Love this. I get compliments on my hair EVERY time I use it. The fig is a bit heavy for my hair type (fine) so I will get the almond and suppliment with the fig as a leave-in in conditioner. I was prepared to be disapointed, however, this is great stuff. Would just recommend that one be sure to buy according to your hair type for best results.

YUCK!! So disappointed made my hair waxy. I had to return it for a refund, way too pricey for a crappy product. Terrible shampoo conditioner, don't recommend any WEN products.

The scent of this reminds me of Herbal Essence (the new line), except this costs an arm and a leg. This did nothing in terms of anything special for my hair that a cheapy conditioner couldn't do AND IT BUILDS UP LIKE CRAZY. Was not worth the astronomical price tag. Also, I needed a 1/4 of the $30 bottle for one wash. Won't repurchase.

I really loved the way this product made my hair look and feel. I have thin, long, chemically treated hair and it has never looked better. My only problem with the product is the price. I literally had to use 1/4 of the bottle to wash my hair one time. I think I am going to have to restrict myself to using it once a week to make the bottle last longer!!

If everyone tried this product, I promise you, no one would use traditional shampoo and conditioner again. I have fine, dry, brittle, thin hair, and after I used this product for the first time, it felt like I had a wig on my head, my hair was completely transformed. It felt like hair I always dreamed of having...full, shiny, tons of movement, body, and just a certain weight to it that I never had with my wispy hair before. The cleansing conditioner looks thick and intimidating, but use 5 pumps, comb it through, and you will be amazed that it doesn't weigh down hair in the least, or strip it. After 3 months it has not lost its power, and on those rare occasions when I try an old shampoo and conditioner, I miss my old "WEN" hair, and regret straying for even one day. Honestly, we've all used everything, we're on makeupally :), and this is just amazing.

This is the last shampoo and conditioner that you will ever need to buy! It's a different concept as it feels much more like a conditioner when you apply it. There is no lather which may make you skeptical as it did me. It is an amazing product and is my HG of hair care. I have given and thrown away all other shampoos and conditioners and my hair has never looked better.

I have baby fine hair so I tend to use the Wen Sweet Almond but I like to use the Fig as an overnight conditioner or to mix some in with my Sweet Almond. It's great because you can make your own hair cocktail. It comes in Sweet Almond (the original), Fig, Tea Tree and Cucumber Aloe. You can purchase a discovery kit that has 3 different types at QVC or you can buy a travel kit from the online site, chazdean.com. I also love his styling creme and he now has a bath and body line which I am anxious to try.

If you have given up on thinking that you will ever find a shampoo or conditioner that will work, please give this one a try. It's great for color treated hair and great for children's hair (no more tears and tangles). You can even use it on your dog...if that dog is very spoiled!

Love this product. I can honestly say this is the best product I have ever used on my hair. I have very dry, very porous, very damaged, color treated blond shoulder length hair. Thinking I would need many pumps to saturate my hair, how surprised was I that it only took 4 or 5. After rinsing completely I use a half pump as a leave in conditioner. I can't believe how soft and silky my hair is. It no longer feels like straw and is so shiney (very hard for blonds to have tons of shine). One of the big pluses for me is I'm no longer losing clumps of hair in the shower, in my comb or on my clothes. I can't say enough great things about this product. Seems like it would be expensive but, not having to buy shampoo, conditioner, leave-in conditioner, styling product, this is a real bargin to me.

I basically consider this a really over-priced, all-in-one shampoo/conditioner. It gets my hair clean and conditioned, but that's about it. I do not think it leaves my hair especially soft or smooth. In addition, I cannot get used to the fact that it doesn't really lather up all that much. IMO, there is nothing special, innovative or unique about this condioning shampoo.

I have (or HAD) very curly, color-treated, coarse hair. I have tried everything on the market and nothing compares to WEN. After only one use, the first thing I noticed was the SHINE - and a significant lessening of the bulkiness of my hair. After two weeks, I couldn't believe the difference! For the first time in years my curls are soft and shiny - not frizzy and straw-like.

I would like to note this is NOT a regular conditioner. It's a sulfate-free cleansing conditioner that replaces your shampoo, conditioner, deep conditioner, detangler and leave-in conditioner.

At first you might find it hard to get used to because it doesn't lather. And then it seems odd to use the same thing you just shampooed your hair with as a leave-in conditioner. But it works! Be sure to rinse thoroughly after shampooing (again, odd to rinse so thoroughly just to apply more as a leave in conditioner!).

I think the price is very reasonable, considering I only have to use it every other day, just conditioning on the days I don't cleanse. I no longer have to buy shampoo, conditioner and deep conditioner, so I think it all comes out about even.

I can't speak for other hair types but if your hair is dry, try it - if used as directed, I think you'll love it. I can't see myself ever using anything else. Great product!

My sister gave me a sample of this from a hair show because she said I wouldn't believe how crazy marketing is to sell this average conditioner for so much; when the reality is, it's just a medium weight conditioner with lots of slip (it is not silicone free). There's nothing marvelous in the ingredients and you can get the same results by using Suave or V05. Extremely coating and the build up after a few uses is ridiculous. Thank Goodness I didn't purchase.

I've been using this for months now and honestly, I am not sure I would ever go back to using shampoo on a regular basis if I can afford WEN. It took about a week and a half for my scalp to adjust to this product, but after that it's been smooth sailing and my thick, wavy/curly, color-treated hair is in much better condition and growing out smoothly.
When my hair was short, I'd use about five pumps and now I am up to twelve. I massage my scalp for about one minute and comb the rest of the product through with my Mebco dentangling comb. It gets left on for another five to ten minutes while I finish in the shower and then I just rinse. I use an assortment of products in my hair and have not once had an issue with build-up. I have also noticed that my color keeps for at least a month longer.

I've been using Wen Fig Cleansing Conditioner off and on (more 'on' though) since late summer 2005. It is basically a rich, creamy, sulfate-free emulsion that multi-tasks as a cleanser, conditioner, leave-in conditioner, and styler. Whenever I use Wen Fig, I immediately notice a difference in the texture and smoothness of my hair upon drying. The best way to describve it would be that it is more 'supple'. The moisture content is enhanced and even after applying my ceramic curling iron, my ends still feel great! Chaz Dean offers three Wen fomulations (Sweet Almond Mint, Fig, and Tea Tree). The packaging is absolutely beautfiful and the pump-style dispenser is easy to use and convenient. I am on my second 16oz bottle... amazing stuff!

EDIT: This edit is basically to remind myself that I personally experience major build-up after about 4 Wen Fig uses (and this is with using only the Wen Styling Creme and Balm as styling aids). My hair just doesn't feel totally clean and I end up shampooing. Every time I use Wen, I run into this 'Wen Wall'. It's a vicious cycle. I do plan on trying the Cucumber Aloe & Lavender when I get a chance... and use them with my Phytodefrisant. Hoping to get less build-up b/c Wen really does make my hair feel wonderful!
