This is a fairly good drugstore brand liquid eyeliner. The formulation is quite thin and liquidy, which gives me mixed feelings about whether I like it or not. The good thing about it being thin is that it glides on very easily. The bad is that it doesn't dry fast enough and it sometimes ends up on my upper eye lid or crease if I blink too quickly before it dries. The brush tip is very fine and is good for those who want to draw a thin eyeline. The handle is also long enough so that you can hold it with good control. The product is quite long lasting, and there's no smudging at the end of the day. It also comes off easily with regular eye makeup remover. The only reason why I wouldn't repurchase is that it doesn't dry fast enough.

I'm not fussy about liquid eyeliners really. This is the first one bought and took a little while to get used to. Th first few times using it were really fustrating but as I'm now used to it, its possible to do nice thin lines with it. Its not waterproof but I've only found this a problem once. It lasts a long time as I've been using it nearly every school day for about 8 months before it began to run out. I bought glam eyes to replace afterwards as the shop I usually go to didn't have it in stock. I think there will be other liquid eyeliners though which are better and cheaper so I wouldn't really recommend it if your expecting something great.

I hated the brush on this, I had used Rimmel Exaggerate liquid eyeliner before, and decided i would try this one out. I didn't like that it was so thin because it didn't give me a thinner line, it just made it difficut to apply. The brush would bend and flick eyeliner all over my eyes, or it would slip and leave messy lines which i would have constantly try and fix with a cotten bud. When applied it was fine, it lasted long and didn't flake off, but the effort to actually get it on was not worth it. I would get a lot better results from an eyeliner with a thicker brush.

I have this in silver. This was my first liquid eyeliner, so it was challening learning how to use it without making a mess at first. Once I got the hang of it, it was a fun one to use. I'm not a fan of liquids in general, I don't like the cold sensation they go on with, and this one always felt a little heavy or even sticky on if applied on the thicker side. Sometimes it could dry flaky if I used too much. It's a fine line (no pun intended) between getting enough on there to see and too much. Not a bad product though, if you're a fan of liquids, I'm just not.

was my first liquid eyeliner so the thin brush tip took getting used to. once you get used to it, theres def more you can do with it compared to felt-tip liquid eyeliners. only reason im not buying it agian is because it makes my left eye (yeh just my left) sting really bad and its not waterproof. i might try the exaggerate liquid eyeliner instead

Was rather difficult to apply product due to its realli thin and long brush tip, but with some practice and stablising my hand, i managed to do draw a nice line daily.. only thing too little product, yet most of it is deposited on the brush and i had to wipe it off. wasteful wasteful..
Easy to remove, but also smudges a little on my upper lid if I dont wipe off the brush before applyin. No worries, a Q tip will do the work ;)
was thinking of getting Loreal intensique liquid liner but it was AUD 22, this was going for less than ten bucks here in melbourne!
So buck for the buy, rather good quality and I will continue buying it if I'm on budget.

I've already found my HG liquid liner in MAC's Liquidlast, but this is my HG back-up for days when I don't feel like having to scrape my eyelids raw to remove my liner at the end of the nite. (I guess I should just invest in an oil-based remover for my Liquidlast, huh?)
I love, love, love this product! The packaging and brush are identical to Make Up Forever's (quote, unquote) "waterproof" liquid liner, but I've found that Rimmel performs so much better, not to mention, it's $15 cheaper. I can do my eyeliner in 5 minutes flat with this stuff, and if I make a mistake, it's easily fixed with warm water on a q-tip. At the end of the nite, it comes off easily, but (for me, at least) it lasts ALL day. I've even fallen asleep in it and still had it on in the morning.
For the people who've experienced flaking, or had it smudge easily, I think the key is to apply ONE light coat. It dries quickly, and if you go over the same area more than once, you can have flaking. But if you keep it simple, and apply it correctly, it works wonders.

