This was my go-to daily moisturizer for about a year, but I finally had to admit that it was responsible for a lot of the trouble I've been having with clogged pores and breakouts. Since I stopped using it about a month ago, my skin has improved a lot. I think my skin just couldn't handle the sunscreen ingredients, especially after they reformulated it. If you have normal/combo skin and you can handle chemical sunscreens, then this will probably work fine for you, but if you're oily/blemish prone beware!

I am a pale NC 15 asian with acne-prone, and super duper oily skin. Though I may have oily skin, my skin peels, flakes, and chaps frequently.

The sun terribly frightens me. It cause nasty dark splotches and flaky, red-like rashes on my face if I don't wear the right sunscreen.

Pros:
I like the thin texture and light powdery smell
Olay's awesome reputation
Doesn't make me break out
Light
Right amout of moisture
Doesn't have a nasty white cast

Cons:
Doesn't absorb well
Oily in a couple minutes. Slides off face too :(
SPF not high enough

Nice product but I've used better. Will not repurchase

I have oily combination & acne prone skin. This is probably the only olay product I hate. It has a sunscreen lotion smell. And it doesn't absorbs quickly. I feel that it sits on my skin instead. It also makes me look 3x more oily.

Although it doesn't work me. My sister and my mom likes to use it. :\

It gives me good coverage and good sun protection, but I am looking for something a little less greasy and less sun screen smelling. I would prefer for it to have less of a smell, but its a pretty awesome skin protecting product! Sun protection is the key!!!

Love the stuff. Inexpensive, lightweight, does not break me out.
I always come back to this creme; it's easy to find, unpretentious and effective. What's not to love?

I do not know why I have had this in the bottom of my dresser drawer for a long time now. Since, my mommy has always used the original Olay face lotion and her skin is still so smooth and soft looking to this day! And she is in her mid 60's!(there's another beautiful popular actress that only uses Olay too...she is also in her 60's now and looks hotter then ever! I can't think of her name...but she said it on some talk show a year ago or so.I will update when I find her name... lol!)

But, I am a prestige makeup snob! And have been using prestige named products forever.

But,when I bought MAC Studio Fix Liquid Foundation, I definitely needed something a lot lighter, then what I was using.
So, one morning I tried it(on a day that wasn't too important for that beautiful done up look! Lol!)

And wow!
It went on very light and had a thinner consistency....which is what I needed, for wearing under thicker type foundations.

It spreads out so easily and dried/sank in very fast!

At first, I thought this wasn't going to be moisturizing enough for me....Since, it a LIGHTER and THINNER type of moisturizer...........But, this stuff ROCKS!

I really really hate moisturizers that rubs off, no matter how long you let it sink in!......I have an arsenal of those expensive and cheapy brands and its so frustrating!! Ya know what I mean...Why do they even make that crap? Who wants their makeup rubbed off if they touch their face?!LOL!

Anyways, THIS ONE is an AWESOME!
Its light, basically fragrance free and has a very light thin consistensy.
It does NOT LEAVE MY FACE SHINEY AT ALL!(I think the gals that are stating this already have very oily skin and probably need something with a mattifying ingredient like Kaolin) But IMO, this is perfect for normal/combo skin types.

I can state this as I am in my mid 30's and I have normal/combo skin.
With "larger sized pores" than the blessed porcelain doll faced models out there! As, Napoleon would say, "Lucky!" Lol! !!!!
So, I do get a few zits here or there and this has not made my face break out at all! Yay!

Another big plus for me is that it Does NOT feel HEAVY!

This really does SINK IN IMMEDIATELY....I DO NOT have to WAIT around to use my duo fiber brush and liquid foundation!I mean c'mon.... Who has time for that? Not me!....I have boys and a hubby!

This is my new H.G. cheapy facial product! Luv it!

I've been using this moisturizer since high school and I'm now out of college. I love it in my daily morning routine. It's oil free and, while it's definitely not mattifying, it doesn't make my face any more oily than it normally is. It doesn't feel too thick and it's great to reapply throughout the day since it doesn't weight my face down. I definitely recommend it.

I really like this lotion, and I have been using this one in particular for about 6 months straight, everyday. I originally liked and used the original Olay Beauty Fluid, but decided to try this instead when I needed to purchase a new one. I bought it because of the SPF 15, and I think I will proabably keep buying this one instead of original. Its nice and light feeling - not greasy, and has a nice fresh smell. I love it, and it has never broke me out.

This is kind of a premature review since I just got it today, hence why I only gave it 4, so I'll edit later & bump it up or down after i've had more time with it.

but!
So far on the first day, i really like it. I went to wal-mart to get two products from Olay, one being the anti-aging/anti-blemish face wash [which is also awesome!] & then this. I've used the more basic one that I assume was made before this, the active hydrating beauty fluid, & i've always liked it. Though, since the foundation I switched to doesn't have sunscreen in it like my old one did, I need something to protect my skin from the sun. I'm young but I want to preserve my skin for as long as possible.

