Pleased. Mail-ordered this to Canada while mail-ordering some other Aussie whatnot off epharmacy.com.au, and it has worked its way into indispensability.
Apply at night = area is still moist in the morning, without exceptional greasiness. So for that alone, great for parched winter lips and skin. Also very soothing.
The smell -- which is not too overpowering -- is, to me, pleasant.
Smell and texture are both, I found, much much nicer than Arden 8 Hr, which is in comparison much more greasy and much more prone to disappearing instead of leaving things soft and moist.

I love this product, it's super moisturising on all dry areas of skin and is amazing on chapped lips. It doesn't taste or smell bad and the tube literally can last you a year!
My best friend bought me a few tubes back from a trip to Australia after me using hers when we were younger. I used to watch her squeeze what seemed like an empty tube for months and months and none of my friends quite believed their could possibly be anything left in there but since having my own I now realise how long this stuff lasts for!
I'd say it's a dupe for the Elizabeth Arden 8 hour cream but doesn't smell bad like that does or have the colouring, I believe it's a lot cheaper as well (like I said it was a gift, I haven't ever purchased it but I believe it is pretty cheap) and has all the great multi-purpose qualities of the 8 hour cream. If you can get your mitts on some then you'll be glad you did!

Wow this lip balm is blown my mind away. i thought nivea hydro care was the best lip balm ever but i was wrong. This is by far my most favorite lip product that I ever come across! It moisturizes my lips beyond my expectation. No yucky flaky dry lips in sight... i will repurchase it for the rest of my life! lol

Most useful thing ever. What I use it for.
- Cuticle Oil
- Lip Balm
- Scar Reducer
- Rough Skin Moisturizer
- Bite Relief.
And many more that I can't even remember right now. I just keep a tube in my handbag and use it for whatever comes to mind.

This stuff is amazing. Initially I bought it to combat dry lips during winter, but then I started applying it to scars and blemishes on my face. It really helped quicken the healing process of pimples and dry/ flaky skin. I had an incredibly sore and inflamed pimple 2 days ago, and now it has completely disappeared. I just rub the ointment into problem areas before I go to bed, and next morning my skin will feel baby soft and clear.
Also great for dry cuticles, eyelids for extra sheen, eyelashes and flyaway hairs.

I've owned a huge tub of this for so long that the text has worn off the packaging! One of my lifetime beauty staples, I will always reach for this stuff because it feels so nice on my lips.
Looks good on its own or under lipstick.
If I feel like being lazy I'll just put on some foundation, a touch of blush, mascara and a bit of this.

If I could only use one beauty product for the rest of my life. This is it. Before using this, my lips were horribly dry/cracked and would always be peeling. I tried everything; chapstick, blistex, carmex, vaseline etc etc but nothing did a good job. This stuff is magic. My lips are now super smooth and I haven't had any horrible lip disasters after using this. I also use it for my cuticles since its a pretty versatile product. I go through maybe 3 tubes a year? I have them everywhere around my house and in my car. Definite must have for me!!

The best lip balm ever. I use maybe two tubes a year, but one of the tubs can last you a year or longer! I get really dry lips during winter and this is the only balm that cures it. I wear it both during the day as a gloss, and overnight as a treatment to keep my lips soft. I also use it on my dry cuticles and it practically solves the problem overnight. The tube says that it can also be used on open wounds, which I thought was funny, until I accidentally cut myself when cooking.. it wasn't a deep cut but I saw it as an opportunity to test out the claims on the tube. The cut looked pretty gnarly but I put Lucas on it overnight and re-applied it over the next day, covering it with a bandaid. Anyway, long story short, I don't know if it's a miracle cure for cuts, but it did calm down the area and the cut healed up quite quickly. For the lips, it's a must-have.
Also, it worked wonders while my tattoo was healing! People say not to use too much of it due to the petroleum content, but I found that it kept the area (on my wrist/arm) moist, which was conducive to excellent healing. Thanks to Lucas, my tattoo looks perfect.

Amazing product. This has been my only lipbalm for the past 5 years. I get dry nails from nail polish removers so I used this for my nails instead of vaseline and it worked better than opi nail envy dry and brittle.

The best thing ever invented. Makes me even more proud to be Australian. I go through about 2 tubs (75G tubs that is) a year, I have one at home and one for my bag. If I had to choose one product to take with me somewhere, it would be this or my Olay Moisturiser.
I use it for my lips, burns, chafes, pretty much anything that hurts lol. It doesn't dry my lips like VASELINE does and I love that it uses almost all natural ingredients. It's really great for ingrown hairs too I might add, soothes like nothing else. I LOVE THIS PRODUCT TO DEATH!!! :D

Amazing stuff. Moisturising and protective.
I mainly use it for lip balm, but it is multi purpose.
For example - it prevents chaffing. I work with amputees and it stops the chaffing on their stumps, and for me it stops the inner thigh chaffing when wearing skirts in summer.
Although it contains petroleum jelly (AKA: vaseline), it is not drying on my lips (this is a very common problem with a lot of other lip balms that contain petroleum products).
Ingredients: Fermented Fresh PawPaw Fruit, Rhus Succedanea Wax, Glycerine, Petrolatum (AKA: petroleum jelly or vaseline), Canola Oil, Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Beeswax, Corn Starch, Potassium Sorbate (0.1 mg/g - preservative).

