This is my fav toner even after trying a few products from Burt's Bees, Nutrogena, and Dove etc. It really does leave you that "fresh" clean feeling and removes makeup beautifully. I suggest using this in the morning to remove that tired look from under your eyes and cheeks.

I love this toner, could not ask for anything better. The price is great, it smells great and works great! I use it along with the Fresh cleansing gel and the Fresh hydrating cream. (Bought all three in a package deal)

I used this one a few years ago and they have changed the formula since. Pity, since it's now too harsh for my skin! It's not drying per se, but it irritates my skin making it want to produce excess oil and break out. NOT what I want from a toner. The old formula was great though and I think this one works well if your job puts extra stress on skin by pollutants (working in a resturant or similar) and you need something that will get your face extra clean.

I have the formula for normal/combo skin. The scent, like the rest of the line is devine; smells like a light, very fresh floral. There is little or no alcohol and this stuff just sweeps dead, dry skin off my face as if it was never there to begin with. I just wish this toner was sold as part of the Garnier skincare line in the U.S. I had to order this specially! So far, this looks like an HG status product for me, awesome stuff!

Reviews from MUA prompted me to try this product -- and like everyone else has said, it doesn't dry your face out, smells inoffensive, and tones your skin quite well. That being said, while it did seem to clean the face (and make it feel clean), it soon became pretty negligible in my routine because it wasn't as effective in keeping acne at bay, as I had hoped. For the price though, I'm sure people will be keen on buying this over the years.

I love this toner! :) It smells so nice. This is a really refreshing toner and I find it does pick up the residue from cleansing and gives my face a bit of moisture. Ordered 3 bottles!

I love this toner! After using it my skin feels very refreshed, the scent is really nice, and it doesn't dry my face out like some other toners do. I will definately be buying it again when I finish this bottle!

thanks mua reviewers for posting good review on this product, you gals prompted me to try it out myself. it smells so fresh and it is so gentle to my skin. fast-absorbing and preps for a good moisturizer to sink right in. bought it in canada just when i needed it. only thing that bothers me a little is that it squirts out too much at once. but, for the price, i shouldn't complain.

Good news for all people outside of Canada; I found this product here in Europe in a new design bottle with the same lable! I think Garnier has put the product out there again. I generally don't use toners but wanted to give this a try because of the reviews here. It's a lovely toner; it doesn't leave a film on your skin and doesn't dry it out either. Just like the name says; fresh.

I repurchased this 3 times already. There is a slight difference when I use this after cleansing than without. It is gentle, smells nice and cheap.
It's a staple product.

FOR THOSE INQUIRING, THIS PRODUCT IS ONLY BEING SOLD IN CANADA, but you can buy it online in the US. There are a few websites that will ship to the US, however the shipping cost can be outrageous!! A $7 bottle with $50 shipping... I dont think so!! BUT I did find it @ www.Well.ca a Canadian based drugstore. I ordered 4 bottles and was shipped to south Texas for $12. Not bad since it's so great!!! Also, if you have oily skin, I definitly recommend "Milk of Magnesia" to help deal with a shiny face. Thanks to MUA I NEVER NEVER NEVER leave home without it!!

So awesome! I bought it because it was on sale and the many good reviews here. This was my first toner since I never thought toners did much. But this really picks up what my cleanser leaves behind though I always thought my squeaky clean skin was really clean. Nice non-offensive smell and has never broke out my skin in the 2 months that I've been using it. So wonderful!

It works very well for my combination skin and I really enjoy the light scent. My skin feels well balanced and refreshed. The consistency is one of water, there is no residue or film. It sinks right in and I am ready to apply the moisturizer. I have not paid too much attention to toners before and used them on and off but after reading numerous research materials, it become clear that a good toner is a must in a daily routine to balance the ph of the skin. I found it here and it's a keeper. I strongly suggest it to anyone with oily/combination skin. I do not know where to find it in US so I ordered it from a Canadian online store.

After using a few toners that were very stripping and didn't seem to do anything for me, I didn't think that toners were a necessary part of my skincare regimen. However, the reviews here on this Garnier toner were so good, I had to try it, and I'm glad I did! The Fresh toner is so gentle, smells nice, and does a great job of keeping my skin nice and soft. I've actually seen an improvement in my skin -- it's more even (no more splotches), soft to the touch, and my pimples are all gone. I stopped using it for two weeks because I ran out, and my skin reverted back to its old ways. I'm now on my second bottle and will continue to buy again and again! It's so cheap too!
PS For the people who are wondering if this is discontinued...is it possible that it's not available in the US? I've noticed that almost all the reviewers for this are Canadian...

Is this stuff discontinued??? I've been to several stores and I cannot find ANY Garnier toner/astringent WHATSOVER. I really wanted to try it based on the reviews here :-( I don't even see it on the website so it makes me wonder....
