What a wonderful brush, perfect for packing extra mmu fdn as a concealer. As my liver spots cover a large area, this brush gives an even coverage to a larger area. And, of course, its excellent to prime the eyelid as well. I am going to get 2 more for back ups.

Very nice! Extremely soft on the skin, great for applying an even wash of color, blending eye colors or conceal discolourations of the skin. However, I find that this only works for concealing if the area you conceal is even in texture. As soon as youz have bumps (i.e. pimples) or try to get into your undereye area, it just doesnīt cover that well. I still find it hard to conceal those areas even with this brush. Still, itīs a five lippie because it works great for the tasks named in the beginning.

I love this brush! It doesn't exactly do what I wanted it to though. I got it hoping to use it for blending... but it's wayyy to big to really use on my lid area (I have tiny Asian eyes). It is however, an absolute dream for highlighting and for doing an all over wash on the lid (especially to make blending over udpp and painterly easier). It also does a great job at blending out harsh lines at the edges of my eye makeup or fixing mistakes if I screw up the placement of an eyeshadow. It's very dense and soft, easy to control and super cheap. Love it.

Love this brush - just got it yesterday to use as a concealor brush (was using an old Lancome eye shadow brush which worked great, but is starting to shed becuz it's old) and this works great! I use it to apply my under eye concealor, my concealor on the sides of my nose = is dense enuf to provide wonderful coverage but not so dense as to apply powder too thickly. Bristles are super soft! This will be a highly versatile brush and I hope EM keeps it around for a long time because I won't need to re-purchase for a long time!

I am planning to buy some more.
At the moment, I just own one.
I don't find it too big for the eyes, as some reviewers stated.
As soon as this brush entered my make up world, it became one of my favorites.
I love Everyday Minerals, and I am a big fan of their brushes.
All of their brushes I've been using up to now proved to be soft and gentle.
They pick up the color really well.
And they don't shed.
I use this one for blending, in the crease, for highlighting - or for putting an eye shadow all over lid.
It's a multitasking brush.

Great brush! It's versatile, you can contour with it, apply eyeshadow, or use it as a concealer brush. It is very soft, pretty dense and a must have for mineral makeup users!

This is one of EDM best brushes and probably one of the best brushes ever created... in history :D This is so useful for so many things! This is my go to concealer brush. It get's around my eyes easily. It's so soft and dense that it gives me intense color where I need it and blends it in perfectly without scratching and tugging delicate skin around my eyes. This is also a great blending/eyeshadow brush [which I think was it's original purpose] If you are debating on whether to try brushes from EDM. Do it. If you are trying to pick a couple that you absolutley must have, this is one of them.
Edit: 04.13.2010
This is still an amazing brush. Eco Tools brushes are a great alternative [if not better] and available in Drugstores and Ulta if you don't want the hassle of shopping online. I don't believe they have a brush like this YET so it's def. a must have!

Love, love, love this brush!! I got this in my Everyday Minerals kit after reading the rave reviews on here. Not only is this good for applying a highlight color over the eyelid and browbone, but it applies mineral concealer like a dream! Instead of standard concealer brushes where you just pat or dab the stuff on, you can swirl your brush in it and actually buff it on like you do with mineral foundation. This definitely blows BE's maximum cover concealer brush out of the water! And as I said before pertaining to eye use: This is good for highlight color only IMO. I wouldn't use it for eyelid only application or on the crease. You'll need smaller brushes for those two areas. Overall, one of the best makeup brushes I've ever purchased! I agree with someone below who said that if you use mineral concealer, "You NEED this brush!"

Eye kabuki brush, where have you been all my life??
I use it to blend MMU around my eyes and nose. It's so soft, but not TOO soft that I have to mush the bristles down to get the product on my face (like MAC brushes.). This brush is FANTASTIC.

This brush is perfect. The only reason i give this 4 stars is because I don't use it for what it is intended for. I feel that this brush is way to big to apply anything non-messy on my eye lids. However, if I use this brush to apply and blend Everyday Minerals concealer under my eyes, I get FABULOUS results. Sometimes, I even contour my nose with this brush with a darker foundation color that I don't really use. This brush is AWESOME.

