Great liquid liner but I have a love/hate relationship with the felt tip. I like most felt tip applicators, but this one is on the shorter side and a little wider. I find it a bit easier to make mistakes with...and if you make a mistake it is a pain to fix. The stuff stays put and doesn't budge which makes it great for long wear but a downside if you're trying to fix a mistake. I would recommend this product, but, not to people who are new to liquid liner.

RECOMMEND! This is the best drugstore eyeliner you can buy hands down! So im a fan of felt tip i loove this its easy to apply one coat then another closer to my lashes i agree with other comments if you do go over it alot it will erase so if this happens wait let dry and the apply thats the key other wise yea its a mess but deff recommend especially over almay i rate a 5 star based on drugstore brand but compared to macs liquid its 4 stars...

Love this eyeliner! Been using it for my cat eyes lately. I work 9 hour days in the heat outdoors and it doesn't fade, at all! No smudging, no creasing.
The felt tip is great and I have tons of control over the line that I create. I have no trouble making the exact line I want. I had a problem before with liquid liners, particularly Maybelline Great Liner, where it's almost impossible to get the line you want, and when you do, it dries super shiny and then flakes off.
Revlon dries matte and stays exactly as you applied it. Not hard to remove at all.

Great eyeliner for the price. It does not flake and is easy to apply. Best drugstore liquid liner I have tried. It does smudge a little bit but it's not a big deal. The pigment isn't too dark which I like because it looks more natural.

i love how black this eyeliner is and the brush is very sturdy. it lasts all day but is a pain to remove with just washing your face with a cleanser, so i would have to use an eye makeup remover to get rid of it. it also smudges on me so i'm not repurchasing this.i prefer the loreal and maybelline one.

This liquid liner is GREAT! I have it in blackest black and it's seriously one of the best liners I've ever tried. Once you apply it it dries really fast and the staying power is amazing. I don't understand the reviews saying that it fades away quickly. I do my cat eye in the morning, go to school for 8 hours then go to work for another 6 and the liner is still on and the line is just has defined has in morning. The felt tip is pretty thich so if I want to thicken my lash line I use a eyeliner brush, dab some product on it and fill in my upper and lower lash line.
Bottom line, one of the best drugstores liquid liners I've ever tried, highly recommend!

I was using the colorstay liquid eyeliner pen, which is a MUCH better product. The applicator tip on this version is way too thick, and it's impossible for me to get a smooth, straight line, appropriate for daytime without it looking too Elvira.

This liner in Blackest Black used to be my former eyeliner HG for years. It has a really nice formula, is super black, and had fantastic staying power (best to re,ove with oil remover). The only thing that frustated me was that it was hard to get a fine and thin line with this (for those days I wanted very suble definition). The felt tip brush is too thick for that look and performs the best for thicker liner looks imo. Even so, I was content with it's other perks until I found PF eyebooster pen (a product I can do very dramatic and very subtle looks with plus has the pros this product has).
So overall, it's a great product and I loved it for the time I used it but I found something else that suits me better.

although this is only the second liquid liner ive ever had, it was absolutely amazing! the color is perfect, jet black with the tiniest hint of shimmer. i love it and it is smooth, doesnt smudge and the tip is felt so it is very easy to apply and to do a tiny line if you want, may be a tad pricey depending on where you get it but its totes worth it!

