I bought this in plush and i loveeee it! It's a sheer pink but noticable:) It's thick which is good because it last but it isn't uncomfortable. Going back and getting the rest of the colors.

I now have this in Plush (sheer bubble gum pink) and Delectable (sheer red). I love both of them! They are moderately moisturizing and although the colors are very sheer you can slightly see a tint. I have to say that for $9.00 is expensive but oh well.

Update: I still love my jelly balms and I am very sad that I cannot find them in stores anymore! I am worried that if I run out I will not be able to get my hands on these again...boohoo!

Pro: Good lasting power, I can feel it on my lips the morning after (that's my long lasting test)
Yummy scent. Cotton candy.
Pretty color (I got succulent. I'm Asian, a little darker than Dream Matte Powder's Medium Beige 2.5. I wanted Luscious but I went to two stores and they didn't have it so I got the next darkest color.)
Sturdy packaging that lets you see the product's pigment.
Cons: Very little product for the price (0.159 Oz / 4.5 grams)
The Price, $9! I got it with a coupon and the store was having a discount so I got it for $4.50 and I still wouldn't get it at that discounted price again. I am so jealous of the girls who got it in clearance bins!

It's quite difficult to find a tinted or colored lip balm with decent color payoff, but this one is ideal. The formula for this balm is very elegant. It's moisturizing, not sticky and provides a pretty sheen without looking too glossy. I've never liked glosses that you have to apply with a doe-foot applicator. They always seem to feel unpleasant and sticky. While I'd rather have something in a retractable tube, like a lipstick or chapstick, the formula for this balm is so nice, and the color is so pretty (I have both "delectable" and "succulent"), I can get past the jar and having to use my fingers.
This is a good choice for someone who wants a moisturizing balm with a bit of gloss and sheer (but still noticeable) color.

I like this product. It has nice color and shine, it smells really good, and decent staying power. It's great in summer, because it doesn't run like traditional lip gloss does in the heat. Good buy.

I guess I'm just not a lip balm type of girl. The tub packaging drove me up the wall in disgust due to 1.) its unhygienic & 2.) its gross to have to apply with my fingers. On the other hand, I was please to find it was a glass jar and not some flimsy plastic container. The balm its self isn't very moisturizing, & the color isn't opaque. But it does give your lips shine, + lasting power. Last but not least - it smells absolutely delicious, slightly reminds me of vanilla. I would not repurchase. I'll stick to chapstick & Revlon Super Lustrous Lipgloss.

So I bought this in "Plush" and i was just kinda like whatever about it. I got it and saw it was more of a bubble gum pink than expected. I opened it and it smelled DELICIOUS. I applied it on my lips and it had the tiniest tint of pink (which is good) at first I was scared it was gonna come off that pink on my lips but when it didn't, I was super excited.

I then got it in Ripe which is a red and I love it. I've always wanted to try red lipsticks but I'm scared of how they'll look, so this gives me a hint of red and dresses my face up for special occasions.

Love this gloss/balm! Color goes on sheer and even (lighter than it appears in container) and has just the right amount of tackiness so that you can't feel the dry flakes on your lips, but still smooth. Only 4 stars for packaging because of having to use your finger to apply. Very similar to Korres balms, but this is a little thicker, and I like it better. No taste at all.

The packaging is super cute and thats the main reason i wanted to try plus the ad. girls lips looked cute w/ this gloss on so i bought em. i got 2, a light pink one and a light orange one but i cant member the names, anyways they weren't the best. They are really thick and slightly sticky and the staying power sucks so you have to reapply a lot. Also i think the packaging is unsanitary cuz your have you use your finger to put it on, so make sure you have clean hands when putting it on, but! you should always have clean hands before touching your face anyways lol!

I bought this color in Delectable. It's such a pretty color, and it glides on so smoothly in such a pretty cool cherry color. My only problem is it is a little bit sticky, but it is so pretty I don't even care. It also SMELLS SO GOOD! And that just helps a bunch. It lasts a long time, too, so it won't just be a gloss that just...disappears after a while. I def will rebuy when I run out. Which will be a while, cause they give you a lot of product! :D

I really like this product. The jelly balm in plush is what made me become interested in lip glosses in general (before i really disliked them)

Pros:
Love the colors, very flattering on the lips
surprisingly pigmented
cute packaging (this is probably 99% of the reason why i love this product)
makes lips very soft and moisturized
sticky, but not annoyingly so
easy to apply
lasts a LONG time
fruity smell and taste

Cons:
some may have a problem with the stickiness, although i personally HATED sticky lipglosses beforehand and it doesn't bother me at all!
pretty expensive for a lipstore l/g in a pot
you end up wiping your finger used to apply on your pants or something, which i don't mind at all, but i'm some will.

