Over all it's okay. I like their bras as they don't fall apart as easily, fit well, and look nice. I like the 5 for $25 underwear and the do have sales too. I just wish that when they had sales that they'd include the newer brands. Those are the positive things I have to say.
The negatives include rude sales women and the likes. I'm not a rich woman. I don't try to dress like one but I don't *look* like I'm dirt poor either. I look normal. Yet I get treated like dirt when I enter specialty stores like VS. Thus I tend to avoid them unless I really need something. Another complaint was that I was looking for something specifically and got told it was "on that counter" (the associate pointed toward the counter). That was after telling the associate that I couldn't find it on the counter. I called the store and complained. While the manager apologized, I truly didn't feel like she cared.

Generally, I have to say that VS employees are the WORST trained employees out there. They care too much about making a sale, and not enough about getting a customer into a proper fit. I have been into five different stores in the last month, and all the "recommendations" i received were completely contradictory of each other and their website. Two different "fit specialists" told me it was okay for your band to "ride up" in the back. WHAT?! NO, its not okay ladies. 80% of your support comes from the band, if its riding up, its too loose. When the back goes up, the front goes down. I prefer not to sag, thanks.
It even says that on their website! Good thing I have been to Intimacy (where you will get the best fit ever).
The stores rarely carry any sizes larger than a D-cup, or anything smaller than a 34 band (or bigger than a 38). Really? Women come in many more sizes than that VS!
They also spray their fragrances in the changing rooms every so often, without warning. As a fragrance sensitive person, this was a bad surprise. Thanks for the headache.
On a positive note, their cotton underwear is nice. Good fit, lasts for quite a while, especially if you air-dry instead of machine-dry. The sizes do shift a bit, depending on the cut. The "hiphugger" style runs a little smaller, so you may want to go up a size. (the staff was no help with questions about size or cut, but did point out that I should buy 5 pairs...).
Wish they would carry more sizes, and train their staff better! But at least the underwear is comfortable. Oh, and I do agree with another reviewer that their hoodies and sweats are COMPLETELY over-priced. Total rip off.

I love Victoria's Secret. I buy bras underwear and lotions there. I don't buy much anywhere else. I love the cheeky underwear and the very sexy bras. I just started buying lip gloss there too and it is so worth it. I like their sweats and shirts. I could shop there all the time.

I am a huge fan of Victoria's Secret. I love their bras, panties, perfumes, body sprays, and lotions, and clothing. I am not a huge fan of their makeup but I'll occasionally try out an item, like their Beauty Rush Indiglo mascara.
First, their bras. I've never worn any other bra that's made my breasts look fuller, sexier, and perkier than VS. They have a ton of styles and colors to choose from to suit every taste and whim. My favorite brand is the Dream Angels line but that's a whole separate review altogether...Yes, their bras are rather overpriced ($45-$48 for a bra?!!) but each bra has a lot to offer in terms of comfort, style, color, push-up or lift, support, and how it makes your breasts look. I usually don't buy some of the more expensive bras full-price unless I at least have a $10 off coupon--or I wait for the clearance and semi-annual sales to stock up.
Their panties are another addiction of mine (that I'm trying to curb, lol). They have so many cute, fun styles, colors, prints and patterns to choose from, it's hard to resist them. I especially adore their Sexy Little Things line of panties. They're equal parts sexy, naughty, and sweet.
I also really, really like their perfumes. I have Dream Angels Heavenly, Body by Victoria, Heavenly Flowers, Live Pink Sheer Fragrance Mist, a few of their Beauty Rush body mists, and a couple of their perfume sampler variety packs. I also own some of their body lotions. My current favorite is Secret Crush, which is just floral enough for my taste, but not so much as to be overwhelming to the nose. I really like their perfumes because they tend to be sexy/sweet, innocent/bold and some have really nice floral scents. There are some VS scents that are awful too, though.
