I am an NC35 and I bought the W4 color from this line. The color really is a true match to my golden/yellow undertone skin. It blends really well on my skin and the longevity of the foundation is great when i set it with a powder. The only thing i dont like about this product is a packaging. I prefer a pump foundation but this one will have to do :)

Surprisingly, I gave this another shot. When I tried it before, I hated it. I realized it was more about the skincare I was using, and not the foundation. Since my skin is not as oily, this works very well. I have combo skin, so I pair this with the corresponding powder. I have the color N2 (I'm MAC NC20, for what it's worth). It matches pretty well, but it's a SMIDGE too pink. It wouldn't be noticeable to anybody but me. It's not the foundation's fault, I'm a weird color. I will say that the neutrals lean more pink/peach than yellow/beige. I don't wear this with primer, and I don't have to blot until after lunch. It covers my pores, blends extremely well, and doesn't feel or look heavy. I got this and the powder for $14 on BOGO. It actually looks like skin. It's impressive for a drugstore foundation. In fact, it's the best one I've tried. I will repurchase, but maybe in W2 next time :)

This foundation USED to be a staple of mine quite a few years ago. Then--as my skin matured, I started using high-end foundations. However, my daughter used this when she lived at home. OK..so about a month ago, I was cleaning out her stuff and came across a full bottle of this that she left home. It was the same "color" that I used C-3. Now--let me explain what made me start using this again. I purchased one of those blendy-sponges and noticed that I was using a bit more foundation with the sponge and I didn't want to waste the high end stuff. So anyway, I figured I would give it a go. Again. WOW! Why was a being such a foundation snob? After using this with the blendy sponge, I was really happy with how dewy this foundation looked on my dry skin. Amazed, in fact. I forgot about how great this foundation was--it DOES NOT OXIDIZE!!! And at less than ten bucks at my local Wegman's, what a steal! The blending is great--doesn't cake up--and I'll tell you, over the primer, it is smooth and silky. It's nice when you re-discover an item--especially one that will save tons of money.
High end foundations shove over, I went back to my little drugstore brand and am now happy I'm back!
Seriously--especially for "older and more mature" skin--try this...use one of those blendy sponges...it really makes a difference. I think you will be pleasantly surprised--and the savings mean more $$ for shoes!

I like this foundation. But it is so hard to find your perfect shade. I use mac nc40. I bought n4 buff beige and w7 caramel but they are not my shades. I think I will be a W6 sun beige because it has yellow undertones. idk. I like the coverage it gives me.

Well this is a weird one for me. It's the only foundation I've found (ever. ever. I'm a MAC NC10) and this does match me truly. When I wear it alone my face looks like a frying pan in 30 minutes and I'm not even that oily. And it transfers like nobody's business (somehow transferred on my collar even though I only put it on my face..explain that one.) However, the use I've found for this is mixing it with my countless other foundations that don't match me and this makes it definitely more wearable. So I don't know. Hate the formula LOVE the color and will probably repurchase because this makes so many things wearable that previously weren't.

Bought this foundation in W7 a few weeks ago after hearing so many people rave about it online. I have been using it every single day since I bought it. It is exactly what is says - super blendable. I slap on some of this with some moisturizer instead of my BB cream or I take my time and apply for a better coverage for work. Either way, it matches my skin tone almost perfectly and provides excellent coverage. Also shows very naturally in pictures. Huge plus.

WOW! How could I have been so blind? I was head over heels in love with this foundation for about a month until just recently I took a good look in the mirror about 30 minutes after applying, and it was a hot mess! It oxidized on my face, making me look super pink and orange! I can't believe I was walking around looking like that. I am so upset and emabressed. Not to mention this foundation contains a lot of gold glitter in it. If you hold the bottle up to the light you can see it. I can't believe I've never noticed that. This foundation also wouldn't stay on for dear life. It would come right off within an hour. This foudation was a total waste of money. DO NOT BUY THIS!

I really, really like this foundation which is a good thing since it is the only one that matches me in the winter! For this particular foundation I wear the shade W1 (warm 1) but I do have cool skin. I do this because I bought all of the lightest foundation according to their undertones and W1 was definitely the lightest. I also find that the warm undertones of this foundation aren't very strong so I am able to make it work. This foundation comes in a glass bottle without a pump which I don't mind- there are ways of making it less messy.The packaging is also really compact which is great for if you just want to throw it in your purse or in a makeup bag to take with you. The foundation is medium coverage which is buildable to full, lasts for around 5 hours without blotting or re-powdering and has a very, natural skin-like appearance. Obviously depending on your skin type, the foundation can last longer or shorter times. This foundation lives up to its name of being truly super blendable which I love. It is a very thin formulation but very pigmented so it blends well. I find that this foundation must be applied with your fingers or a paddle foundation brush for the most natural finish. I think because of last power I would recommend this to people with combination, normal and slightly dry skins since I feel like this is where it will have the best performance. However if you are really pale and have a skin type that falls out of the ones I mentioned, if you can return the foundation if you don't like it, try it! You really have nothing to lose.

Horrible foundation! Caused little bumps all over my face. It has a lot of glitter in it which caused many deep acne infections on my face which had to be treated by my derm! It has medium coverage, with a thick cakey finish. Very masky and unnatural looking on the skin!

