I hate the smell of these! Like it really bothers me. The only reason I use them is because I don't want to waste them. They do get rid of makeup so I guess if you don't care about the smell they'd be good fr you.

I use these to remove eye makeup. It removes it easily although I have to swipe a few times to remove all the mascara. I was using all over my face but it started making me break out, If I just use for my eye area it is fine. I do wish the package would stay closed for as long a the wipes last.

I normally use liquid remover (Sonia Kushka from Target) but needed something non-liquid for a 3 week vacation in Europe. After trying out other brands of towelettes, I find the Neutrogena ones are the best for the price.
These towelettes remove waterproof eyeliner and mascara without problem and did not sting my eyes. I'm sold.
The towelette is large enough to remove all your makeup and clean your face. Highly recommend for daily use and for travel. I purchased a 25 pack for about $3.80 on amazon.com subscription.

I use these to remove my face makeup in the evening and it gets rid of everything without being abrasive or stinging to my skin. I wear Estee Lauder Double Wear and Revlon Colorstay--albeit in the Normal/Dry version, not sure if the Combo/Oily would be more resistant--and these wipes remove both without a cinch.
30 in a pack for $5-7, depending on where I buy them. I also have their travel sizes, which contain 7 towelettes, to stick into my bag if I stay overnight somewhere else. Bought them at Target. Will buy again.

Unfortunately I can't use these, they are too strong or something. They make my eyes burn. I still give them a 5 because I know that it's just me and my face and eyes are very sensitive. These wipes WORK, I mean they take off everything and when they say waterproof eye make up they mean it! I had to switch to Pond's though, they are safer for sensitive skin like mine.

I would have rated these a solid five (really! They are a staple in my makeup bag and save my skin post lunch break workout, cleaning thoroughly without disturbing my eye makeup) -- however -- I don't know if (1) I wound up with a bad batch last time or if (2) Neutrogena changed the composition, etc., but the ones I have now could double as men's cologne wipes...it feels like I'm cleaning my face with Drakkar Noir -- and the scent lingers! Yuck! I'll change it back to a five if I can figure out what the issue is...
Cologne issue notwithstanding, they are a solid 5!

I bought the large Costco sized box on coupon this past week. I tried it 2 nights in a row. So far it removes my eyeliner pretty well. My waterproof mascara though is another story. I need to use a stronger cleaner to take this off. These seem good for travel. I would probably buy again.

The towelettes were very good at removing all my makeup, but I don't wear excessive amounts to begin with. The rather strong scent bothered me a little and gave me a huge urge to rinse my skin with water afterwards even though the product label says I don't need to. To remove my mascara, I had to swipe the towel across my eyes a few times, so it's not as "gentle" as I hoped. However, overall it does its job, so thumbs up.

I LOOOOVEEEE THESEEEEE!!!! I heard about them thru YT, I had gotten the Kirkland ones which I really liked until I saw these at Costco so I decided to purchase these and YOU can really see the difference between both brands...the Kirkland ones leaves makeup on your face as as far as waterproof mascara it doesn't remove all of it...another thing I noticed the kirland ones leave a sticky feeling afterwards and it feel a bit dry....these neutrogena ones takes all the makeup off PLUS it leaves my face super soft afterwards..love them since the VERY first time I used them!!!! get them at Costco by the bulk is a super great deal!!!!

Fabulous. Cheap when bought at those large chain warehouse stores. I use them everyday. One cloth cleans my face, neck and still takes of my eye-makeup! LOVE these things!

I got this in a bulk pack from costco. I fell in love with the purple wipes and I figured, the blue package ones would be fairly the same.
Once again, neutrogena did not disappoint. The clothes are extremely soft and moist. It actually cleans out fairly well, sometimes I have to use two wipes. They don't irritate my skin or tingle or anything. It does leave my skin moist, which sometimes bothers me, but it doesn't leave any sticky residue. So overall wonderful product!