Overall i really like the HIP jelly balms. I have two in plush and succulent and they are pretty pigmented for l/gs in pots. The best part is the fact that it comes in a pot because the application is almost fun... it's hard to describe. in all, i would definitely repurchase when necessary!

I purchased this product in Delectable which is a very nice cherry red with cool undertones. I am thouroughly pleased with this product! The consistency isn't sticky at all and is very smooth. The pigmentation is fantastic , and can be a gorgeous sheer cherry color to a bold bright bluey pink-red with less or more applications. The packaging was a little hard to open at first but opened with ease the second time. I was expecting a bit more product, thinking it would be on the black side yet the price isn't outrageous so I can buy more. The scent is a pleasant vanilla and not too strong. I for one love potted gloss because I have more coverage and control with my finger as opposed to a wand. This product has become on of my everyday staples!

I have the colors ripe (peachy pink), savory (peach), and delectable (cranberry red), and plush (bubblegum pink). These are amazing lip gloss/balms! They're very conditioning (i put it on before i go to bed and wake up with super soft lips!), sheer, have enough stickiness so that it stays and they smell like vanilla.
I've heard that people compare this with the mac tendertone and find them very similar except the smell (mac tendertone has a strawberry kiwi scent).
These work super well under lipsticks. Usually i apply ripe under a lipstick and it prevents my lips from drying out! Now I can wear shimmery lipsticks without worrying about the shimmer accentuating my fine lines!

This is a great balm/gloss to have on hand. I found them very cheap on eBay, and bought Luscious (a deep berry-wine), Plush (creamy pink), and Savory (a soft peach). They're potted, which I don't mind; in fact, I prefer potted lip products as I apply them more often with my fingers or my lip brush rather than a wand. The consistency in the pot is very dense, and balmy, but when you spread it on your lips, it turns into a very flattering, soft gloss. The colors are not opaque; they're sheer and give your lips just a soft pop of color. I wouldn't consider this quite a balm, I don't think it would really cure chapped lips, but they definitely protect against chapping. My lips chap up easily, especially during winter, and I'll apply the Jelly Balm throughout the day, and not have a single problem. The price is rather steep though, I think ten dollars for a drug-store lip product is a little much.

Bought 2 of these on a whim at a discount store and I really like them (I have Plush and Succulent).

They won't cure chapped lips but will help prevent chapping, they provide just enough color, and they even seem to plump my lips a bit. The smell is great and they aren't too sticky, which is one reason I usually don't like lip gloss.

My only complaint is that they don't last very long.

Overall I'm very pleased with them.

I got this on my new york holiday and I really like it. We do not sell this in the UK and as a fan of lip balms rather than glosses I knew I had to have it. I prefer balms because I hate that sticky feeling of lip gloss but this product is actually more like a lip gloss with the non-sticky smooth feeling of a blam. I chose the colour - Plush - 120 - which is a lush peachy pink colour that looks good on any skin colour.
It has a strong pigment and it does show up more a pink on the lips but it really does show upa nice colour not like general lip balsm which show up sheer. It is a jelly like colour and it has a sugary vanila scent which is a little sickly for me.. It sits nicely on the lips and is moisturising and looks very pretty and girly with no neeed for me to touch up with any lipstick like I normally would have to when I wear a lipbalm because I can never get any colour from a lip balm.
This is a great lip balm and probably more of a gloss but without becing overtly glossy or glioopy like lip glosses are. This is defo great for lip balm lovers who prefer a osft moisturising gloss as this gives a youthful more natural look to the lips. I love the girl peachy pink colour which has staying power for about an hour and then it fades without leaving any stain on the lips. I really like this and I hope they sell this in the UK. It is in a nice clear jar with a black lid and looks oh so very elegant in my makeup bag. Loreal have come up trumps with this lip balm...

I think this lip balm is too expensive when it's not on a special sale. I got my hands on plush and luscious for $2.50 each. Plush is a wonderful light pink color and luscious is a raspberry red on my lips even though it looks super dark in the pot. They smell amazing, feel really smooth on the lips, doesn't dry out my lips like Carmex, and is not sticky. I actually like the glass pot, it doesn't feel so cheap. I just don't like how long it lasts since I have to reapply after about three hours.

I own 3 of these. One thats pink, orange, and purpleish. All colors give a slight tint, but not very much color. This is very moisturizing, and its pretty thick/sticky so it lasts a long time on the lips. Thew price is pretty high, so for your value, it would make more sense to buy a MAC Tinted lip conditioner, but these have an appeal of their own. Highly rec this.

I love the L'Oreal HIP line, and I heard a lot of good things about these jelly balms, so I decided to try them out. I'm glad I did. They have been compared to MAC Tendertones, which I enjoy, but I honestly think these are better. The color payoff is better and they smell amazing. I love it when products, especially lip ones, smell good; it just makes the whole product more enjoyable.
