Wow, I love this stuff. I bought color 145 and it wasnt quite right but I lost the receipt. So I had to keep it and I liked the formula so much, I went out and got 146 which ALSO was not a match sooo I blend them together for the perfect match. Usually I can find a great match but not in this, apparently. thats one reason for a lippie off. The coverage is great for me. Light to medium coverage. Silky smooth, very light feeling. My skin looks and feels great. It lasts really well, doesnt irritate my skin and has spf and other good for your skin ingredients. It does not dry out my skin more than anything else I use but I do use a heavy moisturizer daily. One other thing I do not like though is that often in the middle of my work day I will pat some lotion onto my face. With other foundations the lotion will just kind of blend in or take off some of my foundation. No biggie. But when pat some lotion on this foundation clumps together and is not acceptable looking, so I just cant do that. so I just make sure to moisturize well in the morning and it is ok. Obviously, I really like this anyway since I already repurchased and will again

This sucks. With its added serums and potions I expected it to be good for dry skin, but I would have got a better result from rubbing a mixture of corn starch and gravel on my face. Immediately upon application it looks ok, but half an hour afterwards I checked myself in a mirror and my skin looked chalky, completely devoid of moisture and my pores resembled lunar craters. Huge fail.

Ok sorry to be the dissenter but this stuff made my eyes burn and my face feel tight and uncomfortable. I have oily skin that is normally nice looking but one day of wearing this turned it into a tight, dry, flaky mess. It seemed to sit on top of my skin, look streaky, and settle into every pore. Then it kind of caked up on weird places on my face like my upper lip. If you saw me up close, my skin didnt look better, it just looked like it has a film of stuff smeared around on it.

I think the irritation and sensitivity was caused by the sunscreen in it (Octinoxate 1%). I got to remember to stay away from that one.

I found a color match which is extremely difficult for me due to my uneven skin tone and the fact that my face seems to be a different color than my neck. So that's a big plus for this product. I liked the way it looked when I put it on. Good, soft looking coverage. With a dusting of powder I liked it even more. Then within an hour it started to get oily and icky looking. A touch up worked to keep it under control but I don't feel like I should have to touch up within an hour. I could see this really working for many women with HG status if it will work with your level of oiliness in your skin.

I really liked this foundation *alot* but unfortunately I couldn't find a color match. 144 was too yellowish and 146 was too peachy. If 146 had been slightly more yellow it would have been perfect. Very upsetting for this is great stuff. Med-full coverage with a lovely satin finish and if you can find a good match definitely try it. I ended finding a perfect match with Revlon Colorstay in buff which gives me a satin finish when I use a good moisturizer. If the colors were better this would have been HG.

For a drug store foundation this is a pretty good foundation. It's medium coverage, blends easily and dries nicely without any shine. I found it applies best with fingers and blended on quickly like a TM. Sponges and brushes make it looks streaky, splotchy and uneven. I haven't had any breakouts with it and it lasts fairly well (only need touch ups with powder a couple times day). It doesn't do much to mask my large pores though so I top it with a loose powder which helps. My only complaint is it does make dry skin appear very very flakey so I wouldn't recommend this to anyone with dry skin or anyone prone to acne. The packaging is great since it has a pump and the cap fits snuggly. One of the best DS foundations I've tried.

I bought this foundation after years of wearing mineral powder foundation. My skin has been very dry this winter so I thought the switch would help camouflage the dry patches around my nose.

For $15 I thought it was a little pricey for a drugstore formula but the reviews on here made it look like a decent buy. I'm very pale and by default I choose the lightest of most foundation lines. Light Ivory (143, I think) matched my skin seamlessly which is already an achievement. I really like the pump dispenser and the packaging is appealing. I also really like that the formula includes hyaluronic acid, retinol a, and vitamin c -- I'm only 22, but those ingredients are good for your skin regardless of age. The SPF factor was also a big selling point for me.

Unfortunately I found that the formula was too quick to dry (I will try the wetbrush & stipple methods later) and I found myself using quite a bit of it in order to apply it evenly. The coverage is very light and breathable so if you want medium-heavy coverage this is not the foundation for you. It evened out my skintone and helped dull the slight redness of my cheeks. I will definitely keep this one around and will mostly likely use it everyday when the weather warms up.

I really like this foundation, i have to give it three lippies because of the staying power. It fades pretty fast. I bought in in Nude Beige. It looks very natural on me. Glad i finally stopped at the mac counter so they could color match me. I am nc25. That really helps me when i read other reviews on here, and can kinda figure what color to get with drugstore foundation. EDIT: I had to take this down a lippie. It is so pretty at first, it only lasts about two hours. It is a shame because it has such a natural finish. I found that the color nude in the revlon colorstay combination/oily is about the same color. I am going to use that one for staying power.

I really like this foundation. It dries quickly to a powder finish, which surprised me because it's supposed to be for mature (dry) skin. It did not, however, show dry patches. For the first time, a powder finish is not a problem for me.

I blend small areas, quickly with a damp brush. A little goes a long way and you can put a little more on trouble areas. I do have to use a concealer for blemishes.

I did not see sparkles in it but every now and then, I can see the luminosity of it.

It doesn't have all day staying power and I have had to reapply to my oily nose area but that is a trade off IMO for a foundation that is not drying or seems like shellac (CS).

I like that L'Oreal has real skin colors and considers all. I'm a pale olive skinned woman who has issues with foundation. Either it's the color or the fact that the foundation cakes on me. Sadly this is the latter one. I tried applying with a brush, a wet sponge, and my hands. It always ended up streaky, cakey, and just not what I'm looking for (something that looks like natural skin, lasts all day & matches my skin). Besides the color the only other positive thing about it was the pump. I was so disappointed because a ton of the reviews on here say such positive things. This is just another foundation getting thrown away (been too long to return it).