These wipes do a pretty good job at removing makeup. They can remove waterproof mascara, however for some of the more resistant ones like Majolica Majorica, they do leave residue behind. Overall these wipes are great, they're well saturated and the cloths are pretty smooth so there's not much tugging. The size of the cloths are a little smaller compared to Boots, but they're well saturated enough to remove a full face of makeup. One of the things that keeps me from giving a full five lipsticks is that these sting like crazy! Now, if you don't have sensitive skin these sholdn't be a problem, but if you have sensitive skin like me, these will burn, especially when you try to remove your eye makeup! For refference I do have rosacea.

This is really good for removing make up..even those waterproof and mascaras which are pretty tough in removing! It is not too oily nor dry..but once its open dont leave it for too long coz it will dry up as the resealable seal does not protects its moisture for ages~

I love them ! I bought them time ago because they were on sale but now they are must have for me !
These towels are super moisturized, wet and smell good
I only use one to remove all my make up, I have to insist a little bit more to remove my water proof mascara ( colossal by Maybelline) but still does a wonderful job !
After I remove my make up with this my face feels a little bit oily but after a few minutes it feels dry and fine ( anyways I use a cleanser after this because I have acne prone skin )

I used this for the first time today and it did exactly what it said on the packaging. I only needed one towelette to remove my eye makeup. If you're looking to remove your face makeup as well you're gonna need a second towelette.
I was impressed with how easy it took off my eye makeup but while i was doing that, the skin around my eye area was starting to feel stinging. I dont know how harsh the chemicals from the towelette is on the skin but it was kind of scary; i wouldnt want to use that on my eyes every day.
I would use this product if i was on the go and didnt have time to use something more soothing on my eyes. Olive oil is a good natural alternative and can be messy but i'll stick to the olive oil when i have time to take my makeup off.
This is a good quick fix but if you're like me, be prepared for the slight stinging around your eyes.

I used the Costco/kirkland wipes for about a year, and even though these cost more, I'll use less because one wipe removes what two of the Costco wipes did. I don't like that they only come from Costco in the not very resealable packs, but that can be solved by storing the whole thing in a ziploc bag. No stinging, no irritation, just a clean face. I generally rinse and use a cleanser after, but on lazy nights I don't and have had no increase in breakouts or sensitivity.

Because of good reviews here and in YT, I decided to give this a try. I wanted an all in one make-up remover. It does the job and everything but it does sting my eyes if I rub too close to remove my eyeliner and mascara. A good product but not exceptional. Will not repurchase immediately as I want to try other drug store brands first. Might come back to this if I cannot find something better.

YES!!! I love these! I find that putting baby oil or EVOO on a pad and then taking off my make up takes too long, LOL, and I've tried baby wipes, but they don't really get things off and I find them a little bit too harsh for my skin (I buy generic, I've tried lots of generic though, LOL) So I decided to try these and I was skeptical because I've had issues with Neutrogena before, but OH MY HECK! This got EVERYTHING including mascara that smudges below my lower lash which baby wipes doesn't. I haven't tried it with waterproof, but my mother borrowed some and she liked them and she used a waterproof eyeliner and she said it came off. Be careful not to get it in your eyes, it stings pretty bad, but otherwise, feels so good and gets them off great, plus I love the tub that you can get. I lost my job recently and Had to buy generic make up wipes, I absolutely cannot wait until I can get these again. SO worth it.

WOW! - is all i can say! i'm impressed. I regret purchasing MAC's Cleanse Off Oil, because this stuff works great, in my humble opinion, and it doesn't make my eyes blurry like MAC's Cleanse Off. I purchased this after watching a commercial with Jennifer Garnier. She convinced me that these work. I picked these up at Target, and I'm really glad I did. They remove face makeup so well, foundation (even MAC's Face and Body!), blush/cheek stain, bronzer- you name it! It also removes my waterproof mascara and eyeliners, as well as lip products (even hard to remove lipstains!) very well too. This is affordable. It cost me about $6 or so from Target. I'm almost finished with this pack, and I will be repurchasing. An affordable, easily accessible, quick and easy way to remove all of your makeup- Can't beat it!
