What an AWESOME product. Wet 'n' Wild once again reminds me of why I freaking love their company! GREAT products at affordable prices!!! When I read people saying that this is comparable, or even better, than MAC fluidline, I HAD to try it. That's a pretty big statement to make since fluidline is sooooo awesome!
So I drove to the local walgreens in the pouring line just to get this product. They were having a BOGO sale too. I grabbed all the black eyeliners they had (3) and one eggplant (1). Thank god I did since I love the product soo much.
**I want to mention that eggplant is a little bit less pigmented than the black one and that I had to apply two coats to get that deep plum color! But that's okay because it has an amazing lasting power.

I have crossed many rivers, children. Trekked through the Sahara, journeyed into the heart of the Amazon. Ah, and fought battles, too-- surviving thanks to wits, a knowledge of Tai Chi, and Fate's blessings.
.
Through it all--through the mists, sandstorms, frostbitten toes--my heart beat strong with ambition.
I had just one desire, one fervent and absolutely ridiculous hope--that I might find..someday..the One..the perfect eyeliner. Could such a treasure even exist? I was unsure. But I vowed to scour the earth, or die trying.
.
I write to tell you that my quest has ended. Yes! The HOLIEST of holy grails has been found--the best eyeliner I could ever want!
And not in some exotic faraway locale, guarded by skulls & zombies, either. IT WAS IN WAL-MART! FOR LIKE, 5 CANADIAN BUCKS!
Wet n Wild gel liner.
Eggplant--daaark almost black, just a hint softer and more flattering than the black one (in my opinion). But everyone seems to like black better, so I'd advise you to get that.
Smooth as butter, lasts forever, matte (apparently has some shimmer--i don't see it), doesn't irritate. I can make the most beautiful delicate "wings" for each eye and I need only the teeeeeensiest bit. It goes on the waterline without fuss. No flaking, nothing annoying.
In short, a gem. A veritable, magnificent GEM!
.
(Excuse this review, it's just...this is like finding the perfect husband or something. I feel a bit sappy.)

Seriously, this stuff stays in place ALL day. It also has good pigmentation for being dirt cheap. Of course, if you don't like black or purple, you're out of luck. :( But black is a basic color, and for the price/quality how can you say no to trying it out?

Love it. A gorgeous purple shade, relatively easy to apply, although you need a couple of coats to get the intense colour. Depending on you skill with applying a cream liner, you can vary the thickness of the line. That said, I used my Quo eyebrow brush and found this worked much better than the one supplied in the package. Conversely, the Wet and Wild brush worked better on my brows due to the stiffer bristles. The other thing I really love about this liner is it stays put and lasts all day and all evening - basically until you are ready to remove it. I had used the MAC cream eyeliner and found it flaked all over my undereye area and did not stand up to more and an hour or so of wear. The Wet and Wild is definitely the better of the two - in every way.

As other reviewers have said, be careful not to confuse this one with the black. They look very similar in the packaging.
I gave the black one 5 lipsticks but this one I'd give 4 only because it took a few extra coats to get the depth and intensity of color that I wanted. However, other than that, I like this one very much. What you get for the price is amazing. The brush that comes with it is not so good but that doesn't matter to me because I have my own liner brushes that I like.
This applied super creamy and the staying power is very very good. I haven't had this one long enough to see if the product in the pot dries out super quick but for the few weeks I've had it it's been performing very well.

I like this a lot compared to my HIP liner. This liner is extremely creamy. I think my only complaint is that it takes two coats at least to get that deep purple color I'm looking for. Be careful, the labels for the eggplant and black are very similar, make sure you double check which color you picked up. The brush it comes with kind of sucks, I used a MAC 210. But I do use the brush to line my eyes with NYX Black and that works well.

Yes; I'll buy this product again. But in BLACK this time. I was stupid enough to not read the color label and accidentally got eggplant :\ But it's a nice gel liner nonetheless :) I'd ditch the eyeliner brush that came with it though. Too hard to work with.