Fabulous brush for an awesome price!
I use the eye kabuki to apply and blend my EM Concealer and honestly it makes all the difference in the world. When using this brush, my powder concealer works better than my cream concealer!
The bamboo handle is cute and the overall design of the brush makes it comfy and fun to work with. I think EM has really done a great job with their brushes!

I have 2 of these. I use them mainly for contouring (cheeks and jawline) and spot concealing. They work pretty well for light all over shadow application as well.

This brush is one of my new absolute favorites!! If you use mineral makeup, this brush is a MUST-HAVE for applying concealer. I've used the maximum coverage concealer brush from Bare Minerals, and I've found that one cakes on the product instead of spreading/buffing it in.
This brush gently *buffs* in the product for a smooth, even coverage. I've used it with concealer, peach color correcter, and pink pick me up, and the result is gorgeous!
The quality of the brush is wonderful, the bamboo handle is eco-friendly, and the bristles are SO incredibly soft. It feels like a spa facial under your eyes!!!
This brush never sheds, washes nicely (it does take a bit longer to dry because the bristles are densely packed), and is a GREAT bargain.
Anyone who wishes to have smooth, airbrushed concealer--- YOU NEED THIS BRUSH!

Love this brush!!! I could never make EM concealers work my undereyes until now :) I can see where it is too big to use for anything but a wash of e/s, but for buffing concealer under the eyes, it's simply fantastic. Will definitely order a 2nd one to have on hand. I also love the bamboo handles & the price is right!

This brush has definitely became one of my HG brushes. Not only is it great for applying concealer around the eyes, it works very well if there are other areas around the face that you would wanna conceal too. I've had this brush for about a month now and after multiple washes, the bristles has never shed. The price is good and the quality is excellent. Without a doubt, I fully recommend this product.

Fantastic quality brush. Super soft, dense bristles. Bamboo handle which is a nice length (not too long). I use this brush for all-over eyeshadow application and blending. But on some occasions, I have used it to pat e/s on to my lid as I have a reasonable amount of eyelid space to play with. This will be a great addition to your eyeshadow brush collection, I recommend it.

Too large for eyeshadow application but this is perfect for blending your powder concealer or foundation under the eye. Soft bristles that doesn't drag on the skin either. No streaks at last - yay!

This brush is huge! too huge for anything but blending. It is great quality though; very soft and dense. It does a great job at blending and i love it for that, but i don't know if i'd buy it again.

I LOVE this BrUsH!! what i use it for is blending out harsh shadow lines or too-dark shadows. it is very soft and the handle is nice and sturdy. I would definatley reccomend this product for people who want great quality brushes, but dont want to spend alot of money. After all in the $36 dolar kit, this only cost me about 5 dollars on its own its 7, which is still a great deal!!!!!!

Price: $7- but may be cheaper depending on which custom kit you buy. (Dirt cheap for me, I bought the Super Personal Custom Kit, which lets you choose ANY 12 products you want for $50.) So for me this brush came out to be around $4!
Packaging Quality: This is EM's newest brush made from 100% recyclable bamboo, and synthetic hair.
If you have tried other EM brushes you know that the bristles are super soft. This Eye Kabuki delivers the same great quality. The bristles are soft, yet firm so you can have more control over the application of your eyeshadows. It is extremely big however. I do not have a large lid space and cannot use this as a crease brush. If you look on the EM website. It says that this brush is for "all over eye" which indicates that this is not for the crease. It is a great for putting on your all over e/s color. The bamboo handle is gorgeous and adds something different to my brush collection. I think this is a wonderful brush. It picks up color fairly well, but like the fluffy 224 brush works great for toning down your e/s if you applied it too dark. Like I said earlier, this brush is big, so it does add something different to my MAC brush collection. I don't think I have any MAC brush that can compare exactly to this brush. I did take pictures of this brush side by side to my MAC 224 & 217 for those of you that want to get an idea of how bigger the brush is. Hope this helps. Great brush to add to any mu lover collection, and so cheap!
