i have a lot of post acne scars, which really frustrated me so i broke down and bought this concealer after hearing some pretty good things about it. i think this concealer, however, is alright. it does conceal very well. it doesnt feel heavy and a little goes a long way. the packaging is also pretty good. it's tiny and easy to carry around, but be careful where you bring this because even a little bit of heat can make this melt (my desk lamp was even able to melt the top layer). its also opaque and pigmented, but i found after a while it fades/rubs off, so my scars end up showing again. also, it has a tendency to grip on to dry patches, especially after finishing powder has been applied. i've also found that if you use too much, it will settle into fine lines and also cake. i was warned by the SA though to use very little of this because of those issues. another problem i have with this concealer is the colour selection. i don't understand why mac skips the NC25 shade, which is my skin tone. the SA instead had to use NC30 on me, which is a little bit too dark. the ligher shade, NC20, is too light on me. why mac, why?

I have this in two shades. NC20 for my blemishes and NW20 for my dark circles. The pigmentation is great and a pretty good price for a concealer. I have really dry, dark circles under my eyes. When I say dry, I mean dry scaly patches under my eyes....not pretty at all. Once I put this on under my eyes it accentuated my dry skin and fine lines. If my undereyes weren't so dry, I think it would look pretty good. The same goes for blemishes. If your skin is dry, this concealer does not look good. However, if your skin is moisturized well, it works wonders. The lasting power is pretty long. I've used this on my friends for photo shoots/weddings and it seems to hold up really well. It tends to rub off on me during the summer, but only because my face gets really oily. I don't use this too often..only when I'm out for a quick errand or I misplaced my other concealer. It's not bad...just not my favorite.

This is a great concealer for dark circles, blemishes and any redness. Unfortunately I have some little fine lines under my eyes and it seems this accentuate them even more. It's very thick which makes it hard to apply I use my finger to apply it this helps warm it up a little making it easier to blend. I do like that it really doesn't take that much to completely hide my dark circles.
Age: 25-29 Skin: Dry, Olive Hair: Black Eyes: Brown
I started using this as an under eye concealer, and it was great, but its extremly drying to the under eye skin, and it tends to get cakey under my eyes as the day goes on. So i switched to bobbi brown. I use this to cover up blemishes. And its great for that, will cover up anything.

I don't have a HG concealer, but if I did, this would be it. Unfortunately they stopped making NW15, which was perfect for me. NW20 is just an iota too dark. I love the almost dry, slightly waxy texture of this - perfect for lots of coverage, especially when you want to neutralize redness. It can be a little too heavy for under eyes if you don't apply it just right. One overall drawback is that you almost certainly have to use a brush with this, but it's still preferable to something that, say, comes in a tube with a wand, because those don't provide the coverage this does.
Definitely worth a try.

This is a great concealer but expensive...I have few lines under my eyes and i find that it sinks into them and accentuates them so I dont recommend it for undereye circles...It blends well if you warm it up in yur hands before applying and also if u use your fingers to apply it with...The packaging makes it very convenient to carry around but as I said its expensive..I dont think I would run out of it very quickly tho
Age: 30-35 Skin: Oily, Medium Hair: Black Eyes: Black
I love this concealer. I mix in a little of the MAC eye response cream as told my an MAC artist and apply this to the undereye circles. It makes it creamier. I also use it for to hide my blemishes. It does a great job! For reference, I'm an NC35 in foundation and use NW25 and NC35 for the dark circles and blemshies. Does the job amazingly!

I would like this concealer (NC 25) if it didn't oxidize on me. I wouldn't recommend it for under eyes. This covers redness well, in fact I had to use it as a makeshift foundation, I dabbed it all over my face after using Prep+ Prime and buffed MSFN over it and it looked great for an hour or so until it turned orange.
