LOVE THIS. Seriously. I've never used it as a primer because as a primer it's not visible to me after I add liquid foundation. However, it's an amazing highlighter. Stipple it on with your foundation stippling brush and it gives an unbelievable glow. Half a pump is enough. Gorgeous!

I love this so so so much as a primer an a higlighter.
If you're having issues with the color being white, mix a little of this with a little foundation...and it'll be the perfect color and texture for a subtle hilight. My friend is NC40, and it looks gorgeous on her in this way. I'm NC15, so...I just apply like normal. First before foundation and then a little on the cheeks after.
It makes my face smooth and look flawless. HG!

I love this product. I mix it with all or any of my foundations and BB creams and it helps match the color to my skin and stretches the amount of foundation or BB cream that I have to use. It makes my skin look great in pictures. It works great as a highlighter as well. I bought this product on a whim and was actually very happy with it.

At first this was a nice product...glowy skin and no breakouts. After a short while it separated and no matter how much shaking it squirted out pure liquid. No more creamy substance just water. It went into the trash.

Even though this is advertised as a "primer" I use it most as a highlighter.
I use this EVERY day and it is my all time favorite highlighter. I really do not like powder highlighters as I find they are always shimmery or sparkly. A normal person's face does not shimmer or sparkle! This product has a pearly finish that looks much more natural on the skin. And when I say natural I mean that most people won't notice you have shimmer on your face, just a natural glow.
I use about a pump of this and I use it on the tops of my cheekbones and onto my brow bone, down the bridge of my nose, and on my cupid's bow. My skin tends to look more dull and dry in the winter so I like to use this to make me look less flat.
Unlike benefit high beam and girl meets peart, this is pretty much a white highlighter, whereas HB and GMP have more of a pinky undertone to them.
If you don't want to drop double the price for benefit's girl meets pearl or high beam, I would definitely try this out. I got it for around 12 USD at my local Ulta, but you can buy it pretty much wherever l'oreal is sold.

This is an average primer, it doesn't really do much. i bought it at ultra for 2 dollars and at first I hated but saw online that people who didn't like it as a primer LOVE it as a highlighter. I completely agree this makes such a beautiful highlight, it has a shimmer to it and definitely highlights the places where its put, I can't complete my facial routine without adding this, not the best primer but one of the best highlighters in a drugstore!

I am NW10 (ish) with combination skin type. I tried this primer and it does have a beautiful luminescence but the the "glow" it gave me was white. I thought I had used to much so the next time I used less and it still just gave me a white cast under my foundation. It does smooth out the skin and allows the foundation to sit nicely but for my skin tone it just wasn't for me. Also, the primer is expensive for a DS and how much you actually get in the bottle.
Age: 30-35 Skin: Combination, Fair-Medium Hair: Blond Eyes: Blue
Love this, alone or in combo with the foundation. It doesn't 'correct' the way some other primers do, but it gives a stunning, pearly glow to my complexion. I love it!

I was very pleasantly surprised by this product. I bought it on a whim and somehow didn't expect too much from it.... but it turned out to be possibly one of the best make up purchases I have ever made. It works fantastic as a primer and as a highlighter. I apply it under my foundation and it gives me that *lit from within* appearance. I love it! If I feel like it, I'll dot some more product on my cheekbones and on my brow bone but VERY slightly because my skin is already glowy. One pump is enough for the entire face and it looks very pearly and white but on the face it just looks like you have healthy skin. Will most definitely repurchase!

I was never interested in glowy skin until I tried the Smashbox Hydrating primer. Once I saw the gorgeous effect, I became obsessed. Unfortunately, the full size of the Smashbox was $42. So I set out to find a cheaper alternative. This came up and had overall good reviews. I've used for 3 days now & haven't had any skin reactions.
When I use this in combination with L'Oreal Translucide setting powder, my skin looks glowy & like I'm not wearing any makeup. I absolutely love it.
Only con is the tiny bottle. I'm already feeling the need to buy backups & I'm not that kind of person
