. Will definately buy again!

I have this in Nectar Nude. I agree that there doesn't to have much colour, but i put it on top of my lip stick, so its good with lip stick but not on its own.
The gloss doesn't stay very long..maybe 15 mins..then its gone..i have to keep re-applying. But its good moisturising when its on.
It's pretty affordable for a lip gloss..so i will stick to it for a while:)

In short, this product is glossy, without even a hint of colour, for about 2 minutes, before actually drying the buggery out of my lips, to the point where I have flakes coming off! Nasty.

While it doesn't have staying power, I like this as it is shimmery, it is moisturising and in a pinch I can wear it if I forget my plain lip balm. The colours are gorgeous and not mineral oil greasy or slimy feeling. I've tossed pretty tube gloss if I hate how it feels. Added bonus, the glitter bits in this don't seem to irritate my sensitive lips. Other glitter gloss has in the past left me chapped, irritated or worse - with corner of the mouth zits.
Also it doesn't go on too slippery or sticky
I'd buy this again and recommend it.

I have this in a soft baby pink shimmery colour.
I don't use it much, it has citrus flavour.. Citrus is known to make the skin sensitive to light.. and the gloss makes my lips feel dry even when covered in goop.
It does have a nice consistency for a natural gloss.. but it's very sheer.
Maybe I'm being hard on it because of the whole citrus thing.
I do like the colour.. but for more of a colour, Terra Tints Lipbalm/Gloss in Bloom is a more pigmented natural baby pink shade.

I have this in juicy peach and i adore it!! Its so shimmery and shiny, but in a natural way (if that makes sense...) Its sheer when put on lips, but still has a hint of color. This is nice because the Burts Bees lip shimmers (the sticks) are darker when applied. I like to put this over the shimmers and it looks soooo natural but sooooo pretty. There is a light scent to them, but I can't understanding everyone being surprised, since the ingredients are natural, and therefore are bound to smell. I really like it, but then some people might not, it just depends on taste. It is a bit thick, but i don't mind. It has virtually no taste to it and its very moisturizing. I have extremely extremely dry lips, and although this doesn't make my lips amazingly soft, it does help when other glosses make my lips MORE dry. It doesn't last very long though, i think it gets absorbed into your skin a bit... anyway, overall, a great product, and i will be buying every color they have :)

I love that this product is natural and does not test on animals. That's the reason I purchased it! However, I ended up being extremely disappointed from the very first use.
I purchased the natural shade because I wanted just a hint of color without the gloss being completely clear, but I see absolutely no nude tint when I apply the gloss. The first thing I noticed was the grapefruit smell and taste. It's not terribly strong, but it was definitely a surprise. The next thing I noticed was that my lips did not feel glossy at all. In fact, I had to look in the mirror just to make sure it looked like I had anything on! There is a very, very subtle glow from this gloss that I only see in direct light. Otherwise, it looks like I just put a clear lipbalm on. Very strange considering this is advertised as a gloss!
The worst thing about this product is that not only does it not apply glossy, but it actually dries out my lips after about five minutes before completely disappearing. What a waste... I will use what's left of what I have because I do enjoy the grapefruit scent, but I will never repurchase this.

I got mine in Sweet Pink and I love love love it just like the rest of my Burt's Bees products!! This is one of my favorite, day glosses cause it's not sticky and gives you a more natural, dew-kissed shine. Again, it really treats my dry lips and leaves them supple. I wear this on it's own or over my Burt's Bees Lip Shimmer in Papaya. Highly recommend! ;-)

Dried my lips out so bad! It was a wasted 7 bucks. At first I thought I was alone and my lips were weird but I got on here and see that I'm not.

I find that the colors are okay but they don't really show it makes a shiny gloss more than the color that it shows in the tube. It doesn't stay very well and comes off easily. It does do an okay job moisturizing your lips and dry spots don't show.

