I really like this mascara. Received it in a sample size first and then bought the full size. I do add several coats to get a nice thick lash and haven't had any major problems. Ah, sometimes while applying it does get on my lids, which sucks cuz then I have to try to remove it without messing up my shadow, but it's usually not a big issue. Still looking for my HG mascara though!!

really defines lashes nicely is great if you have a lash comb/brush and the formula is pretty thick too. out of the three samples of clinique mascaras that i got this one was my favourite.

I got this in a sample size. I recently used this weekend when I went out of town. So disappointed I used 2 days and by the 3rd try I gave up on bought a drugstore mascara. The wand is cheap and the formula is thick and doesn't hold the curl. It also tends to flake after a couple hours. HATE it thank god it was free I threw it out.

i have this in a sample size, and the packaging is terrible. the opening isn't big enough to let the wand in well, so when i put in the wand the excess mascara oozes out the sides. yuck. maybe the regular size is better?
but anyway, this mascara isn't bad. my lashes are long and it adds length, and a bit of volume.
the consistency is also pretty good. it's wet and thick at the same time but it works. and the black is a nice dark color.
what i like about this is the brush: it's nice and thick and not sparse.
i am actually thinking of buying the bigger version, since this is the best brush i've found on a mascara.

I normally use the este lauder turbolash, which i did think was a really good mascara! After getting a sample of this, i cannot beleive the difference it makes to my lashes. It gives much better volume and length than of any mascara i have ever used! Its great!

I'm super disappointed. This used to be my HG mascara. HOWEVER, the last 2-3 times I've bought it the consistency seemed so thick--like it had been exposed to air, etc. ALSO, I've had two caps break on me--the pastic just started to crack and one of them actually crumbled to pieces in my hands one morning. Each time I'd bring it back and get another one only to be disappointed again with the consistency of the product and eventually the cap cracking again.

I'd give the packaging a "0" if I could...

Right now I'm using one of their Lash Doubling samples and I do like it a lot. Now that I'm thinking about it, it does seem like their sample sizes are better quality than their full size.

Anyway, I'm so disappointed. Not sure what to try next....

I've been using this mascara on and off for the better part of a year. It's not too clumpy, makes my lashes stand out but in a relatively natural way, and stays put all day. It's a decent every day mascara.

I'm was surprised how well this mascara stood up to my beloved voluminous. I went to a wedding and brought a half mascara/half lip gloss wand from Clinique that was meant to help out my crowded evening bag. Wow! I only needed a few swipes on each eye and I was set! It usually takes me several coats to get this kind of thickness and length. I really liked it and will buy the full size as soon as I run out of all the voluminous I have stored at home!

So far I really like this mascara. I got it as a GWP, and didn't really have any expectations either way (I don't really bother to read reviews on my freebies), but I think this might be a mascara I go out and buy when I run out.

I wasn't really planning on using this for a while, I have enough mascara to last well into next year if I toss them every single month. (That'll teach me to buy in bulk) My issue is, right now I have Great Lash & Urban Decay for when I want simple and understated, and Lash Blast for when I want wowza lashes...but I didn't have anything that was in the middle. This mascara is exactly what I was looking for.

Now, if I had been looking for skyscraper lashes that are full of volume, I probably would have tried this based on the name. I wouldn't really say it's "high impact", but it does do a great job. The brush is the perfect size to get every lash, the color is a very very dark black, and it curled and held the curl all on it's own. I can see this working with a simple daytime look, or a more dramatic night look. I had no flaking or smudging, even hours later and that's ALWAYS a huge plus. Price wise, it's only two dollars more than some drugstore mascaras...hell, it's cheaper than a few drugstore mascaras I can think of, so that's not bad at all. I'm definitely going to be reaching for this a lot. I'm really glad I tried this.

UPDATE: I've been using this daily, and while I still love it, I've noticed that it will sometimes flake. It's not often, and I'm not sure why it does, but it's not enough to make me like this any less.
