I have used these masks quite a lot in the past and i love them. Today i used the tea tree & peppermint cloth mask, I have used this one quite a lot before and always had great results but today i only had it on a few minutes and i felt like my face was burning rather than tingling so i had to go and take it off, When i did my whole face was BRIGHT RED i've never had this before so i splashed it with cold water and left it. It's now took about 30mins to calm down. I just find it unusual that i used these all the time without a problem. I will try another type next time and hope it doesn't happen again.

Tried the Self-heating jasmine & strawberry, instruction to leave it on for 5 mins. I also patch-tested it on the inside of my arm first before use. A couple of hours later my face itched like mad, kept on itching the whole day even after I washed it twice. The next day broke me out. Now a week later I'm still dealing with it. Absolutely hate it. Would give 0 lippie if it's allowed.

i love these things! the exfoliating one smells like PEZ, and after i let it dry and then massage it again and rinse it makes my hands smell like PEZ too! its wonderful! the strawberries and cream is delightful as well. my skin feels so soft and smooth after i use these. theyre like 99 cents each and i dont even end up using the whole package on my face so i get about 3-4 uses out of each package, i just tape them closed after each use.

A friend and I tried 2 of these masks over the weekend. We used one on each side of our face. On the right side, we put the Red Hot Earth Sauna Masque and on the left side of our faces we put Dead Sea Anti-Stress Mud Masque. Neither of us liked the red hot sauna mask as much - it felt a bit too warming and just stayed sticky on our faces (but I am used to masks that dry). I felt it was especially too warm but my skin is sensitive from Retin-A use. I just kept hoping it wouldn't get any warmer than it did because it felt a little irritating to my skin. It seemed to remove about the same amount of junk from our pores as the dead sea mask. The dead sea mask dried like the Queen Helene mint julep mask. Both masks removed black heads from the tops of pores. I only wished the dead sea mask was as bright blue as the woman's face on the package looks! :) Both masks were easy to wash off and left our faces soft. The next morning, we felt like our skin looked calm and was smooth. There was enough left in the packages for more uses. I am going to try more of these masks. I won't repurchase the warming mask, but maybe the dead sea mask. I do wish they came in tubes. That was the first time in ages that I had used a mask because I didn't really think they did much, but I believe now that they do have benefit. If nothing else, they are fun.

I tried the Ultra Moisture Masque for Intensive Deep Rehydration. It comes in a pack of 3 sachets that are used individually. I could use each one twice, so that's a total of 6 uses from one 'pack'. The cream was purple and it smelt strongly but it wasn't too unpleasant.
I woke up the next day, the cream had been fully absorbed and my face felt supply and smooth. No breakouts.
EDIT: I'm lowering this to 3 lippies because it did aggravate my acne above my brow. I'll be using this on my other areas. Won't repurchase when I'm done with it.

I love these! I wasn't expecting much considering the price, but they really are some of the best d/s masks. my favourite is the AHA mask, which is creamy and smells like berries. it always smooths my skin and hydrates it. doesn't break me out or irritate my senstive skin.

First of all they are easy to find and pretty darn cheap in comparison to other masks out there
second, the quality varies for me with each of their masks, while I found the mud mask incredibly drying it would be ok if u have oily skin, my fave is the strawberries and cream mask, it makes my skin feel hydrated and smooth, it doesn't sting or irritate at all and while the results aren't spectacular it is a really great everyday mask which is all i asked of it!
EDIT: Just dont try the ceramides mask if you are acne prone, it totally broke me out

I love these masks, they deeply cleanse my pores and leave my skin feeling super soft. I use the dead sea minerals(i really don't mind the smell), skin treats: avocado, cucumber, and strawberry jasmine mask (all three of these masks contain tea tree for acne prone skin). I manage to get 4 uses out of each mask. Montagne Jeunesse makes such great masks, hopefully they create masks in a tube- anyways i will continue to buy their products in the package...

Finally had the courage to pick up these totally unattractive and corny-looking masques from the corner of Wal-Mart. There are several reasons why I picked them up: 1. They're inexpensive. I wouldn't say they're dirt cheap, that title belongs to Queen Helene at $2.39 for a huge tube.2. It says it offers gentle cleansing and hydration at the same time. Great because Mint Julep Mask is too drying in winter.3. The reviews I read here are very convincingTo my surprise, they are lovely! Didn't break me out at all. Just as great as department-store products, if not better! I tried the following two products:
Gel Cream Masque: Really improves dullness. Skin felt hydrated, clean, plump, and pore size has gone down. Smells nice (Strawberry and Cream). Texture is a bit runny, it won't run off your face, just make sure your face is dry before you put it on. Great for normal, combination, and slightly dry skin.Zen Flower Sensitive Masque: Stage 1 is the masque, stage 2 is the serum. The mask offers very gentle cleansing, and is very calming. Redness has gone down, pore size has gone down, and feels refreshed. It is also very hydrating, if the gel cream masque is not hydrating enough for you, try this. The serum is also very lovely, really helps lock in the moisture, and doesn't feel greasy.