The colors are beautiful, but the texture is gritty and it wears away within 10-15 minutes or less. Do not buy unless you have sampled first. I wish I would have tried it first before purchase. Now I am stuck with 4 tubes.

i don't love this product becoz
1.it says its super shiny but its NOT(but i'm kind of ok with that i was looking for an everday lip gloss anywas)
2. the lipgloss dose NOT COME OUT OF THE TUBE(this mite only be my lipgloss prob) i have to push very hard for at lest a lil to come out, i guess somethings stuck inside (i even tried a tooth pick)
3. Its expansive!!!! $24!!!(at H-E-B) i mite be expensive becoz its all natural and it moisturizes ur lips but idk still think its not worth the money
4. don't like the smell (but my mom loves it ..lol) never tried to taste it either (becoz of the smell)
the reasons i like it
1. it was kind of what i was looking for(an everyday lip gloss) it wasnt so shiny (like the N.Y.COLOR which i love)
2.the color was very llight and sheer which is all so what i was looking for ( the color was nectar nude)
3. and it kind of moisturizes my lips (there is bearly any lip product that can do that)
ya will thats it of course i will not buy this product again but i'm not going to say if i recommend it or not coz idk its ur choose!
xoxo,
gc

I received the "Sweet Pink" shade as a gift not too long ago. I usually love Burt's Bees products, but I didn't love this. The color doesn't appear on my lips at all, and it isn't "Super Shiny" as the package advertises. I also hate the grapefruit scent and taste ... It's too strong! On the plus side, though, the gloss does moisturize my lips well enough.

So cute! I'm a huge fan of burts bees original lip balm, and this is just as awesome! It goes on quite sheer in color (I'm very light-skinned with pinkish lips) but adds a nice shimmer and gloss. Not sticky at all, leaves your lips feeling nicely smooth. I'm not a fan of the tiny burts bees shimmery lip balms in a stick (can't remember the name) - those add way too much color for me, but this one is perfect! The tube is fine for application - it's one of those plastic squeeze tubes with a slanted tip and a little hole in the middle where the product comes out... I usually prefer brushes for gloss but this is fine, esp since the gloss is sort of on the thick side - though goes on very smoothly, nicely, and as I mentioned, not gloppily at all :) LOVE it! Will buy again.

I stalk the makeup aisles at all my local retail stores and one day Wally World happened to have a kit of these, a set of four different colors, on clearance. I bought it and tried it, and loved them all. The colors I got are Zesty Red, Pucker Berry, Sweet Pink, and Nectar Nude. I alternate wearing them, since all colors are pretty flattering, and don't find them sticky or too horribly tasting. The taste is hard to describe, it's not like candy or medicine, it's just sort of...there. The product is slightly difficult to get into the tube applicator at first but a nice squeeze does the trick. They make for a very pretty, shiny gloss on top of lipstick or alone.

I am always trying out different brands of lip gloss because I don't really where lipstick. I have really dry lips so I thought I would give this a try because it's supposed to really help with moisture. I really like it a lot. I just bought it today and tried it when I got home. Like others have said it doesn't have a lot of color but it does have a lot of shine. Most important to me in lip gloss is that it isn't sticky and this stuff isn't sticky at all. I am definitely going to continue to use this stuff.

I bought this in a set of three, with Pucker Berry, Sweet Pink, and a biegy color whose name escapes me.
There are a couple pros to this gloss: It's not sticky at all, yet still manages to be shiny. The shine itself isn't super polyurathane reflective, which I consider to be a plus. Subtle in a pretty way. It also conditions the lips well, like a nice lip balm.
The cons: No color at all: As I said I got this in a set, but I might as well have gotten three of the same color, because they look exactly the same on. Also, you must reapply often, as it absorbs into the lips (albeit to condtion) within 30 to 45 minutes.
Basically, it's a shiny lipbalm. probably works great if you don't want much color, or even over lipstick.

I bought two colors--a pink shade and peach shade. The colors didn't show at all on my lips. I don't like the scent. The formula isn't long-wearing. I had to reapply many times. The only good thing is that the formula isn't sticky.

I have very chapped lips due to my lip biting habit, so I need a moisturizing lip gloss. Regular chemical ones dry out my lips. This lip gloss goes on smoothly, and although doesn't last long, as it gets absorbed it really moisturizes my lips, so they feel better than when I use a chapstick! Also this gloss is surprisingly non sticky.
I have it in sweet pink, and my lips are naturally deep pink, so although it doesn't add any color, it adds shine and shimmer.
