I just got my hair TR'ed, and my stylist recommended this product for the ends of my hair, to prevent flyaways. It's a really great product for adding gloss and sheen to hair. I don't know how it works on frizz, but it definitely adds gloss to hair. I was suprised, too, because I thought that putting too much of this on at once would give me a greasy feeling, but it didn't! Just made my hair very, very smooth and silky. And very shiny. The only thing I don't like about this product is the strong-ish perfume scent, which a coworker of mine mistook it for. Oh well, my hair looks fabulous, so I can't complain about the scent. As for comparing this to FF Glossing creme, let's see...I alternate between these two daily. I think Biosilk gives more gloss and silkiness, whereas FF gives more moisture to my dry ends. Oh, and FF smells a lot better. But I can't pick. Both are great. I highly recommend them both!

I use Biosilk on my towel dried hair, then blowdry. It tames any fly-aways, and makes my hair super shinny and NOT greasy at all.
Also I have used it to restyle at night , I put a tiny drop in my hand smooth thru, and blow dry for a minute and it refreshes my straight hair.

RIS the GWP size today. rubbed a dime sized amount into my hair after showering while it was still wet. after blowdrying = it definitely left my hair very soft. it didnt do much in the way of taming fly aways and frizzies. my ends seem a little crispy and my hair looks a bit flat now. but i love the smell and the softness. this might be a once a week thing, and probably wouldn't repurchase.

After I used this for the first time, I was so amazed that I thought this might actually be the best hair product that I have ever purchased! I applied this to my wet hair before I blow dried. I immediately noticed that my hair was silky and it allowed my round brush to glide through my hair, making it quicker to blow dry. It was so silky after I dried it. I applied a little more to my dry hair right before I flatironed it. So nice! This smells very strong at first, but eventually the fragrance disappears. It did nothing to protect my hair from the humidity, which was disappointing, but the silky results and the protection from heat are good enough to repurchase. UPDATE: Got bored with this - stopped seeing any results. I've moved on to actual conditioning products rather than silicones.

This is amazing. Use on wet and dry hair. Also great for keeping "flyaways" and "fuzzy" hair to a minimum. But dont over use, for medium length hair- wet:50cent size dry:dime size

I use this in place of what most would use "frizz ease" for. I love the weightless shine it gives. Use on wet and dry hair. Great to use on your hair after you take out rollers and before you brush. Rub amount in hands and run fingers thru hair to open the curls with it, helps keep curls and defeat frizz. Also helps hair hold curl in a softer look.

Holy CRAP. My hair is so incredibly shiny, swingy, and healthy looking other women are using the back of my head as a mirror ;) The smell is like cheap perfume but fades very quickly. This is truly a miracle in a bottle and I'll never be without it again.**UPDATE** I don't know WHAT I was thinking, but just shampooed hair with drugstore stuff *shudder* and needed HELP! Just a tiny amount of this brought my dry, frizzy hair back to it's normal silky smooth glassy state. WHEW. That was a close one.

This stuff is amazing! I just wish I would have tried it sooner. It transformed my dry, damaged hair into silk. No frizzies after ironing it. I can not get over how shiny and healthy it looks.

All I can say is...WOAH! This stuff totally rocks! Not only is the smell addicting but it makes the light reflect off my hair so pretty! All the shine without the grease monkey look! Hehe. I do wish that the bottle was bigger but a little of it truly goes a long way. It helps smooth my frizzies and gives me a sleek finish. I'm hooked. RUN...don't walk...to your nearest pharmacy!

Tip: My hair is getting pretty long (It hangs just below my bra strap) and I usually start from where my hair meets my neck and move downward when applying. After I've got the length of my hair I very lightly run my hands over the top of my head and down to where I started. That way-I'm positive not to get too much shine near my scalp. We want our hair to look healthy, not unwashed.

My HG hair product. Makes my hair extra silky and shiny. A little bit goes a long way! Used too much one time and it made my hair limp.

I really like this product, but I use it sparingly. A light dab on the palms of my hand and I typically put it on my ends after blow-drying.

I love the smell! My hairstylist uses this stuff all the time after blow drying hair and also loves it. Makes my hair soft and healthy. I don't like the shampoo and conditioner though (does nothing for softness, etc. IMHO).

I absolutly love this stuff, my whole family uses it. It is a bit costly.. I paid 20.00 for a 6 oz bottle. I have to admit tho.. a small amount goes a long way.
Its really thin sort of like a baby oil but not as greasy. Rub in your hands to emulsify and keep it away from the roots. Depending on how I style my hair I use at diffrent times.
I use a straightening gel to tame, Graham Webb makes a fab curl relaxer called "stick straight" its about 17.00 for 17 oz. Its a gel type real light product wont weigh down the hair. Emulsify, add to damp hair, blowdry pulling with the brush to straighten (paddel brush to cut down on dry time)I then add biosilk for shine. If I plan to use the curling iron, I add biosilk after the curl relaxer and it really does make your hair silky smooth. Finish with a little more product for strands around the face for shine.

This product does nothing to my thick wave hair. It smell terrible. It smell like cheap fragrance. People must think i wear cheap fragrance all day. It's very sticky and make me have to wash my long hair everyday. It does not straight my nature wave hair. It just drys out my hair. For sure, i will not buy it again. If you want a ani-frezz product, it's the one; but if you want to straighten your hair, this is NOT the one.

I started using Biosilk and flat-ironing with my HAI ConvertAble ceramic just a week or so ago, and for the FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE I have silky, smooth, swingy hair. My natural texture is something like David Lee Roth's (remember him?) so this is no small feat. The best part is, my hair stayed smooth and straight despite 100 degree temperatures and 90% humidity. It was the Biosilk that did this, not the flat iron. I use a quarter-size dollop, and it leaves no greasiness whatsoever. I was so impressed with Biosilk the first time I used it that I immediately bought the 11-oz bottle. I pray that they never discontinue it!

I use this product every morning before I flatiron my hair. It works well for my fuzzy curly hair. The package is a bit cheap though but it does not concern me that much.

This gives the most satisfactory results and is my favorite of the Biosilk line of products that I have used. I like the salon smell! It reminds me of the visits I make to the salon when I go and get my hair done, which I do every three months, and who doesn't enjoy getting their hair redone and pampered at the salon? It does help to silken my hair and diminishes frizz. It also has a liquid texture that is very thin and runny. This is quite a good thing though. It makes the bottle seem to be lasting for ages. Overall, it makes my hair feel great! I can't say many different good things about this product that other reviewers haven't already said. I haven't noticed any dryness that I would blame on this product and it just seems to be an all around favorite for those who have thick, coarse, dry or damaged hair. I only use about a dime sized amount on my hair which is about three inches past my shoulder and I concentrate it on my ends, so I don't have any problems with it weighing my hair down. It's pricey but a good product. I guess I'm just repeating all the good things that everyone else has already said about this product, so I guess I'll stop now. So if you haven't tried this yet, all these good reviews should be enough to convince you that this is some really good stuff.
