Quite expensive however definetly worth it. People kept telling me to get it so at the end I did and I was amaze about how good it was. It gives a sheer nice glow. It does not make you look to orange which most bronzers do to me. I would buy it again. Best high end bronzer.

Beautiful product! The color can be light or you can add up. Looks VERY natural and pretty, not orange. My only complaint is that trying a mini size it lasted little less than a year of almost everyday use and broke apart when I dropped it within the first couple months as did the accompanying blush. My fault, but I wish that the packaging was a tad better. Overall something everybody needs to try. Theres no dupe that even rivals it!

The only bronzer I will ever use. I've used this on at least 7 girls (some were brides!), and it's turned out beautifully. So many bronzers just look so .... I don't know .... bronzy. Laguna actually makes you look like you've gotten some sun, and it's great for contouring- make a fish face and apply it to the hollows of your cheeks. I wouldn't use this on darker skin tones, but for fair all the way up through olive, choose Laguna!

I wanted to like this so bad that I ignored the reviews by other medium skin toned girls who said the bronzer was too light for them. My mistake.On my medium tan skin the only way I can see this bronzer on my face is with at least 3 applications. And after 3 applications it looks too powdery and makes my pores look huge. If i blend it then the pigment is gone and I look like I am not wearing any. I really wanted this to work but truth is it doesnt for me. I tried casino but it was to muddy and dark. If you are a yellow toned NC30 I dont think any NARS bronzers will work fo you.

3 stars because it is satiny and I imagine can be great for fair girls with small pores.

I actually prefer the rimmel bronzer.

I love this bronzer! it doesnt turn orange and look dirty. I use this every day for contour and it does an amazing job. There is shimmer when you look closely at it, but when you apply it, the shimmer is barely visible. however, this product is pretty pricy but then again it comes with a lot.

Being so devoted to NARS blushes, I really wanted to love the NARS Laguna bronzer. I am pretty fair skinned, and in my opinion, I found this bronzer to look a bit fake on my skin tone, despite using so little of it. At times, it made my skin look kind of "dirty" and uneven. However, in the summer, when I have a bit of a tan, I found that this bronzer worked way better and looked more natural. I generally do not like the consistency of the powder, and find it very drying.

Overall, I don't think I will re-purchase this as an everyday bronzer. However, A GREAT trick that I learned was that i started using this as an eye-shadow. It is simply an amazing neutral brown shade for everyday wear. I don't know why I hadn't' thought of it before! I still had half the compact left so I'm glad I found a better use for my money.

I had such high hopes for this bronzer after reading the rave reviews on it. It's not a bad bronzer per se. It gives a lovely finish, which has a bit of sheen, and is very difficult to overdo.
Unfortunately, I feel like it's a bit light for my skin. I have to use quite a lot for it to be noticeable on my skin, which is disappointing considering how pigmented my Nars blushes are. Worn with my Nars blushes, the Laguna bronzer is almost unnoticeable. For reference, I'm an NC25-30 with very yellow undertones.
UPDATE: Have given this away to a friend. I find that using a plummy/brown/golden NARS blush (e.g. Sin, Luster, Madly) to contour works way better.

I received this in a swap and I was pretty excited about it because of the cult following. I tried it on and it barely showed up on my skin - I had to layer it on. But once I did get enough color, it was very pretty and natural. It's definitely not a contouring blush. The color tends to lean on the peachy side for me...it's not BeneFit's Hoola that I feel is just straight brown matte-ness. For reference, I'm NC30 in MAC, NARS Punjab, and MUFE #125 - so pretty much medium skin tone with neutral/peachy undertones. There is the tiniest bit of shimmer in this product but nothing overwhelming. I can totally see how fair-er skinned girls would love this.
I honestly am on the fence about this one...I'll give it one more try and if I don't like it, then it's up for swaps.
Can't say much about the price but the packaging is the standard NARS rubber casing which I actually enjoy.

When i got this bronzer i was surprised on the size of it, they give you a ton of product. Because of the hype of this bronzer, i had to buy it. I really like this bronzer, its my go to bronzer. Its not orange what so ever, theres a tiny amount of shimmer of you like that and its very pigmented. If you are on a budget, i wouldnt buy it. I bought it just to have because i want all that high brand stuff (hah) :-) You can get one just as good at the stores but its a bronzer i would still recommend. No matter on the bronzer, i think it depends on your skin tone and how dark you want to look. I go tanning so im already pretty tan, so this bronzer kinda just blends in to my skin tone, so there's not a intense difference. If you are FAIR, it will make you dark, use it sparingly and deeply blend it in otherwise it can look a little dirty. i hope this helped (:

I own many bronzers that are beautiful in color. The difference between this one and everything else is the texture. Nars Laguna is the perfect blend of matte and glow (there is no shimmer. repeat. no shimmer. just a beautiful glow). It also blends beautifully, with no weird streaking. It warms up the face and when complimented with a highlighter, is sensational. I use this on virtually every single person who has a light to medium skin tone. I also use it as a base eyeshadow color, as it ties the makeup together beautifully. I am always thrilled when I find a product that lives up the the hype, and this is it for bronzers.

