This product is a classic. Who wouldn't recognize the signature scent?
My main use for this is as a brush cleaner, and it works well for that purpose, as it cleans gently (no harsh surfactants in this product).
I would recommend this, since it's easily available (in the U.S., that is), and relatively inexpensive.

such a good shampoo. whenever my hair is growing dull or used to a shampoo or conditioner I am using, I always head to target and pick a bottle of this up. they sell huge sizes now, so it lasts for months. it cleanses perfectly, its gentle, and you cant beat the smell.

I used this shampoo through my entire childhood and it left my hair very clean and it is very gentle. Gets rid of all the dirt and build up.
I now use it to clean my brushes and I LOVE it. Gets them clean and strips all the makeup. Leaves my brushes smooth, soft and CLEAN.
I bought a travel sized bottle and clean my brushes after every use and I'm not even 1/3 through it yet. (I've had it for two months or so.)
You need such a small amount and it does so much!
Will always repurchase and might even start using it on my own hair again to really give it a good cleaning.

I alternate this with others when my hair doesn't need anything special or to lightly cleanse. It leaves it soft and clean.

I use this shampoo to clean my makeup brushes about once every other week and I'm obsessed with it! This leaves my brushes feeling soft, and it removes every bit of makeup that remained in the brushes from application. I even travel with a tiny bottle of this stuff! I honestly don't know what I would do without it!

I like to use this to clean my make-up brushes. It leaves them super soft and clean, and takes out all of the product which is great. You really have to make sure you get all the soap out, though (esp. out of those big fluffy brushes or kabukis) because it'll leave them feeling dull and grimy against your skin. Works really well though... big bottle is cheap on $, which is also great. I've even seen it at the dollar store for a few dollars cheaper.

I bought some baby lotion the other day for nostalgia's sake and it came with a generous sample of baby shampoo. When I was spending some time at a friend's cabin, I decided to take it with me to wash my face with. I haven't looked back since. Baby shampoo cleanses my skin of all oil, dirt, and especially makeup! It's gentle so I can really lather it on my skin and wash my makeup off without the stinging pains(It's "tear-free" but I never really test it out, I just know it's gentle enough to put near my eyes). This shampoo basically gives me a clean slate for my moisturizer and my tea tree oil. I have cystic pimples pop up here and there, as well as some whiteheads that come and go a couple times a month. Baby shampoo has my skin clearer than it was when I was using several benzoyl peroxide/salicylic acid cleansers. I still have a benzoyl peroxide cleanser on hand for when my skin really acts up and cleansing isn't enough, I need to medicate but 99.5% of the time, I'm faithful to my huge orange bottle. I've bought the huge bottle three times now, in the past year. It sets me back about five dollars a bottle which lasts me months. Compare that to $10-$30 I was paying for cleansers before. My philosophy is that cleansers just stay on your skin for a very short time and all they can really do is CLEANSE. I'd much rather invest in products that stay on my skin afterwards. I'll be a lifelong user, for sure.

Not only do I use this to clean my brushes, but to clean my face, too. This has helped me clear up my acne tremendously. I struggle with painful, cystic acne and this started drying the acne out the next morning. It doesn't dry my face out (granted, I have oily skin) and is very gentle. Once I forgot to wear moisturizer on my face on a hot summer day (90+) and my face was less greasy than it is with moisturizer. So it helped control my oiliest, too. I tried this to remove eye make up, but I didn't feel it being too efficient for eyeliner removal.
Side note: I use the Up & Up (Target generic) brand and it smells great and works great. Its less than $3 for quite a large bottle, too. Please try this multi-purpose product out!

LOVE this as a makeup brush cleaner! Super cheap and easy to find. Cleans my brushes nicely and for the price, this is what I'm going to use for a long time! :)

I thought I was the only one who uses this for makeup brushes...turns out I'm wrong, obviously. It's great at washing off and removing all traces of foundation off my foundation brush (which has white bristles) and makes it look good as new every time!
My technique is to pour it on one hand, add a little water, and rub the brush in a circular motion on my hand.
