Brow Tech is definitely in my top 5 make-up products. I use it every day and it looks so natural. I think the price is very fair because it seriously lasts forever. I think I've had mine for about a year and still have plenty left. I don't think I'll ever buy any other eyebrow product because this one is perfect.

I've been using the Browtech for a while now. I have the Brunette one. A little goes a long way. I like how it darkens and makes my brows look fuller. However, putting too much on looks unnatural so you got to watch how much you put on. The wax that's included isn't so much of a big deal. If you have fly-aways, it's probably good to use the wax to keep it down. I don't really have that problem, but I do think the wax helps fill in the gaps in the brow with the color. It evens it out. I'm sure using eyeshadow may even do the trick, but I would probably purchase this again when I run out.

I cannot say enough good things about Brow Tech!! I naturally have very very dark brown hair (almost black) and this is a highly pigmented powder--good for me, though. I never bought a brow powder/wax before I wandered upon this magical little duo, I would just use the smudging end of my eyeliner to fill in gaps in my brows. After using this one time (I do apply the powder first, then the wax as instructions state) I was sold. I use it every day even if my MU is minimal otherwise. My problem was because of waxing and plucking my eyebrows do not extend as far, and my arch has not been as high as I want them to be. In combo with Smashbox's #12 angle brow brush, I can achieve brow perfection! I only use a tiny amount of the powder and squeeze the brush tip between my fingers before applying so the line is as thin as possible, you can always layer in areas you want to be thicker. Then I use a small amount of wax on the brush and kind of stipple it in so the color doesn't smear, and finish by lightly smoothing with a finger. My brows never look like they've been painted or drawn on with a sharpie (how I feel about a lot of brow pencils)--they're just almost-but-not-quite perfect looking and totally natural. Last all day too. Even if by some miracle my brows grow back in flawlessly after my last tragic wax, I will continue to use the amazing wax to keep stray hairs in place. Totally worth the money!

The brow tech does an amazing job at making your eye brows look full and defined, especially if you have thin eyebrow hairs. I was looking for an alternative to make my brows look natural fuller without having to use a pencil (I refuse to pencil my brows) With an angled brush I apply the powder and then the tech and the wear on it last all day and is great.

Love this! I, like many of you ladies, have patchy brows. However, I have dark brown hair and therefore need to use a filler. This product provides excellent filler and color, looks incredibly natural. I am definitely permanently switching from the Bliss brow defining pencil that I was using.

I really like this product. My eyebrows are very patchy and thin. I use this to make my eyebrows look fuller and add some color. This does the job. This one's a keeper.

Years ago, I received this product in "blonde" as a part of a QVC set. I used it occasionally and liked the concept of the product, but the color was a bit "off" on me. Blonde can be a very hard brow color to match. "Blonde" always seemed to look very yellow and unnatural on me. I did use up the wax, however.
A month or so ago I was browsing the internet looking for a new brow product and discovered that at some point Smashbox expanded their color selection. I ordered "ash blonde", and it is a perfect match for me. The product is very easy to use and gives me a defined but natural look. Best of all--no more yellow brows.
I hesitantly give it 4 lipsticks out of 5, only because of the wax. It's good wax, but you will run out of it eons before you'll run out of the powder. Smashbox sells the wax alone for $20, which is highway robbery for my pocketbook (considering vaseline or rosebud salve really work just as well.)

I used up the wax side of this before the brow powder side was out. In the end I found a better color match in Anastasia, but taupe was OK for me.

I really liked this product, however, I will not buy it again. The reason simply is because the darkest color it comes in, Brunette, does not match my brows. My brows are more of a black based color. The Brunette brow tech is a dark brown shade and looks silly when I apply it against my black brows and apply it on my skin (to extend the length of my brows). It's irritating to be off on brow color and is a big makeup no-no. I did admire how it was a more natural look though than pencil or any other brow enhancers I've used. I wish Smashbox would make a shade for us girls, with blacker brows. I've found that Clinique's Brow Shaper in Charcoal works very well for my brow color and looks very natural also.

This is the only brow product I've used that is easy to apply and looks natural. I have light brown hair and I use the taupe. Its not to light and not to dark. It take a bit to learn the application, but other then that I LOVE this stuff!

My makeup artist used this (in Soft Brown) on me, and when she used it, my normally light brown eyebrows were BLACK! It was awful!! I decided to buy it anyway, and I'm very glad I did. When used with a very very light hand, the powder is great for filling in my brows. I use the wax only on places that the powder needs a little help sticking to. This wasn't cheap, but I've had it for four months now and I can hardly see a dent. Great stuff!
PS- I use it with Sephora's slanted eyeliner brush. The brush, I'm sure, is what makes a difference in the final look.

