I was so excited to see this product finally released...Now I can't wait to take it back. I tried to like this, but I don't see any benefit to it. It feels like it takes me forever to put this on since it doesn't make much of a difference on my lashes. You feel like you're not getting anything on your lashes. My search continues....:)

I was excited to see this out and i got from Walgreens and even though its not bad its not great either, i expected it to more on par with the Lash Blast volumizing mascara but like one reviewer said i had to check to see if anything was on the brush no great length either just good for everyday natural wear will not be buying it again. I use it under and over the my regular Lash Blast. The pros about it is the brush give great definition no clumps, i got in the Very Black and its not very black at all.

This was really one of the worst mascaras I've tried, and I've tried lots. When I first applied it, I checked to see if anything was actually on the brush, there is almost nothing to it. I guess it would be ok for a really, really natural look, but for the money, it's going back to the store. I think they are trying to latch onto the wave of popularity for the original Lash blast, but I've tried many lengthening mascaras that are much, much better.

I had been waiting to try this mascara for ages, and I'm sorry to say that it's not quite what I was looking for.
provides nice definition and length
does not smudge, even on lower lashes
provides no volume
is not very dark
I had hoped this mascara would provide the volume of the original Lash Blast with extra length, but it didn't. I really don't think my eyelashes were any longer than they are with the original formula. However, the thinner tube and smaller brush make it much easier to maneuver, particularly when I'm getting my lower lashes. This also works nicely over other, more volumizing mascaras as a way to comb out any clumps and add a bit more length. That's actually my favorite way to wear it, over my MAC Plush Lash on my top lashes and alone on my bottom lashes since it does not smudge, which is a small miracle for me. Overall, I'm disappointed, but I think it's a good product. I don't think I'll repurchase because it was about $9 with tax, and I think that's a little too much to pay for a "secondary" mascara.

I'm not sure why I stray from CoverGirl mascaras, every one I've tried as been perfect. No clumps, my lashes are beautifully separated, does not flake or smudge, and delivers the claim. Lash Blast Length is no exception. The mascara delivers looooong lashes as advertised. The brush is rubbery and slightly flexible with many long "bristles." I love my lashes with this mascara and keep looking in a mirror when I wear it. I must warn you ladies, this mascara does not thicken or provide volume, but it doesn't claim to do so. No flakes or smudges (great for girls like me with oily skin or sweat sometimes!). Does not clump! I love it!

not bad, but not the greatest.. i was really hoping it would replace my Super Thick Lash... but sadly it won't.. i don't know whether or not if i will return it.. it really does lengthen the outer corner of your lashes, but not anywhere else.. at least on me. and it uncurled my eyelashes.. that was with only one coat.. i will try and give it a few more days.. maybe if i mix this with another mascara, it will give better results. if you have straight lashes, like i do, it probably won't do much.. save your money, and get Super Thick Lash.. that holds up pretty well, and never uncurls my lashes... so far, this is a no buy again...

I got this at our Walgreen's store for $9. The tube is sleek and simple (lemon yellow). I did apply my Lancome lash primer before applying this because it does not give you thick lashes but does a pretty good job of lengthening them and I had no problems building up the desired look it did not clump or give me spidery lashes, it has just a hint of fragrance, had it on 9-5 and no raccoon eyes...yeahhhhh :). I for sure like it better then Lash Stiletto from Maybeline. Will buy again.

I ordered this...I just couldn't wait! I'm so impatient and I love trying out mascaras. This brush is way thinner then the original lash blast. It is also a bit flimsy, but not extremely so. It really makes your lashes look long. I was asked by an SA at Nordstrom if I was wearing extensions. This was right after I had put this on and headed into the mall. I was pretty happy with that comment. It doesn't make your lashes thicker, so this would be where the original lash blast comes in. I like this for the day, then that night I actually put the original over top of this and WOW, they looked awesome-and not spidery either. I had the length and the thickness. The original brush was a lot easier to use after I already had the Lash blast length on. Also, this doesn't flake. I have worn it for two days now and no flaking! I am wearing it today to work as well. I think this is a great mascara and will definitely buy another tube when it comes out. Hope this helps!

i got this online because its not available in stores yet, and i really like it. the brush is way skinnier than lash blast so you end up getting more mascara on your actual lashes then on the lid like with the original lash blast. it makes my lashes really long and doesnt clump even if you put it over another mascara. i love that the tube is skinnier. the one thing i dont like is that i end up putting a lot on because its not very thickening and i like big full dramatic lashes. howeverrrrr, after i put it all on and curled my lashes it looks like BAM! realllyyy nice. so i would deff recomend this!

Update 9.16.09 - I have to agree with jetfan (above) who said she had to check to see if she was even putting anything on. Really, really natural feel. Soft, feathery lashes...especially for a rubber brush. If you like natural mascara, this could be one to try. But I love the drama and sparkle I get with Max Factor Volume Couture. This really feels like nothing on my eyes. I have nice dark lashes naturally...this just looks "eh". Looks like I better keep stocking up on MFVC before they quit selling Max Factor in the U.S.!
ORIGINAL POST:I just wanted to get the review listed for anyone that may get a chance to try this. Hopefully someone will have a chance to try and review soon. You can special order it online. I don't know when it will be in stores (Sept maybe?). But with Max Factor leaving the U.S. (and taking my beloved Volume Couture with them) I am looking forward to trying this new mascara. And yes, I was sucked in by the bodacious yellow tube. The wand looks like a the "new wand" version of Lash Discovery (long and skinny). I am very curious. As soon as I see it in the stores, I want to try it. I just don't want to pay for shipping to get from an online source. I will update when I get to try it.