I also really like their clothing...although I'll be the first to admit that their sizes can be a little off. I usually order a large in all the tops and sweaters I buy b/c their sizing tends to run tight. If you're not careful, you can end up buying a top that is too tight and that you'll never end up wearing. Their clothing can be pretty overpriced before the sales and clearances, which is kind of annoying, especially combined with their high shipping fees. VS clothing can be pretty expensive and although it's nice stuff, I don't think it's quite worth all THAT. But they do have a nice selection of tees, cute fitted and knit tops, cozy sweaters, etc. in an array of gorgeous colors. It's too bad they don't sell VS in stores. :( That way you can try it on first and see how they look on you.
I especially like their printed pajamas which they sell every year at X-mas time. But again, before sales and clearances, the price is ridiculously expensive.
All in all, I love VS and am always excited when a new season rolls around and they have new stuff on their website and in their stores for me to ogle over. I just wish it was more affordable.

I love Victoria's Secret for their perfumes/body sprays/lotions/ect. They smell good and always last a long time, and are pretty cheap. The lotions are very moisturizing.
The clothing is cute, but some of it, especially clothing in the PINK line, can be very overpriced. $40-$60 for a hoodie or sweatpants? I don't think so.

I usually don't invest so much money in their panties or bras..I buy those anywhere. Walmart and Target brands are nice enough. If I want anything "sexy", I simply go to my local lingerie/toy shop store anyway..lol.
As for their pants...I never ordered jeans from VS, but as far as their Marisa Fit line, I'm very pleased. I'm in love with their cargo pants, and their beach/lounge pants. They fit great. I'm about 5'4", so if you are shorter then me, then you may want to order them with a 32 or 30" seam.
Their quality in lounge pants are outstanding. Their summer dresses tend to me a bit big, so I usually order a size Small.
Their tanks and shirts are good quality to me, and their tanks fit very nice as well.
I order shoes from them all the time, and I'm very pleased with those as well.
I always order perfume from theirs off ebay, or their actual store at the mall since ordering online for their makeup/perfume is a waste. But overall, I LOVE their cargo pants and lounge pants. Love their sweaters too.
I have their new sexy wrap and love it! Maybe their quality just got updated because I've never had any issues with their lounge pants or shirts being of poor quality (although you can find simple Tanks with good quality at Target). lol
They do charge way too much for their bras I must admit. Again, I just shop at my local toyshop store for anything "sexy".
I just love their clothes though. :)

Our VS store here only carries underwear and some makeup and scents so I buy VS clothes online all the time! I've never ordered any pants or jeans because I'm so hard to fit there (I'm 5'1" with a small waist and bountiful booty lol) so I always have to try my jeans on. I range anywhere from a 2 to a 4 and sometimes 5 just depending on the brand. However I've ordered several shirts and dresses online. I've never been disappointed in the quality. Depending on the style, I order an XS or S and they usually fit great. If I'm unsure, I just order both sizes and send the one back that don't fit. I've never had a problem with doing that. The only thing is, I think shipping is a bit slower than some other places I've ordered from and a few times things have been backordered. And occasionally their dresses are a bit overpriced. But if you wait, they'll go on sale or have a coupon.
I don't really wear their underwear, I think they are overpriced. I usually buy my underwear at Marshalls or TJ Maxx. But bras...oh yes VS cotton are the only bras I wear. I'm hard to fit there as well. I'm a 34 D and that's a very hard size to find. I love the comfort of the cotton bras and I get the LIGHTLY padded ones so I don't look like I'm constantly cold ;o)
Scents: I used to be a loyal fan of Secret Crush, which they discontinued. I haven't really found anything else I like there enough to purchase since.
Make-up: Read my reviews, I'm a huge fan of the BR lipglosses! But the one mascara I tried was horrible...so I haven't really tried anything else from there.
Overall, I love VS!

Ok...I'm reviewing all the clothes I recently purchased, and I am surprised at most of the negative reviews. My order was nice, all the clothes fit perfect, and they didn't feel cheap at all.
