This is a good lengthening mascara, but the tube dries out so fast, so now I use Maybelline Great Lash instead. For that reason alone, I would not repurchase.

I have oily eyelids and have had trouble finding a mascara (and eyeliner for that matter) that doesn't run and give me raccoon eyes. I have tried waterproof formulations before based on reviews but this didn't seem to solve the problem. It wasn't until I started reading other reviews about Covergirl lash - series that I decided to give it a try. This is my go-to mascara for everyday because it never runs! In terms of length I think it does a fairly decent job - its not the best but I think it is above average for length for me. There is a little bit of volume or curling power but not much so definitely don't buy it for this reason. I think its strong point is that it does lengthen and will stay put on your lashes.

Until Lash Blast came out, I was head over heels for this mascara. It never clumped, it went on beautifully, and I loved the little wand and funky purple tube. However, after Lash Blast came out, I saw that it wasn't very volumizing. This would be an excellent mascara for a lighter daytime look, or if you want just really nicely defined lashes without a ton of volume or length. The little brush it comes with really helped apply the mascara beautifully and evenly.

There are no words to describe how much I LOVE this product. I have bought $30 mascaras and I didn't like any of them unless I had Lash Exact on underneath. It's buildable and holds curl so well. The only problem I have with it, is that during the day it will slightly smudge under my eyes where my eyelashes touch my face. But I found a way to fix that: Rimmel Lash Maxxx. It's a horrible mascara, but it's dirt cheap and perfect to stop the slight under eye smudging. Just put a small amount on your lower eyelashes before the Lash Exact dries.

This is my go-to daily mascara. Somedays I just apply this and a swipe of lip product and run out of the house. Lots of reviewers commented on the brush, I really liked it!! It has plastic bristles which seem strange at first, but really help to avoid spider eyes! I have repurchased this once before and plan on buying it again in 3 months.

This did nothing for me. Much like all of CG's other new mascaras. I haven't found a usable one among them. It barely adheres to my lashes and does nothing for them. I minds well not even wear mascara with this stuff. Don't buy.

I like this mascara, but I'm not in love with it.
I got this in black/brown instead of my normal black or, very black. Anythings better than my blond lashes that you can't see.
I wanted a more natural looking mascara when I'm not doing super heavy crazy eye makeup. And, This does exactly that. I'm very pleased with it. Not my favorite everyday mascara, but I know I will repurchase.

I like this mascara, but don't love.

It does NOT clump, holds a curl pretty well, and lengthens too.

Just not a HG mascara though :D

I'm a big fan of newer rubbery type mascara applicators, and this mascara is one of my favorites. It's great at separating, and for using on lower lashes. I use this underneath Lash Blast or use multiple coats of it by itself for a quick natural look.

Not my favorite mascara, but not too bad either. Claims to lengthen and thicken, but I didn't find it to be anymore then a basic mascara. When it says "lash exact", it means it. I love that this product doesn't irritate my eyes at all as some other mascaras do, but I was hoping for a little more to enhance my lashes

This is my favorite mascara to use on the bottom lashes. It doesn't flake and make my bottoms look really long. It def. a not thrills thus no volume, but it's practical and if you aren't into bold falsies lashes this may be for you on your top lashes. The brush is really cool its very wiggly. It is not too bulky and its gets into all your lashes.

I don't really have a problem with this product, and I think it's pretty decent. I like the applicator/wand- it's not too large like Lash Blast. I think it's really difficult to remove though.

If you can't already tell from my reviews, I like to try different mascaras. This one was the first I have tried with the plastic bristles. I managed to get a duo pack on sale for $7 so it was pretty cheap. As silly as it sounds, I love the tube mostly because of it's color and it's lightweight, I sometimes do throw mascara into my makeup bag in my purse so the lighter the better. Anyway, I digress. Overall it's a decent mascara but it is definitely not my favorite nor my HG. It gives some length and some volume, just average on both. I like a little more dramatic look but for every day, all day mascara this would be a god one. No flaking and no clumps which I love! The most important thing though was there has been no smuding. I'm now on the second tube and I even if I put it on my bottom lashes I don't get smuding which has been a big problem with other mascaras in the past. For the price it's worth it for what it does. Still haven't found my HG mascara but this one would be a repurchase while I'm waiting.

This doesn't do much to my lashes (good or bad). It does slightly lengthen, separate, and doesn't clump. However, it doesn't thicken AT ALL, and my lashes look practically the same with or without it. It also doesn't hold a curl too well, and it's too natural for my taste. Would not repurchase.

Note: this is for the waterproof version! I feel exactly the way the reviewer below me does. I will add that Cover Girl mascaras never irritate my eyes, not in the least, even after all day wear. Most other brands seem to, like L'Oreal. My old HG was CG Super Thick Lash but I like this even better. It does everything I want it to. It holds a bit of a curl. It separates -beautifully-. It darkens nicely, and adds a bit of length. This makes my eyes look so pretty even without eyeliner. Mascara used to be optional but I like the effect of this so much it no longer is. I tend to use the brown-black when I wear eyeliner with it, and the blackest black when I wear mascara only on my eyes.

Edit: I have now went swimming with this stuff on (underwater included) & it does not come off! I use an oil based makeup remover to take it off.

Mascara was something I used to take for granted--I never bought the same mascara twice before this one--I was always looking for something better. I'm convinced there isn't anything better.

It isn't volumizing, but I have plenty of lashes, so I really only need definition. This brush combined with this formula provides that, with no clumping. The formula also allows you to work with it, so that you can get all of your lashes coated from base to tip without flaking.

I quite liked this, it gave decent length and a little bit of volume and the sleek purple tube was pretty cute. It was also fairly easy to remove.

Saying that, it is one of the nicer mascaras I've used however I've barely used it. I like it but don't love it, I'm not even sure quite why, I guess it's because it never seemed outstanding to me. I do recommend it though because it is good and you may very well love it.
In my eyes it is a good product but to me just doesn't make it to the line of great.

Normally I don't really like rubber bristle brushes but in this case it does the job effectively.

If you prefer long, curly lashes to short, stubby, jet-black logs (can you guess that I'm not a volumizing mascara fan?), this mascara is totally worth it......just to get the brush.

I'm not crazy about the formula, it makes my lashes somewhat long and fairly curly, but not as dramatic as I would like. It also became drier and harder to work with as the months went on. But it was very easy to apply, eliminating the need for brush-wiggling or combing, and separated my lashes very nicely.

So I bought the L'Oreal Telescopic Clean Definition, to try something similar, and wasn't crazy about it at first (read my review on that one too). Then I tried applying it with the LashExact brush, and it was wonderful - exactly the look I like.

Buy this mascara, just for the brush!