I really liked this at first--it had excellent coverage that blurred my pores, a wide range of colors, was easy to blend. It wasn't very long-lasting though. But then it separated and thinned out and got oily in the bottle--though true I kept it in a warm room, so that might be why.Might try it once more to see if it was this that caused it.

What a find! This isn't just the best drug store foundation I've ever worn, it's best foundation I've ever worn - period. And, trust me, I have tried them all. I don't blink at paying $60-$120/oz. for foundation that really per forms, and this one was only $15.
.
I use a flat top brush to stipple this on in the early morning. No primer or concealer necessary. I'll use a little more (building) around my nose and on my chin, and I'm looking downright Photoshopped, but completely natural - and I mean *natural*. This stuff is whisper light, smooth as glass, long lasting, and looks just like skin. Even in direct sunlight outdoors.
.
It's also kind to my skin with ingredients that are truly anti-aging. And it doesn't wind up on my phone! What more could you want from a foundation? I truly hope they don't discontinue this one. It's a winner!

I LOVE this foundation! I'm only 19 and have acne, my acne is moderate I'd say, and it's something I've learned to live with. I'm always looking for a foundation that will moisturize, cover redness well and make my skin appear dewy, soft, matte and clear for the most part. I saw this in the store and thought "hm, anti-aging makeups and creams tend to have oils and moisturize well" so I bought it. It gives me just the right amount of coverage and doesn't make me breakout more, plus, I've heard that retinol helps keep acne away! I'd recommend this.

I went from using Rimmell to purchasing this foundation on a bit of a whim. I purchased 152 Sand Beige. I recently noticed that the shade seems to be a bit too yellow toned for my skin, even though it is the closest match. However, I think this is what makes it so good at effectively covering any redness on my face. It is very build-able and has a great first layer coverage. Although it is an anti aging foundation, I find that it doesn't do much for facial expression lines. But then again, I am young and don't hold that against it.
Lastly it does make your skin look rather radiant, this is probably due to the fact that very tiny shimmers in it. They are barely visible once they go on the skin, but can be seen through the bottle.Over all it's a good foundation, with a very convenient pump. Rather expensive at 18 $ a bottle for a drugstore.

I have to say that I rarely buy drugstore foundations, but I havent found anything I absolutly love lately and I was out of foundation so I needed something. I originally went to the store to get revlon CS, but this foundation caught my eye. The packaging is really nice, its glass, but it has a pump, yay! Being 27, I was hesitant since I dont have the lines and wrinkles this product seems to be targeting, but I thought the fact that it has rentinol and vitamin c was actually a plus. I hemmed and hawed over wheather or not to purchase this, it seemed a little pricey for ds. And I hadnt talked to anyone online about colors, but I grabbed soft ivory (im NC15) and gave it a go. OMG. I was so suprised. This foundation, has amazing coverage, yet it feels really light weight. Its very blendable. Not oily at all, in fact in dries nicely on my skin- no powder needed. It actually reminds me a bit of MUFE HD in consistancy and coverage. I use a blush to apply, but you could use your fingers. The color match is perfect. It has not broken me out, and overall I am really happy with this product. Will repurchase in the future. It is winter right now, which means my combo skin is on the dry side, so I am not sure how this is going to work in the summer when I get oilyer, but I guess we shall see. I just want to reiterate that this foundation is not just for mature skin, it looks amazing on younger skin as well.

I love this. Best drugstore foundation I've tried lately. I do 2 pumps and put on with fingers and put on my NYC Cream stick blush and lightly powder down with Too Faced powder and I'm good to go. It does smooth lines and makes my face appear smoother and younger. I love the pump applicator. This stuff feels soft and creamy and blends perfect into my skin; like it melts. I have fair skin with goldish underttones and I use 144 Light Ivory and its a great match. It says it has Retinol A and Vit C so it should be good for my 40 something skin. I will repurchase.

I really like this foundation. So much that I actually purchased my second bottle today. I have combination skin, with a T-zone that can be on the oily side at times. The first thing I noticed with this foundation is that it the texture feels whipped and silky, kinda nice on the skin because it doesn't feel heavy. The coverage is enough for me since I haven't been breaking out lately, but I would probably need heavier coverage if I had obvious blemishes. It lasts for about 6 hours, and doesn't looks so fresh anymore, but I am content with it for the time being.

For a drugstore foundation this is a great option. When compared to foundations like Chanel and Nars (which I prefer for going out and in pictures) it's not as good, but for the price this product works great. What I love about this product is that it does not fall into the creases of my lines. I often find that my foundations will accent my lines, this product does a great job of resting above the skin. I love it for day time use, it provides a light weight natural coverage perfect for work. It spreads on easily and has a quick and convenient pump - love the packaging. My skin is towards the normal to dry side during the winter and it is perfect for me. It does dry quick so it's important to have a nice moisturizer applied before applying this foundation.

I was able to get several samples of this to try. The first thing I noticed was their was a lot of sparkle to this formula. I saw it when I got into my car and looked in my mirror. Not a good look if you are wanting to look younger. This formula seemed to make my combo skin oiler throughout the day. This is really only for very dry skin types in my opinion.
The coverage was light. You really need to use a great concealer if you are needing serious coverage. I was not fan of this foundation.

This foundation left my face feeling dry and it was way too yellow on the skin. There is nothing "age-reversing" about it, but, let's face it, we all know that this is a preposterous marketing catchphrase after all, don't we, ladies? Would not recommend it at all.