What I bought:
Ribbed v-neck tee dress
b49-sweet orange -L (im a meduim size 8-10, I am about 5'3" and weight 125 lbs). I am small B cup size, and, and have HIPS, short torso, and proportioned (I work out a LOT with weights, So I'm athletic build-but curvy too).
This dress I bought in Gray and orange. First off, it was not cheap looking. The dress is cotton feel, but I DO recommend not buying this in L if you have the same body type as I do..maybe a M so it shrinks to a size small. The only issue I had with this dress is I wish it was a tad bit shorter. But luckily i know how to sew and will hem it to show off more of my sexy thighs. However, this dress is pretty true to it's size. :) Love it.
Linen pull-on short
b11-sandcastle -Fit me PERFECT. I ordered a size Medium, and it fits me JUST like it shows on the model online (again, I am NOT skinny like the models, and not even a size 2 or 4. And it still fit. ) These also feel soft..nice quality cotton. ;)
Bow-tie babydoll Bra Top
h18-candy pink/white --LOVE this babydoll shirt!! The cotton is very slinky and soft--not cheap made at all. I bought this in pink/white. Sexy and fits me to a T.
Crinkle plaid shirt
30r-blue plaid --This looks on me EXACTLY how it did on the model. I bought a size L--because it is 100% cotton and anytime I know something will shrink to once size smaller, I get it in one size bigger. This is just nice!!! Buy one!! It's not too baggy at all. And the crinkle Shirt is so nice--buttoned or unbuttoned. Very nice quality.
The Marisa Fit belted cargo pa
c28-pavement ---FITS ME PERFECTLY!! LOOKS EXACTLY as it does on me like the models (again--I'm not super tiny like these models..) BUT--I did order the inseam to the longest 34"---therefore, they are LONG..but I can hem the bottom myself. Cute, and very very nice quality. THESE ARE WORTH IT!
The Beach Pant in linen
d88-chocolate --The Beach pant fits me perfectly AGAIN!! :) LOVE LOVE THESE!! They weren't too baggy..again because I'm on the shorter side, I did order the 34" seam...because I read reviews on how too "short" their pants seem to be. This one is SO worth it as well. And nice quality feel cotton linen.
Double-layer Bra Top dress
c46-beach blue/key lime --Ok..this dress I ordered in a M, and it is TRUE TO SIZE! SO CUTE!! It is shorter (above knee) , and Love it!! I'm going to shrink it a little because again, I like my summer dresses to hit my middle thigh. :) But these are worth the price. Just as I expected. :)
The Marisa Fit crop cargo pant
099-camo---OMG! LOVE these pants!!! They (again) fit me to a T!!! LOVE IT!! I bought it in a size 10 (med)..now again, I can shrink them..but don't need to with these pants (unless I lose more weight and will because right now I'm doing extra cardio and getting into my bikini shape for the summer). But the sizes are true, cotton feel is NICE..maybe it's the Marisa Fit?
I never order jeans from their website, because with Jeans, it's very hard to tell how they fit..something about jeans..lol...they have to be tried on for me...I'm VERY picky with buying jeans like most ppl are. ;)
But speaking for the cargo pants, beach pants, and tanks..they fit me to a T. Not sure why anyone else had a bad experience. Maybe they upgraded their quality? Because everything came packaged really well...very nice.
I ordered their Sexual Blush perfume, and it burst on it's way here..:( But I could tell from the way it smelled..it smelled too much like Pink Sugar perfume), so I don't mind...I already own Pink sugar), so I will just exchange it for something else. ;)
Now their customer service was excellent to me!! And shipping came MUCH sooner then when I put in my order..came 2 days EARLIER. So I have no issues with them at all. :) I do own a Angel Card--maybe that's why?
I also ordered their Scetchers Tone Ups Flip Flop--LOVE these!!!! And they gave me the exact size I ordered!!
I also ordered these shoes from Colin Stuart:
093-black /White---THESE ARE DARLING! NICE and was on sale for only $12.50 each!! Gave me the exact size I ordered..no complaints at ALL.
