When I originally bought my first bottle it seemed to work well.. now that I am on my second bottle.. my hair seems to be dryer, thicker.. and fuzzy.
I dont use the same shampoo every day since your hair can get too used to it... my stylist told me to use 3 different ones.. so I do.. I use John Frieda Brilliant Brunette (which I love and my hair loves).. Pureology (which I also love but can only use once or twice a week.. since it seems to make my hair oily.. but is great for holding on to your color.. plus the conditioner is awesome)
The Keratese conditioner is a good conditioner especialy when used on your ends. But Im starting not to like this shampoo. The bottle kinda sucks as well.. I will probably not buy again.. it is very expensive... your hair should feel and look awesome for that price!

I don't like it. The smell is awful! It doesn't do a thing for my hair, which is thick wavy and highlighted. What's more, it is irritating my scalp, causing dandruff!
EWWWW!
I'm sticking with my HG Kerastase Oleo-Relax shampoo.

This is my holy grail of shampoos! I have thick, dry, color-treated hair and this shampoo made my hair soft and manageable. I've tried other shampoos because Kerastase is so expensive in the US but I keep coming back to the best. Now I buy it off eBay hoping for a better price.

Really nice product but very expensive. I use it only once a week or if I'm going to style my hair to go out. Love the scent, it lingers in a nice way all day. Lathers amazingly and feels luxurious. Cleanses my hair without stripping. I think it's a nice treat.

The Kerastase line seem to get so many good reviews, but after using a whole litre of this product I'm left wondering what the hype was about. I guess it's a nice enough shampoo, but I didn't' get the 'wow' factor. Maybe my hair is just too used to the product? Also, I minused one lippie for the exhorbitant price!

I have very long, very dry, very thick hair. This shampoo and matching condiioner are my favourite hair combo at the moment. They are both weightless, and you hair doesn't feel coated. It is hard to describe but they seem to improve the texture of each indivdual hair.

im not going to over react and rave about a shampoo, but this IS a very pleasant one. It lathers nicely, feels soft after without conditioner (although i strongly recommend using conditioner it goes MUCH softer) It smells ok its not horrid and not lovely, after using the conditioner, blow drying and straightening with flat irons, my hair was softer than it had ever been since ive been colour treating it. I have bleached hilights and this makes them really soft, note that EXTRA softness is achieved with a kerastase condtioner, the one i use is lait vital proteine conditioner and it makes hair very silky soft and the shampoo is a brilliant cleanser. They make a GREAT team

This shampoo didn't do anything special for me. I originally purchased it because my colorist recommended it as a gentle shampoo to prevent fading. Not only was it expensive, but I didn't notice any difference from the drug store shampoo I was using before.

I have oily scalp but damaged long hair. I need something like a clarifying and lathering shampoo, but must not be harsh that further damage my dry ends. I thought Redken So Long would be good, but the low lathering formula does not clean very well, leaving my hair looks greasy and dirty all the time. If you have the same concern as I do, I'd say this Kerastase Satin Bath 2 is a perfect shampoo. I like how it foams up, but ain't harsh at all. Also loving the light scent it has got. So far the best shampoo I've discovered, will be repurchasing until I found a better one. AU$24.50 for 250ml

I feel the same way about this shampoo as I do with Bain Satin 3. It smells terrible and I don't like what it does to my hair. What a waste of my money!

Great shampoo!!! It lathers wonderfully (a little goes a long way) and leaves my dry hair super-soft!! It IS expensive so I took off a lippie.

Wow. My hair has never looked like this. I admit it is hard to know whether the shampoo or conditioner produced the results. I have long, fine wavy hair that can get knotty and frizzy and very static-y. My hair looks like shampoo commercial hair now - super shiny and holding the style. I paid $24 for this, and I hope to find a better price, but I think it might be worth it. The smell is quite strong, some might like it, actually, it's not offensive to me, and it doesn't linger on your hair. Update: (9/2006) I still love this and repurchase all the time. Sometimes I stray to Bumble and Bumble and Crede and MOP but this never disappoints and I always return to it. Great stuff.

This is by far the best shampoo I've ever used on my fine, slightly oily hair. Althought pretty pricey, nothing else keeps this hair looking good *all* day. I didn't realize that a shampoo could do all that this does for my hair. Wish they could of used a different type of cap. Makes it less than fast in the shower. Overall, you won't be dissapointed w/ this shampoo.

It was okay. I'm not sure it is right for what I wanted it to do. My hair is too dry for this product.

This shampoo is amazing! It has been my HG for over a year. I have tried other brands, but I always immediately switch back. You can see a major difference after only one shampoo. It has never weighted down my hair, but it also manages to moisturize the ends. I have a slightly oily scalp and fine, easily tangled, color-treated hair and this shampoo has been a dream.

Oh. My. God. I have been using this shampoo for a week now, and my hair has NEVER looked this good. It is super soft; even my husband said it was worth the $$$! I can't get over how amazing this stuff is...I have to say, this is the best beauty purchase I have ever made. Hands down.

OK iam on a budget. However .. this stuff is worth every penny. My hair was dry from too much swimming colouring etc. Now I have this healthy main. It is truly unbelievable. I have long blonde hair and now I don't feel the need to put it up in a ponytail at all times. I was considering getting it all cut off but my hairdresser suggested I wait and try these products. Now I only need a cut about every 6 months. My poor hairdresser. I don't know if she knows she is hurting her business

I have used this , the Bain Satin 1, and Oleo Relax approximately two times each, respectvely. This is great for hair that has been put through the ringer. I use this in combo with the Nutri Liss after conditioning with Kiehl's 133. I hope to buy tons when I am in Europe as it costs around 20 USD in salons.

I have just made the leap to expensive shampoos, and I feel like I struck gold with this one. It's totally worth the price to make my fine, dry, color-treated hair smoother and less frizzy. And you don't need to use much, so the price is a bit more reasonable than it looks. Scent seems fairly mild to me.

Well, I'm one of the minority who thinks this shampoo is mediocre. It makes my coarse, slightly dry hair flat and volumeless. I don't like the scent either - a bit too perfumed and sharp.
