I got this as an extra in a swap and I love it. I never would have bought this (makeup snob here) but it is great. I plan to go buy more asap. I use just a little bit and pat it on the whole eyelid then add shadow to spice it up a bit. It has great staying power and doesn't crease. Wow, I love it.

This is the only type of e/s that actually lasts all day for me. Sometimes application is not easy though. For the price and staying power I definitely recommend and would buy again.

Love love love this product. I have pretty much every color besides the minty one and I cannot get enough of them! They are a million times better than powder shadows. They have amazing staying power and never crease (a problem my deep set eyes have with powder shadows). I apply with my finger and take away any excess with a Q-tip. These are a staple for me.

I have Cool Blues shadow and Midnight Chill shadow/liner -- they look pretty worn together! The shadow can be kind of hard to put on if you use your finger, so I reccomend getting a sponge brush to blend it easier. But overall I like this product

I have this in "Ice Princess", a cool, sheer pinky color. It's sweet in the tube, and when applied, it appears to be pinky-white instead of the milky pink u see in the tube. It's good as a highlighter, when u put it just under the browbone. Or as a base on the eyelid, then u apply other colors so the color shows up brighter (since it's over a white base). Overall, the product's ok. I gave it 4 lippies for its versatility & cheapness.

i might as well add in some micro glitter into WATER and package it into a cute tube and call it a cool effect CREAM shadow, when in fact it is not cool, and there is no color at at. u need probably half a tube before anyone realizes that you have it on. it is so sheer and transparent, all u have is a thin layer of glitter. wats more it comes off the moment you touch water. i have it in cold as ice and cool blues. bought it cos of the raves. i regret it so much now. it creases, it does not stay, and there's no colour, though it was quite cheap, it's not the monetary loss. its the disappointment!

i liked it, i use it as a brightener on top of my crease to my eyebrows, since i wanted to give the smokey eyes a glowy effect on the top, it's really good, i use "chill the champagne", it's really shiny, and i like the way it dries up.

I have this in Cool Blues. I don't like the consistency very much, it does last for a long time but seems to crease on my eyes pretty badly. I wouldn't buy again. I like the cooling feel on my eyelids though!

I got this as a swap b/c I was afraid to buy it and hate it, and I was surprised that I really like it. I have Cold as Ice and Pretty Cool. I really like the colors I have I'm hopeing to get more of them. They are tricky at first to use but you get use to it after awile ;)

I LOVE THEM!! ONE OF MY ALL TIME FAVE!!!!! I have it in Give Me The Chills, Cutie Pie, Lucky Click Lilac and Boot-Up Blue. I'm still trying to collect more of them in some summer color (I don't like dark makeup). Give Me The Chills is my fave, I'm almost done with my 2nd tube! :) It's great to use as eyeshadow base, highlight your eyes, and keep other eyecolor more brighter and last longer if you are using it as base. Sometime when I'm lazy to work on my makeup, I'll just put this on and run ~ So anyway, I'll surely keep buying this products again and again!

Don't be fooled by copycats, this is the BEST liquid eyecolor cream you can get from your local pharmacy or grocery store. It's conveniant, inexpensive, and will never look goopy or caked if used properly.
Chilled To The Bone is my fave! ;)

i have these in clear water coral and ice princess. i didnt really like ice princess..i thought it would be more pink on my skin but it looked like a powdery white. i love clear water coral. it really compliments my CCC skin. it shows up as a sort of pinky-ish shimmer on my eyelids. i love it!

I have Chill the Champagne (bronze- it's the best!) and Cool Blues (silvery blue)and I love them. Thinly applied, they create a nice shimmer, and subtle color. What I love is that I've finally found a way to wear my loose glitter-- I put a little dab of the Cool Effects cream on my finger tip, mix in a pinch of glitter, and apply for easy-to-control glitter that doesn't end up (too much!) on my face. Great, shimmery product!

Oooh this is such a great drugstore product! I have this in Cold Front, which is a cold slated grayish blue...looks soo pretty on!! I'm a GGG and this looks great on me, good pigmentation. Oh, btw, you guys *have to* try using this as liner and putting Jane Radiation shimmers over it (I use intensity) WOW now that look realllly brings attention to your eyes, guaranteed!! Amazing color :)

I have this in Ice Princess.....OMG! It's like THEE best for highlighting under your eye brow....wowzer it really works and stays put! I haven't tryed it on my actual eyelid but I'll get some more and try...LOVE IT!

Well actually i was at a doller tree when i bought this,seing as i am 13 my granny bought it for me! i know you guys r thinking 13? to young for makeup well everyone at my school wears makeup.I love it the only thing is that it is a very small tube but a little drop goes a long way and it dries in about 5 seconds so no waiting have fun with it mix and match colors i love it!
