I have light grey brows without putting anything on it. They're basically non-existent, especially in photos. I've been using the green pencil product (see that review too) for quite a while and have heard that using a powder is easier. The staying power of this is decent, especially for a powder on a girl with an oily forehead.
What I didn't like was the brush it came with and the shade of brown. It's a bit reddish, but my hair has a slightly reddish tone to it, so I'll live with it. I prefer a more neutral brown though.
Edit 15 Dec 2009: So I bought the lighter brown and gave the darker brown to my mom, who has darker skin than I do. I love the lighter brown so much more.

Simply AMAZING. Perfect perfect eyebrow filler... Looks VERY natural. I love it!
I have an olive skin tone, dark brown hair and dark brown (almost black) eyebrows. Got this stuff in dark brown and it worked perfectly. I only have a "bald spot" right in the inner parts of my eyebrows and this did great filling it in. :) Packaging is very compact and convenient.
My only gripe... Don't bother with the brush, which is reminiscent of the Crayola paint brushes I collected as a kid.

This is fabulous for a more subtle look--I always look away in horror when I see women w/ pencil marks all over their eyelids. And you can't really overdo it (if you pick the right shade). Also great in lieu of eyeshadow in a pinch, just for the hollows below the orbital bone. Would suggest maybe getting a different firm brush, but it isn't horrible. Great product, all in all.

I can't stand penciling in my eyebrows so this product has definitely made me love doing my eyebrows. I like the brush because it's stiff but you just need to remember to tap the brush before applying so that you don't make your eyebrows too dark. Then apply it in strokes and go with the hair growth for a more natural look.
The only reason I gave it a 4 is because it takes some practice to get used to it and if you make it too dark, it's a slightly difficult to lighten and it looks less natural.
Packaging could be a little sturdier. I can't remember how many times it's opened on it's own and the brush fell out spilling dark brown powder in my makeup bag.

I got this in dark brown, and it made my brows look a tad too dark so maybe next time I'll try a lighter colour.

I use this in the light brown even though my brows & hair are darker. The light brown fills in just enough, so ít's very subtle. I sometimes use this as an eyeshadow, it's such a pretty shade. I don't like the little brow applicator brush that it comes with, so that was tossed.

I bought the dark brown, even tho I have black brows. Black powder is too harsh though.
Most of the time this looks great! Other times it looks like I have brown powder patches in my black brows. I wish they had an even darker brown color, that would be ideal for me.
I do not use the brush that came with this. I used to, and it didn't look so hot. I finally bought a real brow brush and now the product looks how it's supposed to I think. I will buy again, because I can't really afford the high end stuff and this gets the job done.
Also, I only use this when my brows are shaped, otherwise I look like a weirdo monster.

I have this in both the light brown and dark brown since I dye my hair different shades of brown all the time. Anyway, love how the colors are more ashy instead of red. I don't like the applicator that it comes with so I use an awesome japonesque brush. It also lacks staying power on its own. So I usually fill in my brows w/a pencil then layer this on top for staying power. Although I can't use it on it's own I still gave it 4 lippies. The great colors and the price alone are great. I've tried different HE brow powders and none of them stay on unless you layer it over pencil or set it w/gel or wax. Figured I'd just spend a few bucks for this one instead of forking over much more for the same result.

The brush is too hard to use.Worth the money though.

I've been using this every day for several years and love it. I have golden brown hair with slightly darker brows, and I used to use the dark brown. I switched to the light brown and think it looks more natural. The little brush that comes in the package is OK in a pinch, but it's so tiny that I end up dropping it into the sink or on the floor -- so I use a full-size NARS badger bristle brow brush instead.
I rub a little moisturizer over my brows each morning to shape them before applying the powder, and I think this helps to keep the color on longer. I finish up with a light coat of clear mascara. I've found the color lasts for most of the day.
My mom also just told me that she thinks my brows always look nice, so I guess that is another testimonial for the product! I like it because it is really cheap and not many of the drugstore brands make brow powder.