I also ordered these shoes from Colin Stuart:
Toe ring thong
I got one pair in black and one pair in brown-SO CUTE! It took about 1 hour to break in the little toe hole (my feet are not huge..size 7, and thin and long..lol..but something about the toe hole at first..but then they were super comfy and easy to wear)--and much taller then your average flip flop wedged sandal. ;) LIKE!!
I also ordered 2 scoopneck tanks--one in the color "mulberry"--in the catalog the color DOES tend to be off with this color--it looks like a purple blue color..but when it came in the mail--it was basically a nice purple color. Not a big deal--but this fits me PERFECT. I like my tanks to be a bit long (past my waist and down about my hips to elongate my torso a bit)--and OMG--LOVE IT!!
I also ordered the Crochet flyaway cardigan sweat
092-white ---the only sad thing is it's back ordered until July 7th..but anyhow...omg--can't WAIT to get that one!!! I hope they re-list them again because THOSE were selling FAST!! MAN!! I can't review that one yet..
BUT...overall, my order was PERFECT..NOTHING was damgaged--except the Sexual Blush perfume..but for now I'll just buy their perfume at the mall instead of ordering online..(fear of bursting like mine did in the mail).. their customer service was SUPERB, shipping was FAST and EVERYTHING I ordered was JUST as I ordered. :)
The pants--cargo, and beach pant are SUPERB quality, soft, and looks expensive NO way in heck do I feel their clothes are cheaply made (maybe because I don't often shop at expensive stores..
I uploaded the exact clothes I bought.

I LOVE Victoria's Secret. They have great beauty products (their lip glosses & eyeliners are my fave) and lovely perfumes. They also carry super cute clothing online & sometimes in stores. Victoria's Secret always has great customer service & great prices for the quality.
Age: 36-43 Skin: Acne-prone, Fair Hair: Brown Eyes: Other
I've been a loyal customer for years, buying panties from VS only. I always get a coupon for a free pair plus a $10 off coupon and always use it on their panties because they fit great and last forever.
UNFORTUNATELY, they've recently changed the cut of their undies and they're horrible!!! I even went up a size in hopes that they would work but even they are unbearable. I was so disappointed. They were so pretty and I can't stand to put them on because they're so uncomfortable.
What a waste of money. Why fix what isn't broken???
Age: 30-35 Skin: Sensitive, Fair, Warm Hair: Blond, Fine Eyes: Blue
Some of their higher priced items are really nice and I didn't regret buying those. I got a really beautiful pure silk robe and a couple of lace cami tops that I liked. The makeup was all super disappointing overpriced silly rubbish. The rest of the underwear and clothing I thought was are overpriced poor quality too. If you take the time to check things over theres some ok things but I wouldn't bother wasting my time.
Age: 25-29 Skin: Oily, Tan Hair: Brunette Eyes: Brown
Maybe it's just me...I make good money, but I tend to hardly ever indulge in nice catalog clothes/shoes.
Their perfume--I'm addicted--especilaly to the Cashmere Vanilla Jasmine..smells like a soft icecream cone and lasts aLL day!
Supermodel--my other fav..simply beautiful and sweet. Also lasts all day.
I love their clothes. So far, I ordered to "tank v-dresses" (summer dresses) and tho it states "100% cotton)..this cotton is NOT the same as you get in Walmart or Target..this is nice high quality. I slipped it on, and it fits pretty good--I ordered a size Large--ONLY because if I eve order anything that is 100% cotton, then when it shrinks--it tends to be TOO small. (I have an hour glass figure). and hips even tho I work out a ton..lol..and I buy them one size larger just so i can shrink it anyways. Now that it shrunk, it is a perfect size Medium----even tho it's TAD bit "roomy"..I like my dresses to give me room because then if they are too small or tight, my body actually looks "fatter" then i really am. I'm 5'4" and about 120 lbs. I work out a lot with weights, so again, I'm atheletic (with HIPS), and this dress is PERFECT.
