Love this! I have used the Moroccan Oil brand and this smells the same and does the same thing, and is 1/4 the price, so yay! Will definitely repurchase.

If you use anything more than a dime size amount for your whole head (and I have ALOT of hair), it will look greasy. It is difficult to control how much pours out of the bottle. I really won't recommend this on Asian hair. I thought that this would help with my daughters knots and tangles that she sometimes gets. It really doesn't. The shine that it adds is minimal. The smell is an overbearing musk. It does fade in about 10 min after application. I wouldn't repurchase this.

I was pleasently suprised by this. I really like it. I was previously using CHI silk infusion but it just wasn't doing the job at smoothing my hair anymore. However this is very good at smoothing the frizz on the ends of my hair without weighing it down. I like the smell of it too, although it doesn't linger on my hair. This definetly adds a lot of shine and softness to my blonde frizzy hair. Yes its loaded with cones but my hair likes cones so this product works wonders for me. I use about a nickel sized amount on the ends of my hair before I blow dry or air dry it. I'd recommend it as a smoothing serum to anyone with thin frizzy hair. I think I paid $7 for this at sallys. I dont know if I would repurchase, I'll have to see how my hair is looking when I finish the bottle. This will definetly last a long time considering how little I need to use.

This is definitely just another -cone shine product. That said, it's not bad as those kinds of products go. I mix it in with a little generic Biosilk serum and apply to towel dried hair. It helps keep my hair from frizzing and keeps it shiny.

The smell isn't so strong, and I definitely don't notice it after it's on my hair. The bottle is annoying, I wish it had a better top and didn't leak when I already have stuff in my hands.

I was suckered into the product because of the current argan oil trend. I've since done more research about argan oil products and probably won't repurchase.

Seriously people...this is just another dimethicone (shine) product. I got this @ Sally's beauty supply , it was 7.00. I like this shine product because it smells soooo good. Sort of like vanilla musk and every time I put it on my cat loves the smell of my hands afterwards! lol This does not have much argan oil in it it's the 3rd to the last ingredient on the list. I love the way it calms the frizzies and takes away static and makes the ends look really smooth and shiny...as though you just had your hair freshly cut. My hair seems to absorb the product pretty well and it does not take much to make it look great. I will def buy again.

Negatives: 1) it really stinks. It smells sickeningly sweet and even when used very sparingly I smell it all day. It makes me nauseous. Some people seem to love the smell - to each her own! 2) after application my hair tends to clump a little and look oily -- and that is with only enough product to coat my hands and I have long hair. After some time (like overnight) it does look good. I think I don't have the right hair type for this.

I liked this product at first. After a couple of weeks it began to make my hair super oily, left gunky residue even though I used a small amount, it had a very synthetic feel to it. Argan Oil is on the bottom of the ingridients list which is a big red flag. Packaging is no good. Oil seeps through the cap and makes a mess. I did, however, absolutely love the scent. Needless to say I went out and bought MoroccanOil.

All I can say is wow! I kept passing it up at Sally's, but my hair has been so dry, and no leave-in was helping. This works best for me when I use heat with it. I love to put a tiny bit in my hair before I flat iron or blow dry my hair... or when my hair is damp after shampoo and conditioner before I blowdry. This makes my hair AMAZING. Enough said :)
UPDATE: I love absolutely love this, but I after experimenting with it....I decided that I like it better on dry hair right before I flat iron. My hair requires a heavier serum while wet after I shampoo and wash, but I use this Argan Oil everyday single day when styling my hair, and my hair has dramatically improved. I heart this stuff surely!!!!!!
Update: I love this, and highly recommend this product, but I was curious and switched to Proclaim's Argan Oil because I like their vanilla scent, and I find it to be more moisturizing. I'm liking the Proclaim better for many reasons. I would buy this if I couldn't get Procalim's argan oil.

This is amazing product for amazing price ( around 9$ and last for 3-4 month). It is must have for damaged chemical treated hair (espec. blonds). Just use a little bid- so the hair is not gonna become greasy.
I will definetly buy it again and again!

The only thing I find good about this product is its peculiar smell. I can't compare its scent to anything I've smelt before and I like that aspect; however, it did not do anything phenomenal.
A Sally's Beauty Supply clerk recommended this to me after I described to her the damaged state my hair was in after abusing it to oblivion. Upon reading the ingredients, which listed dimethicone, cyclomethicone, MORE dimethicone and argan oil last, I thought to myself that this is the SAME serum as the others on the shelf just with a 'rare' oil in it. All hair protecting/smoothing serum will have dimethicone/cyclomethicone as a near-first ingredient since it serves to protect and smooth out hair. This 'oil' is no different. Don't buy into it being some miracle product. I use a competing protection serum that works better than this stuff; cheaper too. I think this 'argan' oil thing is a fad just like the pomegrante/acai berry trend (both berries are good, but anyway!). Just buy a regular hair serum elsewhere. This stuff is expensive too!!!!!!!!!!! A whopping $8 for a small thing of it! It lasts a while, but if you have a ton of hair like me, it may be a waste.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this product! I can not say anything bad about it! I use this after I shower for my towel dried hair, then put a small amount on dried hair. It leaves my hair SO soft and pretty! I love the smell and I love the way it makes hair SHINE! My hair dresser swears by this, and uses it on her clients.

This is great stuff. I saw it at Sally's on sale and gave it a try, hoping it would be comparable to morrocanoil (which I've never tried but heard great things about). I have type 2a/b wavy/curly hair. When I style my hair curly, I apply this to wet hair. I haven't noticed much of a difference when applied to my curly hair. When I style my hair straight, however, I notice shine and toned down frizzies. My hair can be sensitive to products with silicones in it because of the waves, but this product doesn't seem to bother it. It leaves me shiny and soft hair. Be sure to use a small drop in your hair. If you're unsure about how much to use the first time you try it, err on the side of caution and use a small amount. If you use too much, you'll inevitably end up with greasy hair. Love this and will definitely buy again!

