I am addicted to blush. I have so many that rarely ever get used anymore because of this Milani baked blush in Luminoso. I have been using this blush for a few years now and it is by far my absolute favorite. I have repurchased this blush about 4 times over the past couple years and I will continue to buy it until the end of time. It is the perfect peachy pink color. It's perfectly pigmented and long wearing. It blends beautifully into the skin and never looks overdone or powdery. The gold shimmer is perfect, and compliments the color without being too glittery. It's also a color that works with almost every skin tone. I've done makeup for photo shoots and music videos freelance over the years and I usually end up using this blush on everyone.
I don't have a problem with the packaging other than the clear bubble part which ends up breaking or constantly popping out, but this is after much abuse being thrown around in my purse or makeup kit or from traveling and general wear and tear. I love that it has a mirror and comes with a little brush (which I don't normally use but its handy if you need a touch up on the go).
It's a great blush. The quality for the price is also great. I honestly choose this blush over my slew of MAC and Nars blushes. I'm very hesitant to call anything a HG product (usually there's always just one thing I'd change) but this is definitely my HG blush. I'd recommend it to everyone. It's a gorgeous blush.

This blush is GORGEOUS. This is one of those "hyped-up" products that everyone talks about so at first I was skeptical. It looked a little too over-the-top shimmery for my oily complexion and I wasn't sure how the peachy undertones would look on me. But it is so beautiful on! It's very natural looking and makes my skin look glowing and healthy. Not to mention that the quality of this blush is identical to that of a high end product- nicely pigmented and buttery soft. Swatched next to my Benefit Coralista is looks and feels identical. But in all honesty,I think I like this blush better! The one negative I will say about this product is the packaging. It's bulking and kind of cheap. I feel like it's going to break or crack very easily.

My HG blush by far. The only thing I don't like is the packaging, which is incredibly bulky. A nice peachy shade that gives a really nice healthy glow.

Too orange toned for my skin. I am sticking with the Milani Luminous blush, which is more peachy and pink toned. This one is more of a peach with less pink tones in it than Luminous is. I'm just too fair and too blonde for this blush, which is why it screams "orange" on me.

I really like this blush its a nice peach color and I think it would flatter any skin tone. I will be trying other colors as well.

This is definitely not a dupe for NARS Orgasm, both in the pan and on your face. I have NARS orgasm, and it has more pink tones and brightening glow to it. Milani Luminoso is a light peach shade, perfect for wearing with smokey eyes or bright lips. I definitely think that the consistency is up there with high end blushes. It is nearly as long lasting as Tarte Amazonian Clay blush and very finely milled.
I don't like the packaging, as it is very bulky. The packaging is along the lines of Physician's Formula blushes, with the compact mirror and brush included. I don't like the bright gold color of the packaging either.
Overall, I love this blush. It is my first peach shade, since I go with pinks due to NW15 skin tone. It is perfect for everyday use. In the Milani baked line, this is the blush with the least shimmer (i.e. barely any).

NOT a dupe for NARS Orgasm. Luminous (regular blush from Milani) is touted as the dupe, not Luminoso (baked), so don't purchase this expecting an Orgasm dupe! (See photo of the actual Luminous vs Orgasm here, N/A http://www.momsmakeupstash.com/2012/01/dupe-alert-nars-orgasm-vs-milani.html#.UcrrRsu9KSM)
This is a peachy, lightly shimmery color with a finely milled consistency despite it being a baked drugstore product. The packaging is bulky though and is the only part of this blush that gives it away as DS. Otherwise it feels super high end. I'd only recommend for fair folks since the pigmentation isn't outrageous. I can go overboard and look too made up if I pile it on, but otherwise it's perfect for an everyday, healthy peachy glow. The shimmer is quite subtle and sophisticated in my opinion (and must more wearable than Orgasm, hehe!).

This is as fabulous as everyone says because you apply it and it is a soft pink gold blush with highlighter built right in.The colour is light so you never look like you overdosed on blush.
UPDATE: July 10 2013 Just heard from Youtuber Missmai that this is being discontinued!

I purchased this after seeing rave reviews here and on pinterest, it just did not work for me. I'm very fair and this blush looks oompah-loompah orange on me - even cohen carefully applied. It's heavily pigmented and hard to blend. It might work for others but not for super fair skinned ladies with warm undertones like me.

Wonderful pink blush with coral tones. It's pretty well pigmented and has great staying power. The color is perfect for day and night time wear. I prefer this blush, along with Milani's Rose D'Oro to other high end blushes. When you lift up the blush, there is a compact mirror and a blush brush.