Ok, this isn't the most attractive looking cream eyeliners out there, but don't judge a book by it's cover..or price for that matter! This eyeliner works amazingly well and lasts a long time with a primer. Try to buy another brush if you can so you can get a more precise line, but for the product itself, very good. It is a lot more wet than MAC's fluidline and some people actually prefer that consistency, it's less drying. The color is really nice, it's like a really dark shade of purple. The purple is somewhat subtle on my eyes, which I prefer. It's not a blaring bright purple, so I can use it on a regular old day.

It's not one of the best creme liners but for the price, it's quite lovely. I ran into this by chance. I love purple so I had to try it. I once had my hair colored eggplant and I just loved it. So, when I saw this and the price, I had to buy it, of courese. The brush that came with it is absolutely useless. Maybe I just didn't know how to use it.
Anyway, I found a brush that works just great at the craft store. I use it almost everyday and has great staying power. Never have to reapply during the day and I use baby oil and Qtip to gently remove it at night. I wil definately purchase again. If you haven't tried it, it's a good try me for the price.

This is really my HG eyeliner. I have both eggplant and black and I LOVE them. It glides on so easily, making it easy to play with if you want a thinner or thicker line, and yet has unbeatable staying power. This is the only eyeliner that I have found that I can put on my waterline (lower eye) and it stays!!! I highly recommend this. I do not care for the brush that it comes with; I use my own, slightly softer, eyeliner brush.

I actually have the black one, there's no review section for the black one, but I figured I'd put my two cents in. Honestly, I mostly stopped using Wet N Wild a few years ago in favor of more quality products, particularly eyeliner. I don't know if they've changed their other eyeliners, but this product is unbeatable. Precision application, wonderful smudge-ability for that sexy smoky look, and it stays put all day long-no lame dark eyeliner circles under my eyes that make me look like an insomniac drug addict. I'm very very happy, especially after having been so disappointed with all other eyeliners I've been sinking money into. After reading all the other positive reviews, I might be back at Rite-Aid soon to get the Eggplant, total shame I didn't pick that first!!!

This one took me for a loop. I've been buying up cream and gel liners like crazy since everybody's making them. The price of this one is low like most of Wet n Wild's cosmetics. What is shocking is the quality and pigmentation of this gel liner is awesome. It's comparable to the much higher priced MAC and L'oreal. It does take a little longer than Mac and L'oreal to dry but not too long. The wonderful thing is that this one is easy to apply - glides right on and lasts like a champ with no smudges or smears.

I normally do not like applying liquid liner with a brush but this one was very easy to use. The formula was slighty creamy, not wet and hard to work with like some. The pigment was a dark purple. Lasted all day, used w/ UDPP. Perfect!

Wow! this stuff is great! It's so easy to apply and has great pigmentation.
It stays really really long too, like when I try to get it off I have to scrub it off, which is great cause it doesn't smudge, and I have the oiliest lids....EVER. The brush that it comes with is serious crap, but no big deal, get your self a good bent liner brush(like Fyrinnae and Sonia Kashuk) and It's the best, makes a nice thin line, and it's on 3.99!!!!!
I have this in Black, which is a deep dark black very pigmented and Eggplant which is a nice purple. Definantly recommend this.
btw I like this better than MAC Fluidlines, Jane and HiP creme liner.

Omg, I am in love. This has to be my HG eyeliner. This is my first time experimenting with creme liner and I am so impressed. I on mistake grabbed this one instead of black because it was in the wrong place but I am not mad at all because the color is so gorgeous. Also the staying power is amazing. I have tried Revlon Colorstay, Clinique, NYC, and Almay and they all look like crap on me by the end of the day even though my lids aren't oily.
At the end of a 13 hour day this stuff looks exactly like I applied it I was sooooo impressed. It is extremely creamy but once it sets it is staying there. When I first applied it I really didn't love it and thought I was going to be the odd person out when reviewing it because I was using the brush that came with it. I think mine may have been cut wrong because it does not apply the product correctly so for those of you out there that have any issues applying it and are using the original brush try a different eyeliner brush. This along with my ecotools eyeliner brush applies like a dream. I am so absolutely in love with this stuff. I also let my sister borrow this stuff, she usually buys mac and more expensive brands (though she hasn't tried fluidline yet) and she absolutely loves this stuff and kept stealing it over the weekend.
I think I may just become like wet n' wild's prodigy child because everything I try I end up liking. Yeah... I'm a little excited but I absolutely love this eyeliner.
