I have bought this mascara for years, it's reasonably priced, one or two coats and your lashes are done. You can layer more on if you want a dramatic look but it just adds more length then volume of the lashes. It comes off easy too although I did notice this year my lashes were drying out really bad, I've switched brands and so far so good.
This mascara has very little fallout as well, doesn't clump easily.

Tried a bunch ot different mascara's but I've always come back to using the Full 'N Soft Mascara. I think its buildable for both a natural or a fuller look.

This was the second mascara I had ever tried. Since then I have tried many others (mostly from maybelline) but I always find myself coming back to this one.
This mascara has a natural look with one coat. It is very buildable, so you can make it look as dramatic as you'd like. I have never experienced any smudging or flaking. I love the formula and the brush; it just works so well with my lashes. The waterproof version also works well in my opinion. I have worn it to waterparks before and it had excellent staying power. I would recommend this to anyone!

Looks natural, lengthens. All you need is a bit, it started clumping once I tried layering, but just a bit is really enough. It doesn't hold a curl very well though

This is my go-to mascara. I have the waterproof version, which most people don't like, but I tend to prefer waterproof formulas. It's not super messy or liquidy like most Maybelline mascaras, although I do wipe off the brush on a paper towel before I apply to make sure it doesn't clump. It doesn't give me any added volume, but it's super natural looking and great for every day.

I really like this mascara. It gives a LOT of length. Not so much volume, but length. It feels very lightweight on my lashes. It looks natural on, so it's perfect for everyday. It is a dry formula, but it's still great!

I was looking for a mascara that would give my eyelashes the 'full and soft' look, just as the package suggests. I was born with naturally long eyelashes, and whenever I put this on they look fake. I love the lightness of the formula, but it makes my eyelashes clump.
Though, since purchasing I apply the mascara to only the outer eyelashes of my eyes, and I must say, it makes my eyelashes look stunning! I guess it just depends on the length of natural lashes you have.
Other than that, I love this product! I already have another one stored in my drawer for when my current one runs out! Works wonderfully!

HG! I had a difficult time getting my Asian lashes to stand out... until I found this mascara. This is the only one that holds the curl after I use the Shu Uemura eyelash curler. I love the full brush and light product- never heavy. I use it in "Very Black" and it's awesome. My lashes aren't flakey and they stay separated. I haven't found anything else that works for me, including more expensive ones by Lancome.

I was in Walmart in search of a good mascara and the "soft lashes" idea was enticing. I didn't expect much from it since I am definitely not lucky when it comes to the lashes I was naturally given. A lot of mascaras I've tried that promise volume haven't exactly delivered. However, it was decently cheap, about $6.50 at Walmart, and I liked the sound of soft, thick lashes. It turned out to be great in thickening, and the color is dark enough to make lashes stand out more, but not too much as to make it seem too fake. There is little to no flaking or smudging for me, and it holds curl decently. However, I do feel that the mascara isn't totally dry, maybe part of its "softness," and if you're not careful, they could accidently stick together. Overall, I'm pleased with the mascara, and the thickness it builds up. It defines my lashes but isn't over-the-top. Good for everyday wear.

I used to use this stuff religiously throughout high school. I don't know why I stopped using it, but I recently rediscovered it and love this stuff just as much as I did back then. It makes my lashes glossy and gives them separation, lift and curl. Not a very dramatic mascara, but a very natural look. Love it!

AMAZING mascara!! The product really lives up to the name!! One of my HG mascaras (:
Age: 30-35 Skin: Normal, Fair Hair: Brown, Wavy, Medium Eyes: Blue
This is still the very best value for money mascara on the market. It does everything - elongates, adds fullness, but in a lush and natural way. I love it. I dont understand why it hasn't become a classic like Maybelline Great Lash, in fact I'm having a harder and harder time finding in my pharmacies in Canada. Let it never be discontinued!!

my go to mascara 12 years and counting!
Age: 36-43 Skin: Combination, Fair-Medium, Neutral Hair: Blond, Wavy, Fine Eyes: Blue
Add me to the chorus of those loving this mascara - I have quite long lashes, but they are blond and kind of thin, so mascara is an everyday necessity for me if I don't want my eyes to vanish into my face. This mascara is wonderful for everyday wear - no flaking, it doesn't smudge (and I really struggle with finding a mascara that won't leave black marks just below my eyebrows from where the lashes brush against the lid), and lashes look full, soft, and defined.
Definitely not the mascara for a full-on, night out look - but I will repurchase this again and again!

This is the best basic everyday mascara. It defines lashes in a natural way and holds curl all day. I have repurchased repeatedly.

i bought this at my local grocery store because i have read so many reviews about this oldie, but goodie. I personally have never tried this, as i was on a solid Loreal kick for 15 years...voluminous and the newer collagen one were my HG for a long time. Then, i noticed a clearance rack at the groceries and saw they had a bunch of cosmetics on it! I saw this and instantly knew i must try, for the dirt low price of $4 USD. I couldnt believe how cheap it was and didnt have much expectation really.
And then i gave it a week or two to test drive it. I am using several different brands, both high and low end (Lancome Hypnose Doll Lashes, Maybelline Mega Plush, Shiseido Perfect Defining Volume) and feel that it actually outperforms the Hypnose Doll! Its orange to apples with the Shiseido, as that stuff is concrete and will not wash out without oil based cleanser (hello wonderful Lancome eyemakeup remover) so I dont consider this on par. I like it better than the Mega Plush because its so much easier to wash off, and does not leave any stains like the Mega Plush does. I guess I may squint my eyes extra hard sometimes and the mascara wont wash off with just facial cleanser. If its harder to remove than just my daily facial cleaner than i reject the product, I can not stand a product that may cause wrinkles from all the tugging and pulling...plus it may yank out a hair or two? NO!! reject! I dont like waterproof mascara by itself...and usually put a coat of something easily washable first and then if i know im going to be outside sweating a lot i will top if off with the Shiseido to keep them curled, while being able to wash off with ease. The Shiseido does feel crunchy to me, as i have worn it before by itself and it does feel okay...is sticky feeling and stiff. I couldnt wear this alone.
This product washes off like a dream and actually touts some ability of it extra ease of removing somewhere ive read, but i can recall exactly what they call it. Amazing that this has been around so long and flies under the radar.
When i first used it, it was more natural. Which is okay i guess, but i like drama and excitement. After it 'broke in' a little, perhaps a week or so, I noticed its ease of build-ability...i can get a few coats of this stuff on without clumps! and va va vooooom i got vampy gorgeous lashes that are fluttery and the curl holds up good (main failure of the Hypnose Doll, which flattens the curl on my naturally curled eyelashes. duh!)
I have to say this product really blew me away! It sat on that grocer's shelf, so humble and quiet...just waiting for someone to discover how wonderful it is! I think everyone should give this one a try, even mascara snobs that only like high end will be surprised.

I loveeee this mascara for an everyday use. It looks sooo nice on my eyelashes and i cant stress this enough, it does what the name says! Although i dont notice an "oh my god my eyelashes feel like cotton candy" type of thing, but your lashes do like really full! i loved it so much i bought it in waterproof! Lalalalovee this!

I'm a college girl. I don't like to get myself overly primped for class, but I also like to look presentable. This mascara allows me to look like I want to -- natural yet put together. I don't think I'd wear this mascara as a "va-voom" mascara, but it's fantastic for running errands/class etc. The best part? No smudging! I also live in Alabama, so I know about humidity. If there's no smudging here, I have a hard time believing that anyone would have a problem with it!
