I am really on the fence about how I feel about this primer, which isn't great for a cosmetic product. I really loved how silky it felt when applied on areas where I have enlarged pores like my cheeks, however the silky texture is deceptively thick on other areas. I noticed on smooth areas of my face, like my forehead, Porefessional had a tendency to ball up or move around when I applied my liquid foundation. Seeing that a full face application was overkill, I would strongly suggest only using it over enlarged pores, and using a different primer everywhere else. This is why I'd probably not re-purchase; why should I need 2 different face primers? I also found that the oil-control was sub par, and this is a scented product, which is really unnecessary and for me personally is unwelcome. I paid $39.00 at Ulta for a deluxe size, and found it ultimately costly for a product that is not all-in-one.

This product made me break out.. BAD! The primer felt beautiful going onto my skin and it smelt lush but it took all of 4-5 hours until my chin became irritated. I went home and washed it all off and by then I could feel bumps all under my skin which erupted the next day.I was very disappointed with this product! It took weeks to clear my break out! Because of this, I will stay away from Benefit from now on.

It's great for areas where I have enlarged pores- really fills them in/smootes them out. I don't really like using it as primer all over my face. I prefer to use my normal primer, and then apply the porefessional where I have large pores and my skin texture is uneven (my cheeks, sides of the nose). Not a huge fan of the smell.

A little of this goes a long way! This works wonders at keeping oily skin at bay. I just top it off with a loose powder & I'm good to go.

I LOVE this product. If goes on so smooth and really does minimize pores and fine lines. I use it under my foundation when going out. You can also dab a bit over the foundation as a mattifier. Great product.

Not overly fussed with this, tends to make me look a bit oily by the end of the day and really doesn't make any difference to my pores. My make up didn't last any longer than it would have without the primer.

The only significant things I noticed about this primer are that it keeps whatever foundation you're wearing on your face all day, and it's SOOO SMOOTH. Pore wise, nothing. Now, I don't have freakish pores, but if you're trying to look at them, you can see them. This didn't do anything in that department, therefore you're looking at a 3 lippie rating. Plus, it's a good thing I only got a sample of this because it's $30. No thanks!

I bought this thinking it was more of a foundation primer, but it really is a balm. I have very oily, acne-prone skin and I wanted something to "hold" my makeup so it didn't melt off by the end of the day. A consultant at Ulta told me this was by far the best, and it felt wonderful on (that was in the 5 minutes I sat in the store). Under my foundation (Estee Lauder Double Wear Light) it didn't make a bit of difference. It gave a bit of matte finish but not what I thought I was getting. My bad.

Pore coverage Varies from person to person, works better on my family members than on me, not sure why. I think it works better on mature skin, my mum is in love with it. I mean it works well on me, but most dramatic results on others.Feel Makes the area you have applied the product to incredibly soft to touchLook Apart from pore coverage, it blends well with most skin tones. I am currently sharing the product with a household full of girls (my mother and 3 sisters!). Great for use under make up.Packaging Typical of Benefit, brilliant packaging. Attractive.Price It does feel quite expensive at the till, but you only need a small amount with every use, so it lasts a long time. Additionally, depending on your skin type, you may not need to apple it to your whole face but just to certain areas.

Love this. I only bought it to lessen the huge pores on my nose and smaller but still large pores on my cheeks as well as reduce some of the shine on my incredibly oily face. It does the job well. My pores almost completely vanish and gives me a matte look. It's not a miracle product, I didn't expect it to keep me shine free for hours because my skin is extremely oily, but it prolongs that matte look I've always longed for. I also love it because most importantly, it doesn't break me out! Almost everything does. It's not advertised as a primer per se, it's really just advertised as a balm to minimize pores that you can use under or over makeup, so unless you're looking for an all-in-one primer to use all over your face to minimize wrinkles and so forth (which this doesn't advertise as doing), I think you'll be happy.