Love the product, hate the packaging. The foundation is extremely liquidy and it comes out of the bottle easily, but it's completely impractical when you're trying to control how much product comes out. I often get way too much product out than I desired.
The product itself is great! The coverage is medium. I really love how blendable it is. It seriously looks like I'm not wearing any makeup in the sense that it doesn't look cakey. It's a very natural finish.

This has a tone of colors. I have this one in G1, and it match my skin tone like amazing. it's cheap, just $12 for 30ml. I have combination skin, but not too oily in T zone, so this still work for me. Medium-coverage. I love this one

This product works great.. for my sister, she has normal skin and doesn't break out easily, I on the other hand broke out and was left looking oily, she loves the product so if your like her then i highly recommend it.

I bought this on clearance at Target quite a while ago. I was reading a blog of someone who is NC50 in MAC (like me). She also was N8 in this. I didn't think it would work but it blends nicely with my skin. It's a little oily, but I wear powder anyway so no big deal. Now that I know what shade I am, I plan to repurchase. 1 lippie off because of glass jar and no pump.

If it wasn't for the huge colour range, I'd give this a 2.
My main problem with this foundation is that it dries so quickly! About as fast as the Revlon Colorstay for oily/combo skin. Even if I just work in areas and don't dot the foundation on my whole face from the beginning as I would with anything else, by the time I get o blend it it's already too dry and hard to blend. Needles to say it ends up looking cakey and clings onto any dry patches.
He result is a little better when applied with a damp sponge/ beauty blender, but not a whole lot more impressive.
In the UK we have the pump bottle one which is great, but the small nozzle always gets dry foundation buildup due to the dry formulation, which leads to wastage.
Coverage is good, medium I'd say, and it lasts the whole day, but the final effect is just not as beautiful as with other liquid foundations and it's hard to work with, so I would not buy it again or recommend it to anyone.

To be honest I wish I could give this a 3.5, its not the best foundation out there, but not the worst. I find I have to use a lot of primer in order to make it last through out the day. My main complaint is the packaging. It has a very small lid where all the excess makeup gets stuck and dries around it. But over this is a decent foundation and I would recommend it to a friend.

I can generally get along with just about any foundation because i have relatively good skin and foundations tend to wear well on me... but oh my goodness. This is absolute crap, i can't figure out why some people even like this. The only good thing about this foundation is there is an absolutely huge colour range for a drugstore foundation, and my shade N1did infact match me wonderfully but it was so difficult to blend regardless of my technique and it clung onto areas around my nose and looked super cakey. I hated this foundation, and it smelt funny.

I used this foundation this morning and LOVE it!!! I have been using Revlon PhotoReady HD foundation for years. I like it, but it leaves a pink hue to my face, which I HATE. I decided to give True Match a try b/c it has so many different color combinations. I got W4 and it is perfect! No pink tint to my face and the coverage is amazing! I'm just 27, but I am starting to see the results of too many years of sun exposure....so my skin is red and blotchy. I also have some acne scars. This makeup covers everything! It is super blendable and doesnt take much at all for full coverage. This is my new HG foundation.

_UPDATE_
I took off a lippie b/c this makeup does not control oil at all. My face is very oily by the end of the day. That has made me have some small breakouts...but nothing too bad. I will still use it at times, but I went back to my Revlon PhotoReady foundation this week. If only they had the same color range that L'oreal has!

Great foundation. No breakouts, very affordable, and can be found in most drugstores. This foundation is super easy to blend. I'm a Mac nc20-25 And w3 was an exact match! Wide range of colors and different tones (cool,neutral,warm) available . I use a primer underneath and a powder to set this foundation and it works great. Stays on for a good 8 hours. No oxidizing , which for me is very important. I'm combo to dry skin and I do feel like after 5 hours I get a little oily on my t zone, but nothing crazy like the revlon nearly naked! Keep in mind you have to allow the foundation to set in for about a good 15 minutes after applying in and A little goes a long way so be careful when applying. Overall I like this foundation and will most likely be repurchasing another bottle when I'm done with the one I have

This is my everyday foundation to wear. I wouldve given it 5 stars if it had a pump and if throughout the day my face didnt get oily, but i do have combination skin which on my t-zone gets oily no matter what. Im yet to find a good foundation that will help my combination face. But it's perfect for me for 3-4 hours then i have to blot my face. I love this foundation because it's easy to blend and it's not sticky goes on very smoothly with my hands and with a brush. I set it with matte translucent powder from rimmel and it does the job for a couple of hours. You have to try it out since everybodys skin and likings are different. I also love the fact that this foundation looks as if you dont have a lot of makeup on, it doesnt look cakey and looks very settle matches perfectly making you look "natural" but with less flaws on your face. This is a good one =]

Im 9 months pregnant and have recently developed brown spots on my face due to hormones. So my obsession with foundation to fix my new "mommy glow" has been going on for a few months. I was so tired of spending so much money on foundations that didnt work that I decided to expirement with the drugstore brands. I am nc25 and found my perfect shade in tm with w2. I did do my research and was well aware of the cons but I tried anyway. This foundation look beautiful but FEELS greasy and so oily!! Its not fair! I agree with the people who say it just doesnt absorn, just sits on ur skin like a mask. :( for this reason I will not be rebuying.