If I was stranded on a deserted island and I could only have 3 beauty items with me, this would definitely be one of them.
I use this for EVERYTHING! Primarily, I use it as a lip balm and, as a result, my lips are soft and hydrated. I also use it on rashes, mosquito bites, cuts, blisters, and on anything that might scar. It was recently recommended to me to use on my face at night before bed (kind of like as a night cream, I guess?), and I intend to give this a go.
I love that it is natural - some people suspect it is petroleum-based but I've found no proof for this?! So far I've found only that it is made completely of fermented paw paw, but I'll keep looking into it.
I have and will continue to repurchase. It's with me at all times!

This product is OKAY as a lipbalm.
It actually makes my lips feel a bit dry while it's on, which is kinda weird, but when it absorbs my lips feel pretty soft, so I usually just put a pretty thick layer on at night and in the morning they're pretty soft and smooth.
Some of my favourite uses of this product are;
* while watching TV or on the computer I'll use a cotton bud and smear lots of it onto my nails, cuticles and surrounding skin and just let it for 15 - 30 minutes or however long I can stand it. Then I'll massage it into my nails, cuticles and skin. I've found I prefer to do this than use oil. By moisturising the nails they are less brittle so when they bend they don't snap. My cuticles are softer and look neater. The skin surrounding the nails is moisturised (I have a bad habit of biting off dry skin, making myself bleed!).
* rubbing the product onto my dry elbows, ankles/heels.
* putting a little bit on a popped pimple. I find it makes the redness go away faster.
* putting a little bit on mozzy bites, burns, grazes and cuts.
I wouldn't really classify this as a miracle product or anything but it definetely is handy, and it's cheap and lasts a long time too.
>>> Many people don't realize but Lucas' Papaw ointment actually has petroleum jelly (vaseline) in it. So if you don't like vaseline you probably won't like this.
Also the smell of the product is a bit weird, but when you apply it you can't really smell it anyway...
I always buy the tube as I think it is more hygienic,
however I always have trouble removing the seal and always end up just cutting it off!

I LOVE this. It's so versatile, not only just for chapped lips which many people use this for. It works wonders on sore chapped lips especially in winter and strong wind. It has a thick texture, somewhat similar to that of vaseline, but not as greasy. It has a mild fruit-like scent and no taste. Not only can you use this for chapped lips, but it does a great job if you have dry hands, cuts, grazes or scratches on your skin. It's great for applying around cuticles to soften them. According to the product, it can also be used for burns, chafing, rashes and insect bites too. Product comes in two forms. A small tube which makes it hygenic and easy to squeeze the product out and also a small tub for those you go through it super quick... like me! I think the product is only avaliable in NZ and AUS, so next time a friend goes over there, ask them to bring you back some of this stuff because it's really worth it!!

This stuff is amazing and I have been using it since I was a kid (about 25 years). It is great for absolutely everything. I use it everyday as a lip balm and on elbows and other extremely dry areas at night (great as a treatment for cuticles and dry hands before you go to bed). Works like a treat on insect bites or itchy dry rashes. Don't know if you can get it outside of Australia but I go through buckets of this every year and it is so cheap.

This tube is so convenient to carry around, it's a perfect travel size. I love this for my lips, and I also use it on my eczema on my hands and around my mouth.
While it hasn't particularly worked on clearing up the eczema around my mouth, it's done a good job of keeping my lips chap-free.
Knocked off a lippie coz it's very greasy on my hands, and hasn't worked well on the skin around my mouth.
I will still definitely keep repurchasing though, coz it is an amazing lip balm.

I have tubes of this stuff everywhere. For $3 a tube you can afford to stock up and leave them around so you always have it on hand. I keep it in my bag, bathroom and bedroom. It's wonderful stuff and you can use it for anything. I use it on insect bites, itchy spots, dry/flaky skin, as a lip balm, on burns, etc etc. I've also used it to heal my tattoos and it's done a wonderful job!
I've seen it in stores for as much as $7, so I make sure whenever I buy from an online pharmacy to add a tube to my cart, usually they offer pretty good discounts and you can grab it for $3 or less. I personally wouldn't use a tub of the stuff as it's not very hygienic, especially given the kinds of things you apply it on.
