Sirop in the tube looks like a scary barbie pink, but once it is on your lips it is a sheer peachy pink that brightens up your whole face. I like texture of it b/c it is thick, but not sticky. (I don't wear it that much b/c I don't like really shiny glosses) The tube oozes out a bit which is not that big of a deal. It also smells kind of weird but maybe my tube is too old :) Gorgeous color for the spring/summer months. PPP neutral-cool, dark hazel eyes, brunette hair

Love how this brightens my look, in a subtle way. Beautifully sheer- it has replaced Glossimer Giggle as my favorite. Very hip lip look!

THANK YOU MUA!!! I had my doubts when I looked at this in the tube but read the reviews below (that warned it was a little scary, but beautiful on) and HOLY SMOKES it is my new HG lipgloss.
I am in L-O-V-E! It even survived a smooch fest with my honey.
I try ever lipgloss in every brand and have to say this is the best so far. I love MAC and will stick with their eyeshadows, but for gloss CHANEL gets my vote. Now I just hope they keep the colors coming!

This was my first Glossimer and I don't think I will purchase any others. The color was pretty, but the gloss was really thick and sticky...not the kind I like. The price was okay for me because I got it off Ebay. I just really wasn't impressed with this and it made me sad because there are so many pretty colors.

I've reviewed it before, but it's so wonderful I had to review it again!

It's a grapefruit pink in the tube, lovely glowy pink on my lips. I'm fair skinned and it looks great on me - it's a color that really brightens my complexion. I'm not sure why others are seeing shimmer in it, because there is no shimmer/frost/sparkle/etc. of any kind in it. Also, some have described it as having orange tones, that also surprises me because this is definetly a pink to coral color, no orange or peach in it at all.

I'm on my 2nd tube and highly recommend - this is a color that would be great on many skin tones, it brightens fair skins, looks great on asian, tan, and dark complexions too!

I bought Sirop on others review and i'm glad i did. It's a very pale pretty pink. It gives me a pale pink neutral lip color. This is a nice daytime gloss, just to add a little something special to your lips. Chanel glossimers cannot be topped!

This is a surprising color. It looks scary orange in the tube, like a child's marker, but goes on a sheer coral. I have used this as a blush too and it goes on a beautiful coral-pink. Just gorgeous with a tan. Warms up my whole face and makes it glow. One caveat - although it looks great in the summer with a tan, now that I am losing my sun-kissed tones I have noticed that it can look a bit garish at times.

I *love* this color. I have yet to actually purchase it though! the few times i was going to, they were sold out! I try it on every single time i go to chanel, it brightens up my entire face. I'm a ppp, but this color can look good on everyone! i also really love that it has no shimmer in it, it's a very classy sheer color.

I love this product. I bought it six months ago after two months of debating. I've been really happy with this product - I typically get bored with colors after a short time; truly great colors and products are the exception not the rule. I would rate this glossimer as truly great. The only downside is the price, but they are much cheaper if you buy abroad.

I am so happy I finally aquired this color. :-) In the tube, Sirop is a garish orange color, but on my lips (NC15 average lip pigmentation) it is a sunny sheer pink with just a hint of coral and no shimmer/glitter. A gorgeous color for spring and summer. I have been wearing this a lot lately! :-)

great lip gloss, high-end chanel quality. it looks very orangy in the tube, but it turns into a very natural pink on the lips. and it's not as thick and uncomfortable as MAC lipglosses.

Chanel Sirop is a shiny, sunny coral shade. I love the light consistency of Chanel lipglosses, the gel-like texture and lack of ''smell''. I picked this up in California (and paid a bit of a premium for it since I live in Canada). Despite this, this a great colour year-round (esp. in the summer, as it looks ''punchy'' and cute with some of my brighter or patterned clothes). Great purchase.

I bought this a couple months ago, decided it wasn't right for me, and took it back. However, I always regretted that choice, so I bought another the other day. It's the perfect summer color, very sheer, and no shimmer (which I thought I wouldn't like but have decided I do like, after all). It's not my fave Glossimer, as Volage gets that honor, but it's certainly the most unique and is the freshest color...Thanks to the MUA-er below who suggested wearing it over Showgirl--I'm going to try it tomorrow!

this is a gloss i use everyday as it really brightens my whole face and is very versatile. the color originally scared me because it looks incredibly bright, but its very sheer.

Words cannot express how much I LOVE this gloss!! I think it might be my favorite ever! Definitely HG! The color as it looks in the tube is a frightening neon coral, but on the lips it is a beautiful delicate sheer pink. Looks great with my NC20/GA LSF 4.5-5 skin. Never knew pink could looks so good! Love it!

When I first bought this gloss I was estatic. When applied it leaves a lush wet pinky glow to your lips. I loved the look and when I wore it to work the first day I could feel the slight tackiness indicating the gloss was still there...or so I thought...when i went into the bathroom I checked my gloss and cringed. There was absoloutely NO shine/gloss image left...instead my lips were stained a cruddy mauvey rose pink that bordered on hot pink...looked nasty. And to spend that much on a gloss was not worth it. I took it back...the MA was not very nice about it..and i tried to be polite but she was so rude I finally gave her the complete honest answer, that the gloss runs, the color changes and that I've had beter luck with drugstore l/g. I think I'll try a Stila lipglaze next.

This is a more opaque version of my CdP #12 gloss! I love the color, initially it brightens up your face then it fades down to a milky pink. I think there are other glosses w/ better texture but this still surpasses most brands. I would definitely repurchase this, I see it becoming a staple.

Agreed...the color looks scary in the tube, but not so bad on the lips. I am very fair skinned, so it's not ideal for me to wear just casually everyday. I believe it is the PERFECT lipgloss to wear with a bit of a tan, on a sunny day at the beach. This will be reserved for special occasions, when I want my lips to really stand out.

This is one of my favorite glosses. Beautiful pinky coral, no shimmer. It's tropical and brightens up my face (LLL). Gel-like Chanel texture that lasts well on me. It looks scary in the tube, but try it, you'll love it!