I bought this about a couple of weeks ago. Its dark and I liked it, but the first day I used it, I tested it. When I did, it came off completely with one wipe. I was mad. I thought I would wait a few days for the formula to dry a bit. I did and I tested it again. It was still bad. I tested it with another liquid eyeliner that I got for like 2 dollars, and the cheap liner completely beat it. I will never buy this eyeliner again.

I would rather prefer Urban Decay's eyeliner in Perversion but i dont have all that money to spend and so the rimmel professional liquid eyeliner in ebony does just as well except that i find the brush to be a little to thin and soo then i have so keep go over the line to make it thicker. But besides that its a good product and would definetely repurchase

I got this because I'm looking for a HG liquid liner and I'm quite in love with this product tbh.
The rather watery consistency and very thin brush could take a little getting used to, but it's worth it for perfect results in the end.
This lasts me a whole day in rather hot conditions (in summer) and does not transfer to my upper eyelid, I never believed in an eye primer.. lol. It dries quickly too and does not appear "cakey" when you apply alot of layers.
However, like most liquid liners, I find that too much product is deposited on the brush which means I have to wipe it, sigh.

I LOVE this eyeliner. It's the first eyeliner I've tried that stays on all day and does not transfer to my upper eyelid. I also love that it's so cheap in comparison with most of the products I use and I have noticed that it goes on sale quite often! I used to use mac paint pots, the new mac pen liner--which on a side note is suppose to transfer but totally does--and stila smudge pots...and they all pale in comparison to this eyeliner! In conclusion,
loves it.

My HG liquid eyeliner all the way!!! I LOVE liquid eye liner on my top lids as I find any pencil just fades and smudges. After trying many many many liquids I discovered this one and adore it. The colour is a fantastic true shade of black with no grey hues. Very easy to apply, dries quickly, and stays put (I always apply eye primer, that may contribute), doesn't smudge/flake, and removes easily. The price is very right too. I often pick it up for $5 or less on sale.

Ladies...I'm just not sold on this liquid liner. I gave it two lippies because it is inexpensive and easy to apply...that pretty much sums it up. I don't have greasy lids. I always apply a primer and loose powder. My eyeshadow stays put all day and night, but this liner skips and I always have to apply two to three coats to get a solid black line. I also find that it is transfers to the inner corner of my eyes...yuck. I will continue my search in finding the perfect liquid liner.

Would buy this again at good price. For a relatively chaeap eyeliner has impressive staying power. lasted through a session in the pool ,humid weather and an eye exam which involved putting in a dye and then flushing the eyes after. The optometrist was impressed and so was I. One off for the difficult application..

This eyeliner always leaks into my eye and makes it go black!!
Aside from that, the precision is superb, the color is very lovely and over the brush may be a little tricky to use at first, but then gives you a very nice precise line.

My most thing hated in make-up is when eyeliner runs! This product stays on from the gym to the perfect evening out. I am 14 and I need something that isn't too thick and cakey that is why I bought it. The reason I bought it is b/c it has a thin applicator which I love! I get comments on my eyeliner all the time! The fact that it is fast and easy to put on is plus also.

I really like this eyeliner because it's hard to find a true thin brush applicator these days. The other brands are moving to the felt tip which I just can't stand. The handle of the applicator brush is a little harder for me to control because of the odd shape, it's not quite a cone but not quite straight at the bottom with a ridge. It is very long lasting and goes on smoother than the other liquid eyeliner I had been using. I also like that it's Opthamologically tested, as I have sensitive eyes. This is currently the best liquid eyeliner I have found in the "drug store" cosmetics world. I would definitely recommend it and plan on continuing to use it. I have found that I prefer Rimmel eyeliner and eyeshadows to the other brands.

I am 32 and i have used liquid eyeliner exclusively for 20 years. I have tried, minimum, 50% of all liquid eyeliners: YSL, Channel, MAC, Estee Lauder, Lancome, Clinique, loreal , just about every brand.
I LOVE THIS PRODUCT! The liquid is perfect - no complaints at all. And THE BRUSH, the brush is amazing. i have never- in 20 years- been able to put eyeliner on this quick and with such precision. The brush could be used to paint portraits on grains of rice - yea i love it that much.