I have used liquid liners for as long as a I can remember, mostly drugstore brands as I can't afford anything more expensive. I have heard a lot of good things about this eyeliner, how pigmented it is, its lasting power, etc. The last one I was using was the L'oreal Telescopic Liquid Eyeliner, and while it had excellent staying power, dried very shiney, and tended to flake on me. So I decided to switch over to Revlon Colorstay cuz who knows, maybe it would end my search for the ultimate LE?
Wrong. First off, I'd like to mention, that the staying power is ok. It will generally stay on most of the day if you don't rub your eyes or anything, and will smudge just a tiny bit at the corner of my eyes at the end of the day. The pigment is ok too; came out matte which is what i wanted. However, if you need to go over the line you made a few times, it will erase it. And if you like to make dark lines like i do, this gets annoying because of the constant re-dipping you'll need to do.
The thing I wanted to mention in particular is the BURNING. Thee second i applied the liner, it felt like my eyelid was on fire. Thankfully, it went away after it dried, so I thought it was just a temporary thing. Besides it dried wonderfully matte which i loveeeed. So i didn't think much about it. At the end of the day I took it off with eye makeup remover and went to bed.
The next morning, i woke up. To my horror, my eyelids felt raw and looked red. The thing is, I had tried falsies on a few days prior, and hadn't removed them properly so i thought it had something to do with that. I continued to use the liner, and the rawness and redness never went away. To make things worse, I know have scabs forming on my eyelids, and weird patchy spots, as if my eyelids were peeling off dead skin.
In a nutshell, I had a horrible experience with this liner...eyeliner should never burn, and burn so bad that scabs form! I have never encountered this before and it is freaking the crap out of me. The search continues for the perfect liner....maybe i will try the Physician's Formula one.

One of my friend got this product first and she recommended to me. Then recently I finally bought black one. I was excited to use it. I actually like. This is very nice black and stay longer than other liquid eye liner. I think that is not difficult to use. However, only thing I dislike about this product, felt tip is too hard to me. A little bit hurts, when I write my eyeline.

This product is fantastic for a cat eye! The sharp tip makes it very easy to apply. It's long lasting (it even lasted through the rain on me!), it dries quickly once applied AND it's easily removable. Perfect for me, I just wish the bottle was bigger :)

This is a horrible liner next to elf's liquid liner this is the worst. I've tried it several different times in different ways, e/s no e/s it dries way too quick which is great I don't mind that but when I go over the line to thicken it or to finish it it flakes. Also if you go over it it seems to come off I've looked in the mirror before and 1/4 of my winged liner was gone. Needless to say I chucked it was of my $8, I could've got 2 gallons of gas instead I got this big regret. I've gone back to my gel liner which gives me no problems at all.

this is definitely the WORST liquid eyeliner i have ever used by far. i ran out of my other eyeliner, so i went to the store to buy some more, but it was sold out so i decided to try this stuff. first of all, it was $7.99 which is pretty expensive compared to other liquid eyeliners that iv'e used and loved. so i'm thinking wow this stuff must be really good. NO. i put it on and it lasts literally no longer than 25 minutes. it smudges incredibly easy, it cracks, it fades SUPER fast, if you want it on all day, well then you're going to have to reapply it every 15-25 minutes. DO NOT BUY!!!! iv'e used alot of eyeliners and i promise you, this one is very disappointing.
my two favorites that last almost all day are Maybelline line stilleto liquid eyeliner ($7.99) and Wet n' Wild mega liquid eyeliner in waterproof ($3.99) these will do great even if you're running around all day! :)

This is definitely my go-to, staple liquid eyeliner for sharp dramatic winged looks. I like the packaging and formulation. The tip stays intact...I've found that some other products have tips that bend easily or shed thready fibers that can cause an imperfect/stray line. The consistency is quite good, not too runny or too thick. The colour, blackest black, is a very true deep black that doesn't fade on me. I do have moderately oily lids and this will last the entire day, without smudging onto the skin above my crease. I will repurchase...I own both expensive and inexpensive makeup and this is one of those items that is very high value for money. I won't be buying a $20 liquid eyeliner while this is still available.

This is a great liner as long as you don't want to use it near your tear ducts, because once your eyes water a teeny tiny bit, its all over the place. A big smudgy mess. Otherwise a decent liner. The line it creates is very precise and the black is dark. Might want to wait until lids are completely dry before using eyelash curler, or liner will come right off in the center. Lasts all day, no flaking or smudging as long as your eyes stay dry.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this liquid liner! Its my favorite and works great! The applicator of the liner brush is very simple and easy to control. I like to use the brownish black one for a less dramatic and more neutral look. I wouls definitely purchase this again!

This is definitely my HG liquid liner. It is long lasting, easy to apply and the color really is a true black. My favorite part about it is the applicator, because it is short and fairly stiff, which gives you a lot of control over the line. I have gone through several of these and always repurchase. It is a great, great product.