I love these masks! especially the 5 minute ones that come as a cloth mask that you just slap on for 5 mins then take off and throw away...no mess. These masks do tingle from the mint extractc they have in it, but it's not a burning it's a refreshing cooling tingle that lasts after you take the mask off. Does irritate my sensitive acne prone skin either. Love these, i'm only buying these masks from now on.
UPDATE: I got the new chocolate mask....left my skin super soft and even toned, smells great too! I have super sensitive skin and this mask left my skin calm with no redness.

After all the rave reviews about this product, I took the leap and decided to give it a shot! (I've snubbed it so many times because the packaging does honestly look tacky) I tried the Dead Sea Mud Mask and was hoping it would make my pores smaller or do something 'magical' (as so many people have claimed!) but it didn't! It was just alright - nothing special, nothing spectacular, didn't make my skin smoother or glowy as other people have claimed, or help extract any impurities. It just made my skin feel firmer, though it felt really tight, dry and 'stretched' after I used it. The packaging wasn't the greatest thing either. It's really hard to cut apart (I took care of that with a scissors) and it's pretty pricey if you think about it (I got three uses out of mine but it would be so much cheaper to just get a tub or tube of mask which would definitely last longer!)It only cost about $4 AUD on its own. I will definitely not repurchase but stick to my Neutrogena Clay Cleanser/Mask instead!

Bought the 2-part sensitive skin mask because my skin has been acting up lately. Never used MJ before, but they were dirt cheap, and it was only 1 use, so at least if it wasn't that great I didn't have to add it to my "beauty product graveyard" after a few uses (yes, that's what I call it ladies lol). This mask was actually very good, and I loved that they even provided an accompanying moisturiser as a finishing touch. It's a non-drying mask, which I'd never used before, so the wet consistency was weird but it felt really refreshing, had very little-to no scent, and the product amount in both sections of the sachet, was, IMHO, enough for TWO uses, not just one. So lots of bang for your buck and a half. Left my skin extremely soft and radiant. If my skin starts acting up again I'm definately going to buy some more of these babies.

The only one I use in this is the Dead Sea Mud Mask as it is a personal favourite of mine. I am not too fond of the smell and it does sting a little when first applied, but the results are superb! My skin is firm, glowing and the pores are so tight! It soothes my skin and makes me look refreshed, even though I had been working amazingly long hours and felt exhausted. I hate the packaging and would rather get a huge tub/bottle instead of these little sachets, but otherwise it's a great product.
P.S. The cucumber peel mask is an absolute waste of money and smells revolting, like glue, by the time you go to peel it off. My skin is too sensitive to use the heated masks, but if yours isn't you might want to give it a try. I've heard good things about the strawberry mask, but sadly my local stores don't stock it. Therefore my verdict rests in favour of the Dead Sea Mud mask.

I have moderate/severe acne skin and I tried them ALL. The only one that I like is the exfoliating peach & walnut one (My favorite) The deep sea one was ok but i didn't see noticeable results from it - usually the minute i wash it off i feel good but my skin gets dull after a few hours. The strawberry one was a bit too creamy and I think i almost got more oily skin from it for some reasons. The face Tonic ones (with the cloth that goes directly on your face) were once again only 5 minute miracles - they only make your skin look good for 5 minutes before getting dull again. The Exfoliating mask on the other hand, really helps get rid of my dead skin/pigmentation which is what i need.

Love the Deap Sea Mud Mask! I use it whenever I have a particulary bad flareup of pimples, dullness....low self esteem. HAHA. This mask makes my face feel really good, so I put the darn thing on just for a little pick me up, even.
Sad to say Target doesn't seem to be selling it anymore, but I stocked up on this (for 32 cents ea!!) when they were clearancing the brand. I can still find at Longs, though. Thank Goodness!!

after reading all the glaring reviews here i decided to try the mud pack for stress and i was pretty disappointed. while it didnt do harm to my skin, it didnt do anything good either. so in short it did nothing thus making it useless. i'll stick with avon pore-fection which is working beautifully.
