Yummm, I've used this one for ages.
I bought like 3 of the smaller sized ones, because I couldn't commit to using the big one. And yes, the smaller ones are much easier to tote around.

But I finally got a large one, and now I'm on my SECOND large tub of this Mango Body Butter!

My mom hates the scent, but I don't mind. She's a very floral person.

It's a strong, straight up, artificial-esque Mango scent. Very sweet. Someone commented on me a few years back saying it smelled like an air freshener, haha!!

I still love this, and I always go back to it. Recently, I've noticed that it was a tad sticky after use, but I love it anyway.

This has always been my favourite scent.

I love this product! The consistancy is quite thick and luxurious and it is very moisturing, making my skin feel wonderfully smooth and glossy following application and leaving a slight sheen. The packaging could perhaps be a little nicer to do justice to the product but this can easily be overlooked. By far the best thing about this body butter is the smell, it is beautiful! Unfortunately I have recently discovered the strawberry flavour and think I have been converted!

My favourite body butter from TBS - great smell, really moisturises my skins in the winter and comes in a big tub. I buy a tub of this every winter and it saves my skin from drying out.

i actually got this as a gift last christmas so i dont know how much it was. i do like this body butter. very moisturizing. smells great. everytime i use it, i cant help but keep sniffing it because it smells awesome! i dont know why some people dislike the smell or consider it too strong, i believe it is just peerrfect. i've used this mainly as a hand cream and have yet to try it for my body. yes, surprising i have not used it on my body after a year. i admit i neglected this, but this past summer, i really really loved it and i've only used a little. Hence, i used it mainly as a hand cream. i have used it on my arms and i never need or feel like i need to reapply this after wearing it for a few hours. my friends love this as well. they always ask to use this and likewise, they love the smell and how well it moisturizes. i am so very glad my sister gave this to me as a gift. =)

this is a good body butter. I am a huge fan of TBS body butters because of their great moisturization and because the company invests in empowering women in third world countried. This BB does no really smell like mango, more like a generic scent. But it does moisturize very well. I have purchased several tubs of this product for the winter time because I find it sometimes moisturizes better than the brazil nut BB. I sometimes even put some satsuma fragrance oil into this scent of BB to boost the fragrance properties of it.

LIke most Body Shop butters mango has a very strong smell that can be an issue for those who aren't a fan of it. When I apply it to my whole body I skip perfume as it tends to clash. I'm not saying it's a bad smell, it's just strong. However, it's VERY moisturizing and I used it religiously during my second pregnancy and didn't get any stretch marks. Since this is for dry skin, a little goes a long way and one tub will last quite a while, so I feel the price is more than justified. I reccomend this for pregnant mothers. Shea is also supposed to be great but I don't like the smell so much and this worked just as well for me.

This is the first TBS boby butter I ever tried and it has become a staple in my skincare regimine. I also love the coconut butter, brazil nut butter and shea butter versions. The scent is great but can be an issue if your perfume is not complimentary. I highly recommend these butters for dry skin and a little goes a really long way so the price is ok but I still try to wait for their big sales to stock up. These run circles around the BBW butters.

I got a sample of this with a purchase a while ago and just finally got around to using it. The smell is nice, I didn't find it too overpowering and my fiance liked it as well. It took forever to absorb into my skin though! I've never had that with any other Body Butters and I've got quite a few. I'm not sure if I will purchase this, if I do it'll be the small size and I'll buy it in the spring, because it's a very summery scent.

The body shop's body butters are probably my favorite moisturizer and the mango flavor is one of my favorites too!

I got this as a gift. The body butter is very moisturizing and slightly on the greasy side - which I don't mind. I am not sure if I like the smell. My DH said it smelled nice, but there is something odd - I can't put my finger on it. Not sure if I will purchase mango when my gift runs out...

I love this body butter from The Body Shop! It's so creamy and moisturizing. The texture is fantastic. A little goes a long way so when that is considered the price is not that bad. I use this on a daily basis in the fall and winter when my dry skin is in desperate need of a good body butter/body lotion.

The scent is lovely. Fruity and fresh! Love it. It's not overpowering at all in my opinion.

I'd definitely repurchase it if I had a The Body Shop near me. I bought this while on vacation in Germany. I will be sad once I finish it.

I think this has been mentioned a lot already, but I find this mango scent just far, far too overpowering for me. I did apply it all over my body for a while, but after I realised the nausea I was feeling was from the scent, I tried just on my hands for a while. Still, nausea was imminent. If you are sensitive to scents in the least (and I am normally not...) I would really, really recommend you stay AWAY from this. Because it might smell fantastic in the store, but taking it home is another matter entirely

I love the sweet mango scent of this, it reminds me of childhood, somehow and of summer.

I use this one as a hand creme, mainly because of the scent being rather strong if applied all over the body. Though, occasionally, when I feel like smelling of mango, I apply it all over. As a hand creme it is wonderful. Just a small amount and your hands are left well moisturised and soft. As a body butter, you have to be careful and apply just a small amount or it will never, ever sink into your skin.

Only thing I have against it is that it contains a lot of things I don't know what it is. I prefer products that are as natural as possible.

I love the price/quality balance of this one. It's very rich and fine smelling butter with another combo of good moisturizing ingredients in it.
I especially love to use it with Fairy Dust perfume, because I find scents quite similar and it tones down that synthetic note that sometimes appear in fragrance. It's not overpowering, but mango scent lasts, is quite intense and very creamy.

If you are looking for a thick moisturizing for your skin that smells good, you will find that The Body Shop body butters might be a good option. I absolutely love mangos, and i find the smell of this body butter were settle and nice. I love mixing this body butter with the coconut one. A very tropical scent. If you like mangoes, definetely check this one out.

A friend bought me this as a gift. Not a good one.

The mango smell is WAYYYYYYYYY too over powering for me. It is very sweet and makes me feel a little bit sick!
It absorbs well but can be a little sticky. It is quite hard in the tub so has to be rubbed between hands before applied on legs etc.
I can't wait to get to the bottom of the tub-just so I don't feel ungrateful!

This is more suitable for normal skin. Baught because I do have very dry skin and it didn't work for me. But as the smell goes it smells really nice. The sweetness can be overbearing in the long-run. Smells more like mango candy, than the actual fruit.

I really like this body butter for my dry skin! I think it's less suitable for people with normal skin, but as it says on the container, it's meant for (very?) dry skin. I didn't love the mango smell at first, because I was used to the more fresh smelling Raspberry and Satsuma body butters, but after a few uses the smell grew on me and I'm really loving it now!

I am usually a huge fan of Body Shop body butters. I love how moisturizing they are and how great they smell (the cocoa butter... yum!). The mango version of this product seemed different compared to the other body butters I have tried from the Body Shop. It was very thick and it took forever for my skin to absorb it. A gross film was left on top of my skin after using this, even if I put it on right after I jumped out of the shower. I would have to use a towel and wipe down my skin after using this and waiting ten minutes or so, as all of the product wouldn't absorb and I would be left feeling sticky. It's too bad, as both my fiance and I loved the mango scent. Maybe the Body Shop will change the formula, as they have recently done with the coconut version, and these issues could be resolved...
