at first..i was using Omega and i noticed that when i took pictures, my brows looked too greyish and almost invisible....i have black,sparse eyebrows....MMM w/ yellow undertones and this is definitely the best brow filler for me!!! it goes on a nice neutral brown...not too light...not too dark...just medium and just right for me....it doesnt look garish with my honey blonde hair...i am so happy that the consultant at maccosmetics.com suggested this bcoz the mac SA at the mall suggested i should get Soba and it did not look as great as charcoal brown!!!!! *UPDATE* My ultimate fave & HG is Walnut brow powder for my brows!

This is a nice color for lining and a good neutral brown in general to have. It has a matte finish. Have worn as a liner with aqua/green shadows and it looks really nice to balance it out.

Charcoal Brown works well as a muted brunette brow powder for those that have brows with an ash undertone or have dark brown brows. It has lots of pigment and lasts all day, plus it's less expensive than many brow powders available. The color is a bit 'Charlie Brown-ish' when compared to the other MAC shadows, but it's a good choice nonetheless. Also, since it doesn't have red undertones, it makes a nice neutral eyeliner.

I bought the MAC shadow in "SABLE" to fill my brows! I was skeptical at first when I saw how light of a brown it was. However, the neutral brown is a versatile color for the brow, creates a shadow, and is perfect for filling your brows!

No different from the women who had already mentioned, I also use this to fill in my brows. It's a very basic matte brown shadow...nothing too special. But it does last long as do most MAC shadows. I know this will last me a while since I don't use it as shadow or liner...so overall, I'm very happy with my purchase. :)

I love this shade for filling my brows as well as for a liner. It isn't one of my more exciting shadows, but I still love it nonetheless. Charcoal brown is a lovely neutral dark brown shade - it is not warm like some browns, nor is it too cool/plummy. :-)

This may look like a really boring and drab eyeshadow, and that may be true, but it's great for black eyebrows. It defines well without looking too harsh, as darker brown shadows can do.

What a perfect match for my black eyebrows! I have been searching hi and low for a good eye brow filler and today the search is FINALLY over! Charcoal Brown looks like a soft cocoa color in the pot. On my brows I get a soft and beautifully matched color. I feel like I've been wasting all my money looking for a brow color on the drugstore brands. I should have went straight to MAC. I've learned me lesson. Highly recommended for black eyebrows!

ITS OK, IT REALLY ISNT ANYTHING GREAT, AT ALL, IT dOES NOTHING FOR ME, AND ITS PRETTY PLAIN AND BORING..TRY ERA INSTEAD ITS MUCH BETTER.
