I have tested this perfume out enough times at Sephora that I FEEL like I own it! This is a truly amazing scent. I'm not always able to wear white florals, but this one is definitely a keeper. I can smell the topnotes of honeysuckle and a little bit of the jasmine, but I also smell a more deep note of something I can't put my finger on. It's really beautiful, and I could see this being a perfect year round fragrance, which is hard to find!

This fragrance smells nothing like the gorgeous original oriental version. I didn't really like the heavy floral-muskiness of London 2006, I prefer sheerer watery florals like Tender Touch, or Weekend, but if you like heavy floral musks, then this is for you.
I've been living in London all my life and I've never smelt anything resembling this, and don't understand why any company would either use the same name on another fragrance, or change a fragrance to another name. Not keen on the packaging either, but I give it credit for the longevity of the scent.

This is a beautiful winter/fall scent. It is very sexy and very feminine. It's definitely too strong for the summer, and ONE SPRITZ IS ENOUGH. I'm not a huge fan of Burberry Brit, but this is definitely a really unique, pretty scent that I would purchase again.

I just bought a bottle of this, this past weekend and I am head over heels in love with it! This is the younger, hotter version of Chanel No. 5
Very warm and sexy without that "old lady" soapy, powdery scent that No. 5 has.
My darling was gaga over this scent, I could barely keep him off of me.
Great staying power, I could still smell it the next morning after a very long night. Will definetly be buying this one again!

I love this, finally a burberry frag. I like! This is so light, sweet, floral & pretty. I feel so girly when I wear it. Its not a grandma scent or a young girl scent, but I am sure young girls would love it. Its perfect for summer but could also be worn in winter I think. It also lasts a good while considering how light it is. I got this for my mom and she loves it also. This scent thing could be worn to work & a night out. Its very non offending I love it!

I bought this at fragrancex.com after testing it at sephora. Its a very pretty fragrance and not over powering. But there was something about it that I didnt especially like after wearing it all day. almost like a hint of powder, even though its mostly floral. I ended up giving it to my mom, who loves it. I love love love the bottle though. Even though its not for me, I give it a 4 because its a really nice scent. Im going to stick with D&G's Light Blue, or Benefit's Maybe Baby.

I was just getting so sick of my usual "Angel, Herve Leger, Maison de la Vanille" routine. I needed to break out of my oriental fragrance rut. Fortunately, Burberry's London came along, and I fell in love. This fragrance is a must for the summer months - as there is no vanilla weighing you down. Just pure clementine mixed with jasmine. This combination makes you feel like hanging out in your backyard sipping a Caipirinha and enjoying the sunshine.
Pretty, feminine. So good that I'm almost using it as a room spray. I love to spray my white sheets after washing.
Makes you feel great to be a woman! Enjoy girls!

i sprayed this on @ sephora and went home to see if i liked it, my brother, dad, step-mom and b/f said it smells like an 'older' woman's perfume. not really an 'old' woman, but older than me. i'm 27 and i thought it smelled ok and i'm trying to get away from those flirty perfumes (gucci envy me is my fav) and on to something more sophisticated. but maybe my style just isn't quite there yet so people feel this scent is too old for me. i still haven't decided if i'm going to get this yet. i'll do some more searching. oh...this reminds me of a less sharp version of the d/s perfume sand & sable.

I tried a sample of the EDP over a few days. This is a perfectly average, unoffensive department store scent. It's a pretty floral with noticeable jasmine and honeysuckle top notes (to my nose, anyway) with the usual base notes of sandalwood and patchouli, and is more wearable (fresher, lighter, younger) than the original London perfume. This worked well with my body chemistry, but I found it a bit overpowering at first. Despite this, it had little staying power. The packaging is kind of cute if you like the Burberry plaid, though it's perhaps a little too chav-tastic for some tastes. ;) There's nothing really wrong with this; it's just not anything special. I like the idea of a fragrance epitomizing a city, but this average scent has nothing distinct (or particularly British or "London") about it. Personally, I'd put my money toward something more unique.

Smells pretty but it's VERY STRONG! The little spray thing makes it pray more than I'd like it to. I don't wear it often because I think it suits evenings better. One spray is all you need! I don't know how to describe this...but it smells GREAT.

I was looking for something "Springy" and as soon as I smelled this on my own skin, I new I'd found a winner. This is a cool blend of white florals and musk. Slightly sweet, but definitely not cloying. To me, this also has a clean, fresh, soapy characteristic to it, which I like for the warmer weather.
I am not crazy about the fabric covered bottle, I don't like the way the fabric fits on the bottle (me being picky). That said, it certainly wouldn't keep me from repurchasing, as I don't buy perfume for the looks. ;)

Hmmm...white floral and citrus with a musky base. I actually like it better than the original Burberry fragrance which I find too sweet and strong overall. This one is noticeable, but it's also light enough that it won't smother people around you. Perfect for daytime & also can be an evening fragrance because of the warm/spicy drydown. I think I'll stick to sampling for now. This is the kind of scent that doesn't really "grab" me enough to justify purchasing a full bottle.

The opening of Burberry London reminds me of Ralph Lauren’s Ralph, but with a huge bouquet of pink flowers thrown in. London smells like sunshine and happy rainbows with singing flowers to me. There is something kind of bitter and ominous, like some scary monster hiding in the edges of the forest, in the dry down that unsettles me, however it sticks to lurking meekly in the background and never comes to the forefront. Lasting power is average and the packaging is serviceable, but not really impressive to me.

Great daytime fragrance! Very classy and sophisticated! I love the fabric covered bottle also! This smells nothing like the original burberry london, as the original gave me a headache. This just smells fresh, flowery, and wonderful. My boyfriend loves this one!

This perfume makes me feel good everytime I smell it. It smells different on fabric than it does on my skin but both smell wonderful. It makes me feel light, pretty and happy and reminds me of a beautiful, sunny, mid-day in Spring time.

I've never ben to London. :( My imagination tells me that the smell of London is something like a constant rain-soaked scone frosted with sarcasm and icy elitism, cradled in peppery base of dry wit. Apparently, fragrance house Burberry's idea of olfactory London is something altogether different. To them (and they should know), London smells like little pink opalescent pixies zipping to and fro, sprinkling people below with sparkling charms of love and youth. In a word- delightful. Who knew?

i hate floral scents and i will be buying this - i love it! the first time i sampled it was on a card and i hated it but i tested it on my wrist and kept smelling my hand all night. i wore it today and another reviewer had it right - it just gets better as the day goes on! great staying power too which is unusual for me. normally a fan of more oriental spicy perfumes but this will be a refreshing change. LOVE IT!

This type of floral is definitely not for me. I found it to be generic white flowers and nothing more. I found no appeal to this fragrance :(
