For me, this is an ok e/s that looks grayish blue on me. I have had it for quite some time and never really used it. After the reviews here, i decided to give it another go, i am still not 100% bought on this on. Will not buy again.

Love this! A gorgeous gunmetal grey, looks beautiful on brown eyes! Great texture and consistency, I've never had a problem with it crumbling or flaking. It looks awesome with aquadisiac! One of my top fav MAC eyeshadows. I totally love the veluxe pearls.

Meh. I wish I loved this, I thought I would but I don’t...it’s too blue and really doesn’t do a thing for my olive eyes, color-wise, it reminds me a lot of the discontinued Graphito paint. I also can’t wear it alone, it has to be paired with another color (love it with Steamy or Tilt though)...looks great with blues and silvers. It’s a shimmery cool toned (leaning more towards the blue side) gunmetal gray. As others have said, capable of wearing for day or night looks. It’s part of the Veluxe Pearl collection, which I adore...shimmery and smooth to apply with lots of color pay off.

However, I don’t have much use for Knight Devine so it’s going back. I simply don’t have room or patience for products that I’m not in love with.

shows up on me as a very deep grey on the bluish side, very lovely for a more dramatic evening look.

This was the first MAC eyeshadow I ever purchased along with Carbon. The description says its a carbon black with silver/blue refects...but on me its more of a charcoal/deep ashy grey with silver/blue reflects. So it doesn't appear as dark as described (on my NC25 eyelids at least). Its gorgeous paired with blue or silver eyeshadows and its great for a smokey eye. Texture is phenomenal. I really want to give this 5 lippies, but I'm taking one off because I get creasing and fading after a few hours with this, even with UDPP. Its so strange, this is the only MAC shadow I own that I have lasting power issues with. *shrugs* However overall it is a wonderful shadow and I use it often!

Purchased this mac e/s right before black tied. It's a staple as I was in need of more dramatic shadows and shades to do this sort of smokey eye. Dark grey shade IMO but listed as carbon black w/ silver/blue reflects. It's the veluxe pearl finish. I find it very easy to work w/ and blend. Pleased w/ the purchase! For reference, I'm mac C3(studiofix powder), brown hair, hazel eyes.

I'm a warm-toned person with an unfortunate penchant for cool-toned eye make-up. Usually this makes for a tragic combination, but not with this eye shadow! It is a gorgeous medium gray with a tiny little bit of blue. I usually just use it on my lid right above my eyeliner. I never thought I could wear something with any blue in it without looking like a freak!

Very nice colour. Not too much or too little, just perfect.
What's with all the crumbling though?? Don't like seing it all over my cheekbones.

Knight divine is sooo gorgeous! It's the perfect shimmery gray. I wore it for new years and matched it with a shimmery white eye shadow, 'Filament' and it went together so well. I use knight divine quite often now because I like dark eyes and this is the perfect shadow to create smoky eyes. It blends well and just a little bit is enough to create depth. love it!

Nice...I always thought it would be too dark for me (light complexion, blond hair, blue/green eyes), but no...it's perfect for those dark smokey eyes! Actually, it brings out the blue in my eyes, and it makes them look very light, which is something I really like.
I pair it with a shimmery offwhite or light pink e/s from L'Oreal, and only use it in the crease and outer corner, then add MAC Fluidline in Black Track and my fav mascara ATM (Lash Blast WP in Very Black), and...perfect! I don't think I could use it all over the lid, as it would be too dark for me.
I use Artdeco e/s base underneath, and it doesn't budge.
I like the texture - easy to grab with the brush, and very blendable.
This and Moth Brown are my HGs right now...

Knight Divine is a smoky bluish grey that makes a great smoky eye look. It makes a decent liner and goes great with Silversmith to make beautiful bluish silver smokey eyes!

I have warm brown-colored eyes and this eyeshadow looks great. It is a true medium, silver-gray---a color that I have been in search of for a long time. Perfect for all shades of brown eyes (and probably blue eyes too!).

I really like this e/s. The color is dark enough for a nice smokey eye but not too dark so you can also wear it during the day. I think it really complements my brown/green eyes.
The only thing I hate about it, is that it creases terribly... I guess I'll have to keep searching for the perfect eye shadow base!
*UPDATE*: I swapped this e/s because the creasing was just too bad and I also found it hard to apply. I *love* the pigments though, but MAC e/s's are not for me.

This is just lovely! I had been wanting to buy this for a while....I'm so happy I finally did. I was in need of a nice dark grey to use for a smokey eye and this really fits the bill. I love the texture, it is soooo smooth!
It's very versatile but so far my favorite way to use it is all over my lids, then buffed in heavily on my outer lids, then I lightly dust Green Brown pigment over it. This creates such a cool, different looking smokey eye.
It's by far my favorite grey e/s ever!

just saw this one at the MAC counter today, its a beautiful grey shade with considerably less blueish tones than the majority of the grey shadows MAC sells. its very very pretty, would be great for a contemporary twist on a classic smokey eye. i love smokey eyes with shimmery colors.
