Smells divine and leaves my skin feeling exfoliated but not dried out. A nice, gentle scrub.

Rather dissapointed with this product. I was sucked in at the store because the SA did a demo of the scrub and cream on my hands.. and it looked good at the time. Got home - and this is such an impractical scrub to use!! For one, the kar is an airtight clamp contraption.. and the scrub itself is practically solid. At the store - they have wooden spatulas, but my bathroom isn;t exactly a display area.. so the spatula isn't too practical for me. Granted this is a great for dry skin - as it doesn't dry it out any further but I really don't think it exfoliates much. The scent is unique and pleasant... but overall - it was too much to pay for a rather average and impractical product.

Definitely not a bathing pleasure during the scrubing as it feels too rough against my skin. Anyway, after use, my skin feels really smooth, soft and moisturisered. But I still
recommend applying lots of body cream after use to prevent dryness later on. To

I have repurchase this product at least three times now if this gives you any idea how I feel about it. I get these nasty little bumps on the tops of my arms and this is the ONLY thing I have ever found that makes a difference. Not to mention that it is fantastic for feet, elbows, legs etc. I really can't say enough good things about it. Like many other reviewers, I'm not a big BS fan, but I'll keep coming back as long as they have this scrub around!

After reading the reviews here, i decided to give it a try. It really feels great, much smoother skin and some scars marks lighten a little right after the first use. And the light buttery smell makes me feel sexier. Fit my expectation perfectly. The next day, i went around recommending it to all my friends. A little expensive though.
But when used it the second time round this week, somehow it doesn't feel as good as before. Don't know whether it's just my imagination or anyone of you out there experiencing this?

I almost love this scrub. It comes in a fairly large faux-glass mason jar (with a latch that has a tendency to rust but otherwise seals well). The salt grains are effective but not harsh, and the shea butter base is very moisturing. It's great on my legs, but unfortunately I can't use it on my breakout-prone back.

this really works! my skin really feels lots smoother immediately after using this, but without feeling irritated. my bf's in love with this product thanks to how it makes my skin feel... :P however, it is a tad pricey (in sg) and the packaging sucks! the metal gets all rusty and it's near impossible to close when your hands are all wet and soapy, unless you have superhuman strength or something.

One of my staples!! My friend urged me to give it a try and I fall in love with this wonderful product after I first time use!! You can feel your skin texture is instantly improved after you rob gently and rise it off with lukewarm water ( I actually done this experiment on my dad's hand--damn! it works!!)You REALLY, REALLY have to give it try. Note:
my mom said it is even works better after having a sauna.

I really hate it when the metal on the glass tub gets rusty! anyhow, its my fave body scrub coz of the lovely smell and texture. the grains are not too tough on the skin and this scrub also has moisturizing properties...and again, i love the smell as it lingers on for sometime after the shower! yummy!!

I have tried Origins's salt scrub, and a few other variations on the salt/sugar scrub and this product, is, by far, the best. The shea butter is what makes the difference. The shea butter provides a much more penetrating and healing moisturizing following the salt exfoliation. I get my exfoliating gloves on, and scoop out some of this and rub on in the shower. Result: magically soft, smooth moisturized skin. Fabulous before shaving your underarms or legs. I use this about once a week. I'm really going to have to rethink my previous snark about The Body Shop because as long as they keep this line going, (which they probably will because I understand it's a good seller,) then I'll still be a Body Shop Customer. One problem: if ONLY it were in a plastic tub that's safer for the shower and lighter too! Still - I love this product and recommend it over EVERY other salt or sugar scrub product out there.