Love this stuff. I have dark auburn hair and use the brown color. I have thin brows and I've been through pencils, powders, and all kinds of potions to try to fill in the sparse areas without looking like a clown.
An angled brow brush and the Smashbox brow tech has been my answer.
Though the product isn't cheap, it's lasted me for over a year and is not even close to running out. Great stuff!

I love this product. Personally I find the Brunette color a little too harsh for me (even since dying my hair black again) so the Soft Brown is the perfect color for me. It's best to use a light hand while applying this to give a more "natural" look and light feathering strokes. This way you don't get that "painted on" look to your brows. Although it is a bit expensive, the fact that it does last the entire day and you do not have to use a lot of product to achieve results means this little pot should last you for quite a while.

It seems like most of the negative comments Ive read appears to be coming from the blondes who dislike the color more then the actual product itself. As a brunette I have had no trouble using this and have found the application to be really easy and smooth compared to NYC's brow kit. The brush that comes along with it (I got this in a QVC kit) works really well. My only complaint is that i noticed the product can go on too thick if youre not careful and give you a "painted brow" appearance. But besides that its the best ive used thus far, and having properly groomed brows beforehand really helps.

Finally I found something to use on my brows that is just the right shade. The Soft Brown is perfect for me - I do have medium to dark brown hair but typically the "Brunette" shades are too dark. (Anastasia and Lancome, to name two). I love the wax too. I use an angled brush to apply both.

I bought the brow tech in the shade brunette. It makes my eyebrows look more uniform and makes them look more bold. My eyebrows are kind of on the thin side so the brow tech powder helps them to look much fuller. The wax also helps to keep my eyebrow hairs in place.

I have the brow tech trio in brunette/taupe and cannot believe how much I love it!! In the past I have tried using brow powders and eye shadow 's in brown and taupe shades and have hated the look of them. I have used MAC's lingering brow pencil for years and still wasn't totally in love with the overall look....no matter what kind of pencil it was, it still looked like a penciled brow. Anyway, I have seen the brow tech and wax a zillion times and never was intrigued until the trio launched. I like to put the brunette from the arch of my brow to the tail end and the taupe shade on the inner brow towards the arch; to me it looks much softer than an overall brown brow. Thus the 2 shades in one...love it! The finish of the powder is a lot less pigmented than shadow's and other brow powder's, which makes it much easier to work with as the payoff isn't to cakey. The wax is very creamy and light and makes your brow hairs nice and glossy. Give it a try, you will not be dissapointed!

This stuff is amazing! I love it so much. So I used to use an eyeliner pencil that matched my eyebrows but Smashbox brow tech is sooooo much better. In order to get the best use out of this product, you need the angled brow brush...it's a must! So I have like redish, brownish, blondish hair and I decided to try the Taupe and the Blonde (I got the little kit with the brunette, taupe, blonde, wax to try it out) I found that the Taupe and blonde are VERY similar in color. I have taupe on one brow and blonde on the other and I really can't tell the difference at all. I guess I would have to say the Taupe is a tiny, tiny, tiny bit darker and less red. The blonde actually would work great for someone with strawberry blonde hair kinda like me. I do have dark strawberry blonde hair so I think I'm going to be buying the Taupe. Oh and the brunette was really dark for me so it would work great for someone with dark brown to black hair. If you have really light brown hair or dirty blonde I would go with Taupe.

I bought this after being sucked in by the overly friendly sales girl. she tried this on me at ulta and showed me the cute eyeshadow freebie that i got for letting her used the products on me. I bought it without thinking about the $25 price tag but im happy i did. i replaced the mabeline brow powder with the taupe brow tech. the powder/wax combo rocks. the sales girl showed me a trick. apply the powder then wipe the brush of and apply the wax backwards like from the outer brow to the inner brow. it messes them up but then you do the reverse and smooth them down, sounds strange but works wonders!

I have heard tons of raves about this product and when I dropped my eyebrowz powder I thought I would give this a try. I got a good deal on ebay and paid very little for this. I am a redhead and it can be hard to find a good powder that isnt too dark and pencils never wanna stay.I bought taupe and its perfect. I tried for 3 days to use this with the wax but it always seemed to smear. The powder is awesome and lasted all day for me but I still need to figure out the wax thing. I gotta also agree with another reviewer. It goes on MUCH better with the smashbox brush.
