I have never been able to keep my shadow from creasing and running by the time I leave work. This stuff is a miracle. My shadow is pefectly in place and looks just as good as when I applied it at 7 am. I'll NEVER be without this stuff!

i love this stuff. i got it in linen to use under eye shadow, and it works wonders. i just use one tiny dot on each lid and spread it around with my finger, and voila! no more eyelid discoloration, and eyeshadow stays on all day long. even without eyeshadow, it makes my eyes look better. specifically, i think it makes my lashline look more defined. but you only need to use a tiny tiny dot. i think anything more may look cakey.

I wanted to try this as an under eye concealer because I liked the idea of a wand and thought it might be quick and easy and natural looking, since it's obviously creamier than a cake concealer. The SA insisted on using the LM Concealer under my eyes (which totally didn't work for me), but she did use this on my lids and based on that, I have to say that this stuff, at least for how I would use it, is terrible! I don't wear eyeshadow, so maybe it is good as a base, but on it's own, for covering up rather reddish eyelids, it sits on the lids rather like you would think white watercolor paint would. Frightening.

i gave this a 3 for pricing because i'm not sure how much excatly it sells for as i received it free with other LM's purchase. i have this in wheat, only tried it once today on its own because i thought it gave me a nice awake look. by 4pm though it has creased and looked sort of uneven.. might be because i wore it on its own. will try with eyeshadow on top of it later.

This is the best eyeshadow base hands down. Can also be used alone. Wonderful, cool feel on the eyelid. Absolutely does not crease, and the colors are superbly neutral.

I got this in last year's holiday kit and use it as an eyeshadow base. I love it for many reasons, but most of all for how easy it is to apply. I am neurotic about not tugging on my eye area and this stuff just glides on and then *presto* your eyelids are all one tone and ready for eyeshadow--which, of course will last longer because you've applied the eye basics. I've found my eyes look more popped when I use this as opposed to if I get lazy and just do eyeshadow alone. Will definitely buy again when I run out.

I have this in Wheat and have only ever used it as an eyeshadow base, not on its own. The mu artist who put it on me suggested it for getting rid of the darkness at the inner corners of my eyes, which it does beautifully. The bonus? It's the end of the day and my eyeshadow looks EXACTLY the same as it did 12 hours ago when I put it on - no creasing and no fading! Joy! I will definitely buy this one again.

I never know something like this exist until I visit LM's counter and then I started doing research what's out there beside the eye basics. After some questions asking, I decided to purchase LM in Linen. I never regret my decission because I basically skip the whole concealer step when I have this product on. I get this 'awake' look that I have been trying to make when I put concealer on and never end with satisfaction result. Then...oh Yes baby, it holds my eye shadows from morning till night. I see m'self buying this again in the future...

I purchased mine in Wheat. It was a really nice base color that I would use alone with out other eye shadow over it, but the texture of it makes my eyes look "older." It doesn't sit well in the eye crease either. I loved the initial polished look it lent to my eyes though. Easy to spread/blend over eyes, and I still think it is a very flattering shade for my eyes and skin tone. It is a lot lighter than it might appear in the tube.

Love this stuff but I actually wear it as shadow alone in the Mocha shade which is the darkest. Applies smoothly with my taklon brush and lasts very well. I only gave it a 3 in the price category cause it is pretty expensive - if you like this product you could try Avon Triple Benefits shadow, it's the same thing nearly and can be gotten on sale for $3.99.

I first bought this product a couple of years ago, and fell in love with it, but it's very clearly been reformulated recently, because it's not as good as it used to be. The product is like a wand concealer in a tube that you apply on the eyelids as concealer or eyeshadow base. The old version was a bit dry and pasty-looking, but worked like magic. This new formula is smoother and more creamy, and at first seems perfect. It spread easily over my eyelids and dried quickly (but not too quickly), and seemed to help my Nars powder eyeshadow go on more evenly. But after a few hours, the eyeshadow had ALL slid into the crease in a nasty blue stripe, worse than if I'd used nothing at all. OK, so I've got oily eyelids, but this just seemed to magnify the problem. I think it's OK on its own - it still slides, but at least it's skin-colored, so it's not so obvious. But as an eyeshadow base it's no-go. And at £18 a pop it's not a cheap mistake to make.

I actually got this as a GWP last week. I don't know how I have lived without this product - it gets rid of the dark circles under my eyes, evens out the lids and makes the eyeshadow stay put all day. I will definitely purchase when this runs out.

I agree with the other reviewers. I received this in Linen as part of the NM gwp so I'm not sure I would pay retail for it yet but I was impressed with my first use of it. The color is very natural and definitely stays put. I've tried several of the products CryMeaRiver mentions in her review below and this is on par with or better than most. I do have one slight complaint about the packaging...I don't like the idea of applying the wand over my eye area repeatedly so I swipe a bit onto my finger then dot it on. This also helps warm the product up and makes it easier to blend.

I have this in linen and love it so much. It acts as an eyeshadow base and smoothes over dark circles and capillaries to create a perfect base for eyemakeup. Makes my eyeliner smudge proof and eyeshadow last all day. It also brightens and opens up the eye area. :)

i have super oily lids... so this really helps prevent the creasing of eyeshadow for like 4/5 hours before touch up... which is like a miracle product for me! i have this in bisque and it blends in w/ my natural lids color... then i set it w/ some powder. even though it's expensive, around $27... i think it's worth it and will last me for a while before repurchasing.

I have this in both Linen (pale, neutral nude) and Wheat (slightly darker and a bit more yellow). I use Linen in the winter and Wheat in the summer.
First of all, my dark circles go all the way around my eyes, and my lids are a little discolored, and this product evens out my lid colour beautifully. I don't even bother with eyeshadow half the time.
This also does seem to make my shadows last a little longer, and stay truer to their colour. Not perfect, but better than anything else I've tried. (Similar to Almay Amazing Lasting, but this doesn't look quite as chalky. I couldn't wear the Almay without shadow.)

I am completely sold on this product! I'm not usually given to hyperbole, and am very careful to consider long-term quality and value before heaping on the praise. But this stuff basically retexturizes and smooths out my eyelid skin, masking dark uneven color, while giving a (dare I say it?) much younger appearance to my eyes. Wheat is the perfect color for me, repurchase worthy for sure.

NC20, Hazel-Green eyes, sensitive skin, frosted hair>>I was anxious to try this product since I have had so many disappointments with eye bases and looking for the "perfect" one. I have such fair skin that is translucent that you could probably blood type me just by looking at my eyelids..LOL! I needed something that covers well but also performs and this eye base does just that! It's pigmented, easy to blend, and sets rather quickly. I chose the Wheat shade which goes perfectly with my NC20 skin! I have tried MAC paints, Benefit FYeye, Ultima II Fade Not Crease Not, Alexandra de Markoff's Disguise For Eyes, etc..and this by far, is the best! No pasty applications, nice pigment, no crepiness, and NO creasing of shadows! Plus, you get a variety of shades to choose from! I have finally found my perfect eyebase! Holy grail status!