Maybe recently they started updating how their quality is actually being made? Since I got my order yesterday? Maybe they started just doing better quality sewing,,lol..who knows..everytime I've ordered clothes from them they always look nice, and fit nice. However, again, I never hardly ever order from their website..I order everything on ebay. ;)
Their Colon Stuert wedges are nice. I can't tell knock offs from who, because again, I'm used to buying cheaper items.(with the exception of Sketchers for my basic running/lounging shoes), and evrything else, from Ross, ebay, walmart, or Target.
Perhaps those who are used to getting VERY VERY high quality clothes from Macy's Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, etc..may have issues with VS..but those who do shop cheap most of the time, may find their clothes arn't bad at all (although not saying anyone is wrong for bad ratings..but again, maybe they got better with Customer service recently and how things are done).
With ordering..shipping was a bit pricey.but I found that 7.00 was part of my tax order. And I got all my stuff delivered to me--just 3 days after ordering it online--and I even paid for "basic shipping"..which was $5.99
I believe I got a good deal (maybe it's just me?)..LOL
I ordered Colin Stueart Wedges (brown and black) with the toe holes..and I really like them. They don't look cheap..and actually were on sale for $12.50 a pair..;) So I would invest in these anyhow. I got them in brown and black.
ALL sizes came to me just as ordered. Nothing at all was damaged, torn, and the summer t-dress was slinky and soft..very nice cotton..and not cheap like Walmart--that's for sure..lol..but other than that...I look forward to shopping with them soon..just got approved for a credit card with them (never got one from their store before because I never shop there enough). But I am very pleased with my order, and the clothing and shoes. :)

I love victoria's secret overall. The bras fit great, the PINK line of hoodies, sweatpants, shorts, and underwear are awsome, the perfumes smell sweet and innocent, and the packaging of everything is SUPER CUTE! I am pretty much obsessed with everything VS and i will definitely continue to shop there. Now onto the VS website.... as long as you are purchasing anything that they also sell in stores you will be fine (lounge wear, perfumes, underwear, bras...) but if you decide to order some clothes that are only available from the VS website you may be disappointed. I'm not sure why but the regular clothes just fit kind of weird. And also to mention it the makeup sucks as well as far as i can tell, i have only tried a couple things but that was enough to deter me from trying anything else. The lipglosses are okay they taste yummy but the eyeshadows i tried were chalky and appeared to be cheaply made. But besides the makeup and the clothes from the website, i would definitely recommend making a trip to VS for the Loungewear, perfumes, bras and underwear. After trying on all of their PINK things you will leave feeling SUPER CUTE and i am confident you will return! :)

I actually used to work at VSS as an undergraduate, which helped me sort of learn about the store (before then I went there once by chance and bought like one bra because it was so expensive).
I enjoyed working there, and I learned about how important underwear was for a good look, so I did buy a lot while I worked there. I do agree with many here that their clothes can be for those with "supermodel bodies" a lot of the time, so I almost never ordered from the catalogue (until I arrived in a city that didn't have a Victoria's Secret).
Clothing-wise, there is one shirt that I really like (chiffon-style), but I haven't ordered much from VSS, because it is expensive and sometimes look better on picture than in real life.
I really do like their underwear and bras though (not PINK).
I just got my first intimissimi bra from them via catalogue, and the clasp in the back is really fascinating! It was $14.99, so I made the investment (I got a bra from target for $10.99, so the prices were relatively comparable), and I really do love this bra.
I don't enjoy a lot of the padded bras (because I really don't need help in that area), so I tend to go for Body, Cotton, Angel, or Very Sexy w/o Padding... but overall, most of my VSS bras last me a long time that even though it should only last 6 months, I have ones from couple of years ago that I still wear (but for the fact that I have gained weight).
I wouldn't recommend the clothes because you can't try them on before you buy them, but for bras and underwear, if you know VSS size, ordering them through the catalogue haven't been problematic for me.