This is okay. It makes my hair softer right after use. But a few days later, the texture of my hair goes back to normal.

I'm a huge fan of knock off hair products, but I hate this crap. Maybe it's because I tried the Morrocan Hair Oil before I bought this. This stuff makes my hair really greasy and coated and after about a week of using, I noticed a horrobile orange hue in my hair. It doesn't soak into hair and my hair isn't any less detangled or softer. The brand name morrocan oil is great, it doesn't make my hair greasy at all. The only thing I was happy about is the scent, which is what made me crazy about the brand name. So I used this on my arms and legs during the summer to make them silky looking, and for that it worked well.

I picked this up at Sally Beauty for $10 after reading all the raves about Moroccan/Argan oil and how fantastic it is supposed to be. I bought the shampoo, conditioner, hair mask, and the oil. The shampoo is sulfate & paraben free, so very gentle. It lathers okay, but not great - especially if your hair is dirty. After washing my hair feels soft, sleek, and detangled - not at all stripped. The rest of the products: the mask is extremely thick and buttery, the conditioner is lighter. Both leave your hair feeling great and extremely moisturized. I left the mask on my hair for about 15 minutes. The oil is great for blow drying and flat ironing. I use about a pea-sized amount on my hair before blow drying with a round brush, then another pea-sized amount just before I flat iron. My hair comes out super sleek and shiny, and it definitely reduces my ironing time. One thing to note is that these products (much like the original MoroccanOil products) are chock full of 'cones. My hair loves 'cones, but just be aware that you will need to use a clarifying shampo occasionally. All of the products have a nice, light scent. Overall I am thrilled with these products. They left my hair feeling soft and looking super sleek and smooth for days - no small feat for my coarse, dry, extraordinarily thick and frizzy hair.

This Argan oil smells so DARN good, I can't get over that, so I have to say that off the bat... So fresh and good! All seriousness though, this is a great product. I was checking out Moroccan oil this summer after someone from work raved about it, and my thought was "no way in h3ll am I going to pay that!" Alas, a trip to Sally's... The bottle is a decent size for 10 bucks and like it's been said, a FRACTION of the price of M/O! Plus they often have sales. Anyways, this is great to put into wet hair, it helps soften up my naturally curly hair. When I blow dry/flat iron it is wonderful to put in my hair when it's wet and then go to town. It makes my hair more manageable, and I think I like this more than any other shine serum I have ever used too! It's very hard to make your hair look greasy if you put a tad too much in. It gives softness and shine without gooping up your locks. I dont think it has reconstructed or rebuilt my hair or anything like that, but when I use it it feels great. I dislike the bottle not having a pump, or at least a pour nozzle that clicks up/down on one side... But I have gotten over it.. A flip top would at least be nice though because my hands sometimes are a little slippery when I put the cap back on, so that is where it lost a lippie. Otherwise, great stuff. Did I mention it smells great too?? Lol.

Wow. I said I'd buy again but my hair is above shoulder length and I don't know if I'll ever have to buy again anytime in the next YEAR, lol. This was recommended to me by a friend who really, really likes it. Apparently it's a knock-off of the Moroccan Oil that everyone in salons raves about. From what I understand, the original Moroccan Oil is around $40. This One 'n Only Argan Oil can be purchased at Sally Beauty Supply and I bought it for $9.99 in a 100 ml bottle. This Argan Oil is "derived from Moroccan Argan Trees" or so it says on the front of the bottle. On the front of the bottle, it also says "Instant Shine - Smoothness Frizz Control - Color Protection". It is also alcohol free. On the back of the bottle, it says the following: "Argan Oil Treatment is a non-greasy, alcohol free formula that is absorbed instantly into the hair, creating brilliant shine without leaving any oil residue. Smooths the cuticle for silky, conditioned and healthy looking hair. Helps protect against damage caused by chemicals, excessive heat from styling and environmental factors. Eliminates frizz".
I have coarse, wavy, color treated, thick hair. I use this after showering while my hair is damp and prior to styling. I only have to use the teeniest amount....I'd say pea size or less. I warm it between my hands and run my palms over my hair, concentrating on the ends. I then blowdry and style as usual. I have been using this for about 2 weeks now. I have noticed a few things:

1. This transforms the texture of my hair. My normally, sometimes frizzy hair is a thing of the past. Is like it smooths the cuticle down so I have smooth hair.
2. Because my hair is smoother, it shines....it is noticeably shinier to me. And my hair seems to have more dimension...highlights that were there seem more vibrant.
3. For some reason, my hair seems to dry faster with this. I have no idea what that's all about, lol. Either way, the faster it dries, the less time I have to blow dry, hence less heat on my hair.
4. My hair seems to drink this up. There is no oily feeling to my hair at all.
5. It has a scent that I can't describe. Mild coconut maybe? The smell doesn't linger in my hair, so it doesn't really matter.

I would list the ingredients, but I'm sure someone else did further down in the reviews. I can tell you that if you're avoiding silicones, don't use this. There are definately 'cones. But I don't care, LOL....it makes my hair look good! And you can always clarify once a week which is what I do with my hair to get rid of gunk.
I would also recommend that you google "One 'n Only Argan Oil" and watch the YouTube videos that are out there of those that have used it and are using it. You can get good tips for longer hair, flat ironing with it, etc...things I don't have to do. I will buy again, but this bottle will last me a long, long time.
