This is good to use if your hands are Very dry or cracking. I am constantly washing my hands at work and I keep this on my desk. THe trick is to use this sparingly as it leaves a "film" on the skin. It is not my everyday hand lotion, but it is good to have around when your hands are very very dry.

This hand cream moisturises alright, but it also leaves a slippery waxy film on my hands, however little I apply. On the plus side, it really does protect your hands as well as moisturise them, and I find that after going out in the cold with this on, my hands are not all dried out and cracked as they would usually be.

I didn't like this at all--I might as well slather vaseline on my hands with this type of texture and I didn't like the scent--though it wasn't strong.

I keep a tube of this at the office. At home, it's the Kiehl's Intensive cream for my hands & feet, but elsewhere I need something that will absorb fast enough to keep my fingers from sliding off the computer keyboard. A small dab of this helps replace the moisture from washing with that awful office soap and working with paper all day. I find it absorbs quickly if I don't slather it, unlike some of the other reviewers ... perhaps my hands just drink up lotion like a dry plant, LOL. A good lotion at a relatively reasonable price.

I found this to be good if you have SUPER dry skin and are desperate for instant relief. It's a very thick and concentrated hand cream with no smell (thank goodness because it's Foot Cream counterpart smells stinky). It does leave your hands greasy feeling for awhile til it wears off. It's okay.

this would be a lifesaver if you have extremely dry, ouchy hands from harsh weather, doing dishes, etc. the texture is extremely thick and greasy, and a tiny bit goes a long way. i cant say i particularly enjoy the feel, but it does work very well. it doesnt rank on my list of favorites for when my hands need serious moisture, and i wouldnt repurchase it. im left wondering if norwegian fishermen really do slather this on like the commercials claim.

It is very thick and greasy but really a wonderful product. I love to use this during winter as a moisturizing treatment with some gloves overnight. The next day my hands feel so soft! A little goes a long way and this product will last forever. For the price, it can't be beat.