The smell is exactly like a sunscreen, which i like, so i don't mind it at all. it might bother some but I like it. It feels really smooth, almost a little greasy at first but it sinks in pretty quickly. If i'm in a hurry i just dab with a towel to absorb the rest. But I have really dry skin/dehydrated skin so anything that makes my skin feel softer & more hydrated is a huge plus. It also works as a pretty good primer for my makeup, since I normally wear one in addition to moisturizer, but this makes me take out that step [which for any college senior with no time is excellent!] :)
I also like that it is a squeeze out bottle since the little jars can get annoying. I use those creams for night so i'm glad I don't have to for day either :)

So far so good! again I'll try to update in a few weeks. it's been insanely hot where I live so the sunscreen is definitely needed. & the price isn't that bad either [I think i paid around 9 or 10 bucks?]. Definitely worth a shot!

[edit]

Ok, so after about a week of using this, i've decided that i do like it. it is a bit more oily than i thought, & does take a bit of time to sink in, but at least its nothing that a small swipe of powder can't fix. besides, anything in this humidity ends up being greasy after a few hours anyway. i just use it more sparingly & use a more matte lotion on my t-zone.
i think it'll be really good in winter, so i plan on using it a lot more when it gets colder down here. i still really like it but i think i'll keep it at a 4 since even though i tend to have dehydrated skin, it still even feels a bit slick on my skin. but for what it does, & the price point, i'm sticking with it. I might mix it a bit with the more matte one for summer, or just get up a bit earlier to give it more time to sink in. with this & the olay total effects ant-blemish cream cleanser, my skin has been looking rather good, & glowy, so i'll keep on this regimen!

I bought this product thinking that it's easily absorbed and oil free, but I was wrong. This product made my face look oily and greasy! I also thought of putting powder on top of this moisturizer to reduce the greasiness, but it didn't. I was extremely disappointed with this product. Because I tried to like this product, I had used 1/3 of the bottle.

I like this lotion, but I'd only use it in the winter time or when I'm using powder makeup because it does tend to make me shiny. This went on pretty lightly, but it felt pretty much like any other lotion-sunscreen blend that I've used. On the bright side, it's great for putting on under makeup because it works as a great primer. (The weird thing is, when I smooth this lotion on with my hands, it feels rather... sandy, as if there's a small amount of scrubs or something inside. I can never see anything hard in there and the lotion felt otherwise fine, so maybe this just does something weird to my hands.)

I don't think I'll buy this again because I don't like the shiny aspect (I have a hard enough time with that because I have oily skin). This may be better for people to use in the winter or for people with dryer skin. I'm going to keep looking for a light lotion/sunscreen that I can wear every day.

I have been using this cream since i got a compliment about a glow on my skin. this is the only normal routine in my skin care that I do not go without.

it's non-greasy and is easily absorbed by the skin. It does not make me break out and evens my skin tone. The added spf 15 makes me confident to walk under the sun without any worries.

I've had this facial moisturizer for a really long time, i got it before i really got into skincare and all that stuff. I have oily-combination-acne prone skin, and i find that although this is not a heavy cream (it's a lotion consistency), but it looks shiny on my face. I have it in the normal skin formula maybe that's why, but after i apply it on i absolutely have to use a setting powder or else my face just looks like an oil slick, it's not even the nice dewy look, it's just shiny and oily, and this happens even on my totally cleansed face without any oily residue. I like the fragrance of it, the nice lotion texture, but it just doesn't work for me. Also i think the SPF in this could be higher, i usually prefer at least SPF 30. So overall, i think this is a nice everyday moisturizer if your skin tends to be on the dry or normal side, and if you don't mind the low SPF. Otherwise i wouldn't recommend this, i like the neutrogena dry touch sun block in SPF 45.

Olay Complete All Day UV Moisturizer, SPF 15 for Sensitive Skin

This product is amazing! I just bought it and I think this fragrance-free edition is what has made all the difference. I used Olay before and I love the light texture and classic packaging, but I was noticing redness on my cheeks. I literally started using this yesterday and the redness has calmed down and my skin looks more even. I haven't tried moisturizers outside this price range, but I think it's a great value and everything I need for daytime.

I find this product great in the wintertime (Canada!) for my combination, acne-prone skin. I'm left with no dry patches, and a nice "glow" even in the cold weather. Like others have said, I can add more and more moisturizer without it feeling too thick. However, I put very little on my nose since it gets oily very fast. This lotion is also excellent under makeup.

During the summer, I cannot use this. I look way too oily and almost "sweaty" with this on. I use another moisturizer (derma e skin lighten), but that does not have SPF so I am still on the hunt for a good summertime lotion for my combination, acne prone skin.

That being said, I wouldn't purchase this again, unless I can get my hands on the old formula (I heard they're switching back).

Best day moisturizer. Smells like sun tan lotion (which I can live with!) and is incredibly light on the skin. It's great for morning use before hitting up the beach or just to hydrate the face. It can even act as a foundation primer. It does not leave your face feeling sticky or greasy, and it dries quickly.