Age: 25-29 Skin: Acne-prone, Fair Hair: Brunette Eyes: Blue
I'm a pretty big VS fan--- I buy their bras, lingerie, undies, clothes, and pjs. (However, I DO NOT buy their perfumes which all smell like a french wh*rehouse to me, yuck!) Granted, their clothes are a bit hit or miss, but when they hit they hit a homerun. I recently bought the most divine top from them to wear to my husband's company's Christmas party. It was layers of sheer beige silk ruffles and I paired it with a beige satin sash and peachy pearls and felt like the prettiest girl at the party thanks to my good friends at VS.^_^
You also can't beat their loungewear for comfort and cuteness. Right now I'm wearing the softest hooded sweatshirt ever and cashmere/cotton sweater-knit lounge pants, both from VS. I'm warm and cozy and best of all, I look pretty frickin adorable.
Like I said though, it's hit or miss, so take your time, peruse their extensive catalogue over a cup of green tea, and don't be afraid to return anything you don't like because they have a great return policy. I once bought a shirt from them many years ago and although I washed it according to its care tag, it still got stretched out in the wash. I complained to VS and they took it back no questions asked. In fact, if you look at their return form you will see that one of the reasons you can select for returning things is that they quality wasn't good enough. Now that's customer service.
Age: 25-29 Skin: Normal, Fair-Medium Hair: Blond, Straight, Fine Eyes: Green
If I could sum up VS in a single word, it would be, "overrated." Yeah, they have the hottest models on the planet, which must be where all my money goes when I buy a $50 bra that's only mediocre. I find that their clothing brand (MODA International, for example) is just cheap. The fabrics and/or construction are, in general, poor quality and almost always made is Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, or similar. The clothing does tend to be on the cutting-edge of fashion and you can find unique novelty clothing. I don't care for their cotton or cotton-stretch panties because they aren't as good as Hanes (in terms of lifespan). Their shoe selection (Colin Stuart, in particular) tends to be reasonably priced and ridiculously cute. Their bras, IMHO, aren't superior to any good-quality bra I've purchased at Target, JCPenney, or Dillard's.
And their shipping prices are too high for the speed of delivery.
Age: 19-24 Skin: Other Hair: Other Eyes: Other
The bras are good, but the clothes are awful. The clothes are cheaply made, and fall apart. And they are soooo overpriced for such poor quality!
Age: 19-24 Skin: Dry, Fair Hair: Brunette Eyes: Green
Not a fan! When I was getting ready for my wedding in 2008, I went into VS to pick up a bustier to wear with my strapless dress. I wear a 38C which I don't think falls out of the common range. The associate told me they don't make bustiers "that big" and she gave me a 36B to try on. Needless to say, it didn't fit. I went to JC Penney and immediately found a bustier in the right size.
Other than that experience, I think all VS fragrances smell tacky and cheap. Like, sickeningly sweet or cloying and foody. The men's are okay, but you can do much better; same with their makeup. The whole store, to me, is a joke, and everything is so overpriced.
Age: 19-24 Skin: Combination, Fair Hair: Brown Eyes: Other
Love VS! I've been very happy with the majority of items I've purchased here. It's hard to find my bra size in some brands, but VS always has it. With good care, all of my undergarments last a good amount of time here. Some of the items are on the pricey side, but I look out for coupons I receive in the mail or via e-mail. I've been happy with the clothing items I've purchased, especially the yoga pants.
Age: 25-29 Skin: Normal, Medium, Neutral Hair: Blond, Wavy, Fine Eyes: Green
Overall, I think VS is a bit overpriced, but I still can't shop anywhere else. They're still the best when it comes to undergarments. I cannot same the same about the clothes. I've ordered clothes three times and they are made very cheaply and the sizes are not at all consistent. I gave a five since their signatured items are awesome. The mozaic bronzer/ blush in golden is the best blush I have ever tried. Love it!!!!