I was so excited to get this as it is mega hyped up in the blogging world! the price always put me off, but I figured the size made it quite acceptable, as you get quite a lot of product. the packaging feels quite luxury in my opinion, and is easily cleaned with a makeup wipe (a lot of people seem to hate that it gets dirty quickly.. not a problem I don't think) however, two weeks later I dropped it on CARPET and it smashed! was absolutely gutted :( the product is so crumbly that I couldn't smush it back into the pan as I have before with a smashed mac blush, and it also made it harder to use as the brush picked up too much product, making it from a nice sun kissed bronze to orange on my skin. I had to throw it away and still haven't found the courage to fork out for it again!

All I can say is wow, I am actually amazed. After reading several of the reviews on this site i have to say that i was a bit scared about the results of this bronzer, I assumed it would not be pigmented enough and not show up on my skin (NC 20 to 25 depending on if i tan or note). I have tried too many bronzers that are either too orange or not not pigmented enough, so too say the least i am not easily impressed by . This bronzer is perfect, it is the only bronzer that I have ever found that does not leave my skin orange at all, and that isn't too dense. I do admit that this is not the most pigmented bronzer, i personally like that, but I would not use it to contour, for it would not show up. But i also believe that Bronzers are not really meant to be used for detailed contouring. They will leave you face too shimmery. Instead I use this bronzer as an all over color over my face, dusting the angled brush brush in a E shape on both sides of my face. Then I use my MAC matte blush in blunt (very dark color) to just define under my cheek bones, only a little. I have also read many comments, that say that they dislike NARS products because they don't come with mini brushes, I have learned that one of the most important parts to make up applications, is using the correct brushes, so when ever i buy products that come with mini brushes, I just end up throwing them away unless i believe the brushes are actually good quality. All around I think this product deserves the acclaim it gets, it best to be used for people with fair to medium skin color, as an all over bronzing powder.

I wanted to like this...and I wound up buying it 2x, but let me tell you, FOR ME, it does NOT last long (I pit pan in month 2). I feel like I have to keep brushing it on my face b/c you can't even tell I have bronzer on. Yes, I wear it daily, but I have used DS brands that have been more pigmented and that lasted much longer. At the price, there is better out there...

This bronzer was neither here nor there for me. The SA recommended it to me but to be honest, it doesn't even show up on my face (I am about an NC37). Strangely my face is naturally a lot darker than my neck so I just used this up to bronze my neck. I wanted to love it because it had so many rave reviews but I just didn't. I guess if you have lighter skin then this would be good for you because it is quite a neutral bronze and I can see how it can look flattering on some.

What a gorgeous, sunkissed look this bronzer gives me, def my HG for bronzers. WIth that said I am not suprised that the color is so nice, NARS is known for their wonderful colors. I have blonde hair and medium toned skin and this bronzer is not obvious on my skin, it just gives me a nice warm glow. I use it for contouring under my blush, and my neck line as well as I put a little on the forhead, and nose to give me an alll over even look. Since finding this I don't even bother looking at any other bronzers any more. This shade truly is universally flattering, so give it a try, bet you'll like it!

This is my first high-end bronzer, so I can't really compare it to other quality bronzers, but I love it! It gives a really natural gorgeous glow and isn't too muddy or orangey. The sparkles do not make you look like a glitterball, it's just perfect!
I apply this with nars' bronzing brush and it applies it so nicely!
It's super expensive but you get heaps of product in the container and you don't need all that much to make your skin look nice! Obviously if you are more tanned then you may do but in that case just get casino.
The packaging is so pretty but gets dirty really quickly, (like all nars products) so I keep it in the carboard box it came in and I am very careful with it so it doesn't shatter.
I would repurchase it, but I won't need to for a really long time!

I received this as a free sample with a small tube of NARS eyeshadow primer. I've never used a bronzer before and I really like it. I use it with a LORAC blush. The color is nice and I especially like its size, which is perfect for travel. I don't know how big the full size is or how expensive it is, but this is a good color for medium-toned skin
