I have been searching for the perfect coral color for the summer. I think I may have found it here. Vegas Volt is a VERY good coral with MAC's infamous smooth texture and buildable color. It is quite pigmented but a sheer wash is easily obtained with one moisturizing swipe. I will keep this one around as long as it is available.

Very pretty coral pink creme. VV pulls quite orange on me, I think that's because I'm so fair, but still so pretty. It's very bright and very highly pigmented, lasts very well.

This is not a pink or red lipstick by any means. It is a orangey coral color, and pretty bright. I swatched this a few times before I actually bought it, I thought it was so orange and wouldn't be flattering at all. Well I ended up buying it on an off day and I'm so glad I did! It is very flattering on my N25 skin, this lipstick always gets compliments. It's super creamy, long lasting and as most amplified creams, fades evenly. I don't think this type of color would suit too many cool toned ladies. Although I do think fair and tan tones would look great in this lipstick. I love this full coverage and blotted, when blotted it gives me a peachy lip color, it's very pretty. I only needed to touch this up about 2 times during my day. This is a fun and great color for summer.

i've wanted a coral-y lipstick for a while and initially purchased costa chic. a gorgeous colour, to be sure, but too cool for my warm tones. so i exchanged it for vegas volt and couldn't be happier! first of all, the texture is lovely. it's not at all chalky and is creamier than other lipsticks. also, the shade is amazing. just the brightness i was looking for, but warmer, which suits my skintone much better. i can't wait to wear this on a night out!

Vegas Volt is a true bright color. Corals/Pinks/Mauves work well with my fair skin and blonde hair. Its not for someone who is afraid of strong colors it is very out there and bright but absolutely lovely.
I put a bit of clear gloss to perk up the color. This looks amazing also with Mac's Richer Lusher creamsheen gloss.

I am in love with this color! This is a very versatile coral with a smooth application. I am NW20 with medium-light pigmented lips. I can apply VV over liner (Spice) and get the exact color in the tube or I can apply it over balm and get a more sheer and subtle color. Either way, I love this coral. Definitely HG for me.

This is def one of my favorite lipsticks in my collection. The color is soo perfect for my warm NC30ish skintone. I would describe it as the perfect just bright enough but not too bright peachy pinky red color. It is just pastel enough as well and it goes on not super opaque, so semi sheer similar to the viva glam lauper. I can't say enought good things about this shade.

I love this color. It's a very bright orange coral. You can make it a more pinky coral by putting it over a pink liner, and I like that it's versatile. The only reason I took a lippie off is that it tends to travel outside my lip line unless I put powder around it with a small brush. I wouldn't recommend this for people who are afraid of color. It's not for the faint of heart, but I LOVE it!

This is a really nice coral colour, but its really pigmented so I apply it lightly with a apricot lipgloss on top. Its extremely bold and would only suit certain skin tone, I wouldn't buy it again as its difficult to pull off if don't apply it lightly, but a very pretty colour, lasts long and excellent pigmentation.

I bought this last year and I still love it! I have very pigmented lips so this doesn't really pull bright orange on me. Very wearable. I like to top it with Love Nectar luster glass to tone it down for daily wear. Very pretty combo.

I absolutely adore this colour and coral really suits my colouring. It really has the potential to spice up an outfit and helps to bring out my hair and eyes (blonde hair, green eyes). Great product! Only problem with it is that it doesn't stay on too well so a few reapplications are needed over the course of an evening. (Definitely a night time shade as well).

When done right, this lipstick is gorgeous. For me, this is not the kind of lipstick I just can toss in my bag and slap on while I am on the go. It requires a mirror (something I usually don't bother with once I leave the house), a bit of lip liner (chicory or spice) (mouth off is almost exactly the same color, and almost too light), and possibly a nudey pinky gloss (soft & slow looks awesome with it) to tone it down. But it is SO worth the effort. It is SO pigmented and bright that it literally glows. And it lasts an incredibly long time, which for me is a miracle because usually I have eaten off all my lipstick within 30 minutes of applying.

