These Revlon eye shadows come in single shades, duos and quads. Sometimes the color doesn't last quite as long as I'd like but they are still quite good. The price can't be beat when they are on sale for 40% off at the drugstore, and with a coupon, it's a steal. They do have fewer shades overall than a cosmetic counter line. Very safe for contact lens wearers.

I thought this was average. My problem was that it made my eyes itchy. The colors are great though and it does blend smoothly.

I have this in Skinlight which is a matte flesh-like colour. The texture is nice and glides on smoothly. I can't say much about the pigmentation because the shadow is the exact same colour as my skin, so it doesn't even show up on me. I do use it to tone down or lighten the colour of other shadows or when I was a little too heavy handed. I may try some other colours in the future. ***Update: I have tried another colour "Midnight Wine/Blackberry" it's a dark plum with reddish hues. This is very nice, well pigmented. And stays all day.

I bought two; Tulip and Dreamy. Tulip is a shimmery pink color and Dreamy is a light blue/lavendar shade. They both look great esp. when applied wet.

I love this! I have it in SeaFoam which is a bright duo in green and blue. It's fairly bright so I blow on my shadow brush before appyling and it looks GREAT!

I found the packaging to be a little on the flimsy side but overall these are really great eyeshadows. I bought it in a duo set called 'fleshtones' that has a pale peachy shade along with a medium brown one. They went on super-smoothly, blended well and lasted about ten hours before they started to fade. I was really impressed, most drugstore shadows don't wear like this one and there are several matte options in this line so anyone can use them. Would highly recommend-these truly are among the highranks of drugstore eyeshadow!:)*EDIT* These have now become my fave drugstore e/s,
I just love everything about them-run out and try them if you haven't yet! :)

Wow! I just bought this in 'Sunflash' at Target on clearance (guess it is being discontinued?!) Got it for 92 cents -- you can't beat that! And it does look exactly like my NARS orgasm. I'll probably use this as a blush rather than as a shadow. But for .92, I can afford to live dangerously!

i only wish they produce more colours. the powder is fine, the pigment is strong and lasts and it doesn't run into my creases, i can't ask for more in such an affordable product.

First off I have these in Sunflash (identical to Nars Orgasm in all aspects), and the quad in Buff. These go on super smooth, have great pigment, and last all day! I tried them after seeing them in this month's Instyle as one of the best beauty buys for an inexpensive e/s. And Sunflash... OMG it is Nars Orgasm if not pretterier for 1/6 the price. I wear it as a shadow and blush-- better than Maybeline Pink Tangerine too... and everyone and their mom needs to own it! My only gripe is the packaging-- totally sucks, and I wish they would come out w/ more colors! The colors are sort of drab...otherwise a fab product.

One of the few drugstore shadows worth the effort, IMO. These shadows are gorgeously silky, richly pigmented, with lovely colours. They apply like a dream and blend perfectly, and wear really well.

These are one of the best eyeshadows at the drugstore. I'm not sure if that's saying much, since I am generally underwhelmed with the quality of drugstore shadows, but for those on a tight budget these are a worthy choice. Unlike many drugstore shadows (L'Oreal's come to mind), these are well pigmented and do not have to be piled on to get them to show up. They have a fairly smooth texture that applies and blends well. They are rather "powdery," be sure to tap off any excess on your brush before applying, otherwise, bits of eyeshadow may get into your eye which is not very comfortable, trust me. I'm not about to throw away my Stila shadows in favor of these but for drugstore shadows these aren't bad.

I have a single in light pink and a duo in blue/green. I love the light pink used wet, it looks perfect on. Use it often for a nice day look. Love it wet!

these are great! i use these dry to create just a glow, or with a wet liner brush to define my eyes. packaging = crap. aside from that, this is a richly pigmented line of shadows which definitely deliver their promise!

I have this e/s in dreamy - which I thought would be like MAC Fade but instead is a slightly violet pale blue. Very pretty though. And it seems to last as well as my MAC e/s. Definitely would buy again. UPDATE: this actually fades much more quickly than MAC or Aveda e/s... won't buy again. Besides which, I *hate* the cheap packaging - it falls apart so quickly and then I'm left with a powdery mess in my kit.

It's a double called RAIN OR SHINE

[Packaging]

the norm flip compact aka 2B~Boring & Bland. Did i mentioned about the sponge applicator? Gosh, forget about it, use a proper e/s brush. I wish they can just forget about producing that to cut costs and use it to improve the quality of the powder
[Quality]

Frankly, i dunno which shade is Rain or Shine but one is shimmery pale beige, the other is a shimmery chocolate brown. Both are really high on the shimmers, so pretty! They have reasonable long lasting powers and better if used wet for more dramatic effects. But it shattered into pieces, very brittle when i dropped it lightly.
[Overall]

Ah-HA! i founded Jane Eye Zings which is similar in quality, cheap and wide range of colours and i'm not turning back! =p

I love the texture of these shadows... very velvety & smooth. I have to use these wet to get the color that I desire, though, because I find it's not enough pigment for me when dry. A good cheap shadow.
