Exactly what it says on the bottle - green tea, that's all. I was curious to try this as it has many rave reviews but it is just not for me. I do not want to smell solely of green tea, and this is a particularly fruity one, although I like green tea notes as in Rosine's Un Zest de Rose. This is just too much for me, and when it dries down all I get is musty dry tea-leaves. Fortunately it only lasts about an hour on me!

I got this in a swap, and it is now my favourite fragrence - a refreshing and light scent. It smells slightly fruity to me, but is very calming. I spray it on my hairbrush and apply to my hair, give it a really nice clean fragrance. I have the body lotion too, also nice! Neither are anything amazing but a good everyday signature scent

Green tea is too light and no lasting power on me, but green tea intense is great, especially for the summer, fresh, soothing.

I agree with people here that Green Tea has poor lasting power (-1 lippy), but it's still one of my all-time favorites so far with a nice simple, subtle scent. Some of the other scents out there seem too "mature" (grandma-ish) for my taste. Others are too sticky sweet and remind me of being a high school kid. Green Tea runs the fine line between immature and overly sophisticated for my purposes, and it smells unisex enough that I like it for times when I want to smell good but not seductive. A casual scent, good for everyday, inconspicuous wear.

My mom has terrible allergies and, while she can't wear GT, it seems to be one of the few perfumes that I can wear around her without sending her into fits of coughing, which encourages me in thinking that I'm probably not annoying too many people by wearing this to class or at work. Will definitely keep buying this. I've been using it for a few years now and I'm still not sick of it.

Very nice energizing scent. Perfect for outdoorsy activities, after the gym or the office.. I love green tea scents. The lasting power is not very good; I applied it this morning and its all gone. It is nice for those who do not like florals or gourmands. People who like light citrus scents will like this. Bottle is boring, nothing special. Quite inexpensive as I recall too.

This one is good for daytime and nice and fresh smelling. You have to put a lot on for you to smell it though, which is the only fault I have after spending like $30 for a bottle.

A yummy, light, fresh and happy fragrance! This is great for me because I don't leave the house without perfume, even to go hiking or play sport. For times when I'm getting back to nature this is the best scent for me. Plus its soooo cheap! I buy the fragrance, lotion and shower gel to improve lasting power, but for what I pay I'm not too upset that it fades. If I wanted more from the product, I'd expect to pay more.

I'm using this as a substitute for the Yves Rocher Bamboo, although that is a completely different fragrance. But I used to use that in summer (it's not available in the UK over the counter unfortunately so I had to find a replacement), it's not too overpowering and is a good scent for the office as not to obtrusive.
But the staying power of Green Tea is quite bad. The price is good though. Only 9.99 Pounds for 100 ml.
When it's really hot outside I like some "green" refreshing scent better than anything heavy. For summer nights of course I use something different like Eau de Shanghai/Opium von Yves Saint Laurent.

Note: I have now bought the summer edition Green Tea Lotus which I bought some days ago and will review shortly.

I've never purchased it but maybe I will some day: I like light, casual, unpretentious fragrances. I can't speak about it's staying power or real quality because I've just tried it now and then whan I've been shopping in cosmetic/fragrance departments. Anyway, after I tried it again today, it seems to me that the staying power is quite good on me; the scent is comforting and sporty, pleasant. E. Arden's concept of the *green tea* range was just great idea. It is so tempting for me to see all those bath & body stuff: body lotions, creams, scrubs, gels, bath and shower foams... Very nice range. I think that the scent is good both for summer and winter - it is somehow cooling in summer and comforting in winter.

A simple, brisk green tea scent with a hint of jasmine thrown in. Very light, with terrible lasting power. This is not what I usually go for, but it's so non-offensive that those who usually don't like perfume might go for it. I imagine it working well in hot weather. I think I'd get bored with it pretty quickly, but to each his own...

Nice fresh smell....My cousin has this and i first smelt it on her..

doesnt last the whole day though..she actually had to keep reapplying..

I recommend the body lotion..smells a lot nicer than the perfum itself.

Have honestly tried to like this. Used 1/4 of a 1.7 oz. bottle, but must quit trying. I just DO NOT LIKE IT! The last time, it was so overpowering (may have been the humidity?) even after having it on for hours, I stank! Very sharp & almost cloying. Not a sophisticated scent--it's green tea/lemon upon applying & dry-down on me is still twangy & weird. I did get a compliment from a man once who said I smelled nice, but I believe it was because it was so overpowering he thought I was desperately trying to get noticed. I've only tried it in the hot months...it may be more pleasant when the weather's not so humid & our scents are not held so "close" to our bodies.

As myshoes said in her review below, the scent of this fragrance is very energizing.

Green Tea is the perfect complement to a Charlotte York-style outfit (capsleeved blouse plus dramatic matching skirt) I wore to a wedding: it's nice, fresh, clean and unfrilly.

I can best describe it as a citrusy green scent with a hint of sweetness and a teeny bit of something woodsy (I cant put my finger on it). The notes balance well to create the perfect warm weather fragrance.

I LOVE this fragrance! It's such an uplifting, energizing and fresh scent. I've been wearing it for 5 years, and I get compliments all the time. The Green Tea body cream with honey is so luxurious - the scent lasts forever. I just wish the perfume spray fragrance would last longer throughout the day.

I got this a couple of weeks ago on sale, and I'm already stocking up. I'm not usually into citrusy scents, but this one grew on me. It's incredibly refreshing and light, and is in no way overpowering. I agree that it's best for hot summer days. I have to spend a lot of time in a hospital, and this gives my nose a reprieve from the bad smells, without being obtrusive to others.