Be Warned: This color definitely is not for everyone. This is a VERY BRIGHT peachy orange, and it has a lot of opaque white in it, so the people that say that this looks like Miami Grandma lipstick are not that far off base. It's how you decide to harness the power of this lipstick that makes all the difference.

When I swatched this and Morange next to each other they were very similar in color, but their textures and reflective properties were very different. Morange is a very shiny, slick, dense primary orange that looks really moist....and Vegas Volt is just wham-bam screaming opaque bright peach, with less shine and depth, but also just as beautiful.

All in all I think Vegas Volt is probably more wearable for the masses than Morange is, but neither of them is for the faint of heart. This is some serious orange business.

This was actually a little more orange than I was expecting, but I still love it. On my sightly pigmented lips, it's a really pretty orange coral. I think the pigment in my lips tones down the color a little bit. I definitely have to apply it with a lip brush. It's an amplified creme, and my only complaint is that I feel like the color just doesn't really apply evenly, and as a result, it just seems to amplify every line and crack I have in my lips. Applying lip balm underneath is definitely a must. The color really compliments my warm to neutral skin tone. I wear Medium Beige in Bare Escentuals, Sunny Beige in Laura Mercier Oil-Free Foundation, and Sand in Bobbi Brown Skin Foundation. If I need to tone it down for work, I love applying Chanel Aqualumiere Lip Gloss in Canari. It's very complimenting to the lipstick.

A surprisingly good colour even on NC15 pallor. It looks much harsher in the tube than it is once applied. I expected this to be far more orange, too; it has a very flattering pink tone that makes it lovely for spring. This is actually what I wanted Ever Hip to be: soft pigmented coral. The texture is fine, standard MAC stuff. Amplified cremes are probably the most lip-kind of their finishes, and this applies quite smoothly on my dry lips; it doesn't settle in lines. Makes a beautiful peach stain when dabbed on with a finger, too. I like it best with Ripe Peach blush and simple lined eyes for a vintage inspired spring-time look. Will definitely repurchase, it's beautiful.
Apparently Betty Draper (Mad Men) uses this shade over MAC Cherry and Redd lip pencils - all the more reason to love it.

The texture of my tube of Vegas Volt is pretty chalky. It's the only lipstick I've encountered that emphasizes (if not creates) an uneven, rough texture of the lips. Even if I exfoliate and apply balm first, Vegas Volt does not apply very well.

This is not a color that will work on everyone. For instance, if you're fair and cool-toned like me, beware. I love the way coral lipsticks look in magazines and all that, and I thought it could look edgy and bright, but it just clashes so badly with the pinkness of my skin.

this was my first amplified creme and i didnt think it was going to be so bright orange on my lips. im a nc45 and when i apply it straight from the tube its looks real orange so what i started doing was putting macs clear lipgloss on the back of my hand and with a lipbrush mix the colors together and put it on my lips. i LOVED the result. i will definitely wear this color for the summer.

Amazing, I love coral toned lips especially since I have Green eyes and black hair corals always seem to look good with my colouring. Super long lasting with that amazing Amplified formula! If you think this ones to bright try Costa Chic which is a more muted coral in the Frost formula.

I hadn't been too fond of coral lippies before Vegas Volt; but consider me converted! Since my lips are intensely (aggravatingly) pigmented, this turns into a my-lips-but-better shade on me, but basically Vegas is your grandmother's coral with an electrifyingly-delicious twist! And the MAC-quality only seals the deal. Would definitely buy again (if they weren't so expensive)!

I was looking for a lipstick that would look on my lips the way HK Mimmy looks in the tube & this is it. It is bright but I'm the type that If I'm going to wear lipstick I want something that brings attention. Love the Amps, its the only kind I buy. Definitely not for the faint but if you do wear it get ready for some looks. (NW20, black hair/brown eyes)
