Everyone's favorite color here in my house. I pretty much like it in my skin tone as long as I don't apply too much or it gets too bright for me. In my sister, it looks absolutely great anyway.
The color is beautiful and unique with a blueish undertone.
It lasts forever, you can eat, drink, kiss and even go to the dentist and it'll still be there.

Way too bright for me.
I dab a little over peachstock (nude) to tone this down, or apply with finger
The consistency is a bit too thick (I can feel it on my lips), hence the low rating
Love everything else about Mac lipsticks ^_^

I adore this l/s. I'm a huge fan of any pink lippies, and this has got to be a favorite! It is very Barbie pink imo, not so much bubblegum... but definitely Barbie's perfect pink. It is a satin texture, very rich. It can be drying if worn alone so prep lips first or put a gloss on top. This color will suit most skin tones, but I find it does look amazing when paired with a tan! If you're a fan of pink lipsticks, you NEED to add this to your collection. I can't tell you enough how much I love this lipstick. Worth every cent. <3

This is an adorable bubblegum pink lipstick. I like to pat mine on so it doesnt go on too thick and look grandma cakey. When applied right it looks sooooo good! Perfect for fair and cool tones girls! Very Lady Gaga! I use this with buerre lipliner...
Edit: Knocking it down because it is EXTREMELY drying. But it is still my special occasion lipstick!

Wowie, I can't believe nobody has reviewed this yet! To me it is a great bold, girly bubble gum pink lipcolor. Pink Nouveau is what better than Saint Germain that everyone is in love with and this is a permenant part of the line. It is a Satin finish and goes on really smooth and creamy with great pigmentation. This lippy is like Snob but ten times better. If you like either Snob or Saint Germain YOU NEED TO GET PINK NOUVEAU! Or you are missing out seriously. I hope they never phase this one out, I don't know what I would do....

Well, I bought this product because it became a huge hit in Brazil and as a make up artist I could not be left behind. When it arrived I instantly fell in love with it, the texture, duration and colour are simply amazing, it looks perfect on fair skin and dark haired ladies, I think I'll use it more on myself than on others =P

Good quality, good texture, "basic pink" color. I bought this because I didn't have a "regular pink" and "regular pink" is definitely the best term I have to describe this shade. Definitely very usable, but not special, and when I need to replace this I will buy a shade with more character.

This has got to be an old MAC lippie. Usually at least the smell is nice even if the color is off, but this one smells very old and it is very, very dry. I actually had to take it off due to the drying effect on my lips. It goes back today for a different choice. I do not get the purple or blues from this color either. I think it is just to dry and old to show a true color payoff.

This is a wonderful lipstick which makes me sad. It's a bright blue-based pink (not as hot as fuschia, but close), creamy in texture with no shimmer or glitter. I thought this would look hot paired with smoky eyes in the summer, but sadly for me this made my complexion look muddy and sallow (when I'm already too yellow). This also made me look like a hooker. Baby faced people like me (round face, round eyes, full cheeks, small and full lips) just can't pull off hot colors like these. I also tried amplified cream in Morange and failed miserably as well :( It's so sad because except for it looks horrible on my face, it's a great lipstick.

I love this color, kind of reminds me of Revlon's Love That Pink only not quite as bright. Goes on silky smooth and looks beautiful on pale or tannish skins. Goes with just about everything and wears well under gloss which I use just to tone it down. A frosty white pearlescent lip gloss adds just a touch of shimmer to this cream formula. Love this!

This lipstick is the perfect bubble gum pink. Satin finish but really quite matte and a little drying but pop some lip salve underneath.
I am very fair with green eyes and blonde highlights and it really make's my face come alive and my green eyes pop!
I would not recommend this if you are tanned unless you want to look porno! On fair ladies it's stylish and cool!

This color is very pretty, but it looks horrible on me :'(
Its a soft, pale pink satin that would probably not look so good on olive tones (like me :'( )
its a bit dry feeling to me, and obviously I don't wear it because I look like an 80s rockstar
i would reccomend this for those of the fair-skinned variety unless you want to look vaguely like a ganguro girl (like that horrible milk-pink lipstick my friend bought (sorry, hun, its scary-looking!)

I really like this cause the color is bright but not too bright that its neon. Its a hot Barbie pink but very wearable for anyone IMO. Plus the finish is my favorite, Satin. Its long lasting, cream no frost or shimmer. MAC lipsticks are the best ever. Worth $14 hands down.

This is a great lipstick for a flushed look. I like to have the look of uniform skin and flushed lips in a pretty pink shade. This is the perfect color for that, with a pretty barbie pink color in it, but it looks natural adn pretty if you blot it on your lips. I love it. The texture is great too in this lipstick. I think it is a satin. It feel really matte, and I like that because it's not too matte, but at the same time it won't rub off if you kiss or eat or anything.

Shade Description: Bright Pink (Satin)
As the name suggests, this is indeed a bright pink. Not my favourite lipstick and I do not reach for it often. It is very pigmented and cool toned, long wearing without being too dry.

WOW! Bright cool pink for my NC30 skin but I love how it looks on me! I love bright l/s, and this one demands attention.
Creamy, long lasting, will repurchase.
Better on summer when I'm darker, or if I wear bronzer (otherwise, hardly can pull it off)
Love it for a nigh at the club.

Fun, unique shade of pink. It's simultaneously bright & soft. It does have that "plastic" barbie look, but is not a fuschia at all. It's more a cool toned, bubblegum pink.
It takes some guts to wear full force & straight out of the tube, but looks awesome. It looks great with a gloss too.
I think it was last year (2007) that the 80s matte pink lips came back into fashion (& bright lips in general), and I've been looking for the perfect shade since. Of course I found it with MAC.
The formula of the lipstick is very creamy, lasts & wears very well, and the satin finish is a matte with a very subtle sheen. It goes on very opaque, but actually makes my thin lips look pretty & fuller. The color is oddly flattering too (I have fair olive skin & brown hair/eyes).

I'm so happy I bought Pink Nouveau from Mac. A MA suggested it to me because I wanted a pretty pink that was bright. I missed out on Melrose Mood (Heatherette) because I thought it looked to pepto bismolish and she said this would look great on me and it does. It's def barbie pink but with no shimmer glitter just pure satiny creamy color. I love it and yes it's drying but as others have mentioned use lipgloss and lipbalm and you'll be fine. One of my fave lipsticks!!!
